Basin Flood and Fire were amazing. They worked with us and our insurance to complete our claim and were very quick and helpful with our flood damage. They even came out at night for emergency help when we had another flood happen, and got it fixed before it could mold or cause any water damage.

Nate and his crew are willing to listen and explain all choices and give you all information you need to make that decision.

Live in Rangely and the crew was willing to come after 6 PM and work until the job was done around 9. Great work, and they obviously know their stuff.

Our family highly recommends Basin Flood and Fire. We have called them twice and they promptly sent their guy over from Vernal to Roosevelt to inspect our home for mold and water damage. He was quick, thorough, and very pleasant. We also received a very detailed quote and will continue to do business with BFF.

I recently had some wind damage to my home in Roosevelt. I contacted Basin Flood and Fire and they immediately got me scheduled to review my damage. After visiting with Nate and his crew, they very quickly got my repairs done within a few days. I really appreciated their promptness and eye to detail in the repairs. I called on a Sunday after coming home from church and discovering a leak coming from a light in our ceiling. Not only did they come quickly to assess the situation and diagnose the problem, but it was the owner and his wife that came because they had a team that had been out pretty late the night before, and wanted to allow their team a chance to get some sleep after a long night. They were *AMAZING*. To say I was impressed would be a complete understatement. They walked through my entire home, making sure there wasn’t damage anywhere else, checking out a crawl space, and being incredibly thorough with their inspection. They were so friendly and warm. They were able to find the problem and directed me to the next steps that needed to happen to fix it. I appreciated so much their willingness to come to my house on a Sunday and help me during a stressful situation. I will *ALWAYS* use them for any potential future problems, and I will refer all of my friends and family to them as well. Professional, prompt, and truly amazing service. Basin Flood & Fire saved my vacation! The morning my husband and I were scheduled to fly out for an 11-day vacation, we woke up to a completely backed-up washer line. We called Basin Fire & Flood, and they came to our rescue within minutes and made sure no water was where it wasn't supposed to be. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They took all my furniture,dishes & belongings & stored them in my living room & basement. They didnt drape anything to keep it clean & it got dirty from the 3 months it took them to finish the job & they left my furniture & other stuff for me to clean & put away. I have a bad back & I hurt my back trying to move a cabinet. I can't move my furniture. What can i do?

Had a flood in our bathroom that acquired mold, the company took care of everything. They worked with our insurance amazingly! They cleaned up the mold, inspection came back spotless, they dried everything out and reconstructed basically our entire bathroom! They were very professional, friendly, and helpful! They made sure I had everything I wanted and were willing to work with me to get it all taken care of! I would highly recommend this company!

What an incredible business! They were so helpful when we called they responded immediately to our home. The guys that came to our home gave us great advice and helped point us in the right direction to get our house repaired. They took their time assessing our issue and listened to us. We will absolutely call them first if we ever have another issue. They really took care of us.

BEWARE!! This company was formerly (STOP) Service Team of Professionals.
I hired them to do some remediation for water damage/mold. After they “completed” remediation they told me they were too busy to do the reconstruction so I would have to hire someone else or do it myself. When my husband and I started to remove materials we found copious amounts of mold that had been left behind or painted over. I contacted Brady, he came by and apologized for his tech’s “lack of training” and promised to make it right. He sent the same tech over to “finish the work”.
Upon inspection, my husband and I found even more water damage and mold left behind.
By this point, I no longer trusted this company’s knowledge, competence, or work ethic. I hired a different company to do an evaluation. They had to remove my entire bathroom even the sub flooring. STOP was going to leave it all there and pretend it didn’t exist. I know my family is not the only one to be cheated by Brady and his team.
I would not trust them to do anything. If you do hire them, you better closely monitor and check everything they do. Brady looked me in the face and lied. He told me that our home would be his top priority.
The safety and health of your family and your home is not a priority to Brady and his team. It all comes down to getting the most money for the least amount of shoddy work.

They were very fast responding to our need when the sewer backed up. They removed the damaged material and disinfected in less then a day so we were ready for remediation.

remarkable team of professionals. they rolled up like a roman legion and had the water sopped up, the carpet and pad out, the fans and dehumidifier set up in a couple of hours. thanks Brady!

Had a great experience with service team they are very professional and easy to get along with if you have questions they are good about communicating with there customers with what's going on with the homes highly reccomend.

Carl did a great job, Cory at basin appliance recommended him and I couldn’t have been any happier. I didn’t do a thing, they did it all and my new floors look great.

My experience with this team was amazing! So fast, educational, clean and polite. I was so worried about finding mold on my drywall in my bathroom and they put me at ease. Spring cleaning is a must to find these types of problems. These men steered me in the right direction and were so professional. I sincerely appreciate all the work they did. Friendly, courteous, and professional. They finished the job when they said they would and answered the phone when I called. My basement flooded and they came out very quickly. What more can you ask for.

Service team of Vernal Utah helped me restore the kitchen in my home after the water line in the fridge sprung a leak.
