Ultimate Roofing just completed a shingle project on our house, garage and shed. I would NOT recommend this company at all. They lied on several occasions and didn't even bother showing up for a quote the 2nd time I called and claimed they were booked for the remainder of the year (which they are not) the sales guy Hayden lied because he didn't bother showing showing up. They are very unprofessional and when you tell them you want something in particular they just do what they please. Communication and professionalism is a complete zero. When they did my roof they put the wrong color on and barely cleaned up the mess. I'm still cleaning up nails, shingles, and bricks out of my yard. Don't waste your money or time with these people.

We just purchased our first home and closed in March. There were some issues with the roof that came up on the home inspection so the sellers had another company come out, inspect the roof and complete the repairs. That company replaced missing shingles and didn’t tell us about the wind damage. The next big windstorm blew shingles off in the area they had just fixed so I called Ultimate Roofing instead of the other guys. The next day, Hayden was here to look at the roof and did an excellent job explaining to me what was wrong with the roof, gave me a quote for replacing it, and talked me through all the options if we wanted to finance it. Had a tree come down on my house this winter, Ultimate Tree Service removed the tree in a couple of hours, they were extremely efficient. I just had two roofs replaced by Ultimate Roofing. To begin the process I worked with Hayden, the salesman who showed up promptly as promised. I discussed the roof replacement project with Hayden who initially had a drone fly over the home. I looked at the pictures, reviewed and then discussed exactly what needed done. Then Hayden went up on the roof to visually inspect the roof, he came back down and we discussed what he felt needed corrected and then we decided on the color of the shingles. This process occurred at both homes. Then the crews came in early, and within no time, the shingles had been removed, and by the end of the day the total roof had been replaced. The shingles that they use are Owens-Corning, one of the best on the market. The crew members were very polite and courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were also very careful not to harm anything around the homes. The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even used a large magnet to ensure that all nails were removed from the surrounding area. From the beginning of the roof replacement everything was perfect. I also did comparative pricing with other Roofing companies and their pricing was the best. They even offer a low monthly financing plan. For all around quality,
professionalism and cost I would highly recommend Ultimate Roofing, the best in the business.
