I would NOT recommend this company at all. They lied on several occasions and didn't even bother showing up for a quote the 2nd time I called and claimed they were booked for the remainder of the year (which they are not) the sales guy Hayden lied because he didn't bother showing showing up. They are very unprofessional and when you tell them you want something in particular they just do what they please. Communication and professionalism is a complete zero. When they did my roof they put the wrong color on and barely cleaned up the mess. I'm still cleaning up nails, shingles, and bricks out of my yard. Don't waste your money or time with these people.

We just purchased our first home and closed in March. There were some issues with the roof that came up on the home inspection so the sellers had another company come out, inspect the roof and complete the repairs. That company replaced missing shingles and didn’t tell us about the wind damage. The next big windstorm blew shingles off in the area they had just fixed so I called Ultimate Roofing instead of the other guys. The next day, Hayden was here to look at the roof and did an excellent job explaining to me what was wrong with the roof, gave me a quote for replacing it, and talked me through all the options if we wanted to finance it. Had a tree come down on my house this winter, Ultimate Tree Service removed the tree in a couple of hours, they were extremely efficient. I just had two roofs replaced by Ultimate Roofing. To begin the process I worked with Hayden, the salesman who showed up promptly as promised. I discussed the roof replacement project with Hayden who initially had a drone fly over the home. I looked at the pictures, reviewed and then discussed exactly what needed done. Then Hayden went up on the roof to visually inspect the roof, he came back down and we discussed what he felt needed corrected and then we decided on the color of the shingles. This process occurred at both homes. Then the crews came in early, and within no time, the shingles had been removed, and by the end of the day the total roof had been replaced. The shingles that they use are Owens-Corning, one of the best on the market. The crew members were very polite and courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were also very careful not to harm anything around the homes. The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even used a large magnet to ensure that all nails were removed from the surrounding area. From the beginning of the roof replacement everything was perfect. I also did comparative pricing with other Roofing companies and their pricing was the best. They even offer a low monthly financing plan. For all around quality,
professionalism and cost I would highly recommend Ultimate Roofing, the best in the business.

Exceptional experience with Ultimate Roofing! I was amazed that they stripped the old shingles off and applied the new, all in one day! Some sheathing boards needed replacing and they handled that in stride. Josh and Terry were sensitive to my needs and handled them professionally. I needed to have some ridge cap shingles replaced after a high wind event in a hurry because of selling my home, and I called several roofers and kept getting the run around, but not from Ultimate Roofing! They quickly said, "no problem!" we will help you. They sent a roofer to my home, and he went the extra mile of deciding he didn't have exactly the right color shingle with him at the time, so he went 15 miles back to the shop to get a better color match and returned. This is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND service. He made the repair, and the roof looks great for the new homeowners. I am highly recommending Ultimate Roofing, and I tried every other roofing company in Morgantown, and others only wanted to help people who needed an entire roof or we're going to make you go through a 19 point inspection before giving you a quote and a bunch of b.s. Don't bother with others....go to Ultimate Roofing first, and did I mention the price was very reasonable!

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the project, they do not show up when they say they will and they promise one thing and do another. The quality of workmanship was unacceptable - messy, careless, and not up to standard.
After the work was completed, we found nails and cigarette butts scattered across our yard, creating both a safety hazard and a mess we had to address ourselves. Furthermore, when we brought in another company to complete the soffit installation on the patio roof, they identified numerous issues, including unsecured boards and visibly crooked construction.
Given the significant problems we encountered, we would never recommend this company.

In response to your message: there was never a final walk-through—not once. I also have no idea who you’re referring to regarding a friend starting a roofing company. Please get your facts straight before making assumptions. Multiple phone calls were made regarding ongoing issues, so it’s simply not true to say there were no problems. And just to be clear—I never once raved about your work, because I had virtually zero reasons to.

This spring, when we hired another contractor—who is not the “friend” you referenced—to finish the soffit, they uncovered several significant issues, such as crooked work and boards that weren’t even nailed in.

Also, our project was not finished over a year ago. It wasn’t completed until the end of September 2024…it’s April 2025.
