Very personable. The owner is obviously very skilled and knowledgeable. The office help seems a bit ditzy. Work came in under the estimate. Would use them again.

So, my dealer wouldn't even return my messages (on a brand new unit only a few months old!).

I ended up calling All Americam RV and Bri was very helpful on the phone and arranged for Joe to come to my house in a couple of days, where he made the diagnosis and sent it along to GD. Then I had to bring it up to them because it was better to work on the slide in his shop. Dropped it off on a Sunday and picked it up Monday afternoon. Awesome !

No leaks and the slide is operating fine.

I can't recommend them enough - he even fixed a problem with the solar cables not being screwed down properly (the screws broke ?).

I can’t say enough good things about these people! Bri and Joe run a great business doing excellent work for a fair price. I had a tow system installed on my RV here and Joe did a great job on a difficult installation. If you’re anywhere near Henniker and need work done on your RV, these are the people to see. Awakened in our RV at 5:00 am by a loud noise -- we discovered our RV awning had crashed to the ground. The awning motor shaft had snapped causing the awning to fall. Within 2 hours -- All American RV came out and helped diagnose the problem. They saved us over $200 for a part which we were ready to buy from an RV dealer, and they pointed out that the part should be the new METAL part -- or it would have broken again in the future. We couldn't easily get our doors open due to the awning, and while we waited for the part to come in, they zip-tied it up for us! We were staying at Oxbow RV Campground in Deering, NH. (Another great review for them...owners so helpful and great-beautiful park) I should add that it was way before 8 when I contacted All American and within minutes they responded!

My 43’ RV had a slideout that would not move. It was open 10” and we couldnt drive that way. We were leaving for Florida the next day. They came to my house on Labor Day. He quickly evaluated the situation and made recommendations. With my approval he removed the object that was blocking the slideout and patched the damage to make it waterproof. I waited overnight and closed the slide the next day. I felt very secure with his work. I would readily call this business again.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Had an issue that needed prompt attention and their response and repairs were second to none. Highly recommend this company.

After having a bad and expensive experience with my RV dealership service center, I contacted All American. Bri and Joe were great to deal with and worked on my camper when they said they would with a quick turn around.

Joe located the cause of the electrical problem I was having, which the dealership service center failed to diagnose correctly. Joe fixed it in short order and also replaced a bad water pump for me.

Bri submitted the information to the warranty company that I have an extended plan through so that I only had to pay the deductible on the water pump replacement.

They make the process very easy and most importantly they are trustworthy and know what they are doing. Definite thumbs up for All American RV Repair!

I needed my jeep set up for flat towing and they responded promptly and answered all my questions, the work was outstanding, they explained how to hook up to my motorhome and things to look for. Very professionally done!

Joe knows his stuff, I've been an rv'er all my life, but he still showed me stuff I didn't know.
Made my day because I know where to go for our RV needs from now on.

Joe was very knowledgeable and helped me learn how to use my car dolly while he inspected it. I was referred to this business through a Google search for Demco service near me. I glad I found them.

Excellent service! Went out of their way to come out on a Sunday to fix the camper. Very knowledgeable and super nice people! We will certainly be calling them again!

(Wish I could give this 10 Stars) - I was lucky enough to win a raffle for a full RV inspection/service at an event in Derry, NH last December. Since my camper was already tucked away for the Winter, I didn't follow up on the raffle until the Spring. I was first happy to find out they are currently located in Henniker, NH (I live in Weare. Couldn't get much closer). Setting up the appointment was very easy and Bri and Joe were great about going over everything they would do and also listened to my additional possible needs. On the first day of the inspection/service, they contacted me to let me know about a soft spot in the roof that needed further attention. Apparently I had a tree limb puncture my roof at some point (small and towards the edge of the roof line making it hard for me to notice during my own visual inspections). They immediately started helping me gather the information for my insurance company as well as working on an estimate for the additional repairs. Aside from the roof replacement, I had also asked for their help with our Maxx Air fan as it had stopped working, camp side slide making crunching noise when opening/closing and pricing to upgrade our stock suspension. Bri and Joe could not have been more helpful, educating, communicative and great to deal with throughout the entire 2 month process. Luckily we did not have any trips planned so we didn't even stress about it being gone for that long. Bri updated me regularly and sent pictures as they would finish more of the repairs. Once all work was completed, they spent additional time going over the work performed, old (bad) suspension parts they had removed (thank goodness I wanted them replaced) and Joe even helped me verify my hitch height and settings were correct on my truck. I know there's more that they did that I am forgetting. The bottom line is if you have an RV and need repairs, accessories, add ons, etc, you should absolutely trust your camper with this company. Being in the customer service business, I can tell you Bri and Joe are amazing at what they do. I hope I impress my customers half as much as they have impressed me. I would drive for several hours if necessary for them to continue to service our camper. We are very excited to have our camper back and know where we will be bringing it if/when we ever need service or upgrades!

I contacted All American RV Repair and spoke with both Joe and Bri about several reoccurring issues I was having with my Imagine travel trailer. They both listened to my concerns and developed a plan to address each of them. I am extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and sincere commitment to make sure of the issues were addressed fully and kept me informed along the way. The work was completed and I am completely satisfied with the results and the extra time Joe took to take me on a training drive to ensure I was satisfied.
I would highly recommend these folks if you are experiencing any kind of issue with your camper.

I had Joe and Bri on site today to go through my 5th wheel checking the wheel bearings, LP gas pressure, and general maintenance checks. This is the first time using their services and I am impressed with their knowledge and dedication to doing what is right for the customer. I will be using their services as my go-to for RV repairs. All American RV repair does an excellent job. Joe is very knowledgeable and qualified and I would highly recommend him. We had issues with our slide out and had brought our camper to another repair shop. When they said they fixed the problem we still had issues. Joe knew exactly what to do and fixed our slide out.
