I wanted to give him 5 stars but my Uncle doesn't believe in 5 stars , anyway Bobby D has been a savior for me and comes out when I have a problem, fair in prices,hard working,good company and fully insured
I had my recently finished basement, Flood. The amount of cherished items lost and condition of the basement (destroyed) was devastating to say the least. I was beyond overwhelmed and didn't know what to do or where to start. I had a close friend recommend Basic Needs Property Management. They came in and had all the answers!!! There experience and wisdom blew me away and that was just a little piece of what they offered. They were kind, understanding and before I knew it, my disaster of a basement was finished and looking better than it did prior to the flooding. To the owner and crew from Basic Needs, I can't thank you enough for not only giving me my home back but the reassurance and piece of mind that came from chosing to work with you and your team!!!
