Green River Construction

I always suggest Green River Construction as one of the Home Inspection companies to call when they order an inspection for a home they are buying. I also use this company for my own homes that we have purchased.

Steve and Taylor are thorough and very detailed. They give you a complete report with an understanding that many things are cosmetic and should be repaired in the future, but most importantly the bigger items that are in need of repair like Plumbing, Electric and Roof.

Steve will answer my calls and questions. This is a Stellar company and very trustworthy.

Super thorough...we were present during the inspection and he answered all of our questions, explained things and was personable. I'm so glad we chose this company as the house we had inspected in 103 years old, so we wanted top notch and we got it.

GRC did a home inspection for me. Having watched other inspections prior, I thought I knew what to expect. Steve exceeded that by a significant margin. The level of detail and the plethora of specialized tools he used was impressive. His inspections aren't cookie cutter. He tailors the inspection specifically to the location and uniqe needs of the property. Any property I purchase will have an inspection by GRC.

I've dealt with alot of remodeling work and contractors...and Steve, by far, is the best guy I've worked with. He does a thorough job, he's there when he says he'll be there, and his helpers are cleancut--great guys. Steve is awesome!! We have had him do multiple home inspections for us on properties we were looking at purchasing. The most recent one he did really saved us. As soon as we started walking through the home Steve immediately noticed what he thought was foundation issues. Upon inspection of the crawl space his assumptions were confirmed, there was major foundation problems as well as mold issues. We are very grateful to have a trustworthy home inspector in our area. Steve did some drywall repairs in a basement bathroom where we had a leak from the bathroom above come through the ceiling downstairs and ruin a ton of drywall. We had ripped out most of the ceiling and were left with a giant hole. Steve was awesome at coming out to get the ceiling repaired He matched the texture and paint and it looks like it never happened. He even went above and beyond to touch up paint in other areas of the bathroom when the project was complete. I would highly recommend him for all jobs, large or small, and we plan to use him for future projects as well.

We needed an inspection on a home we wanted to buy. Steve came from Vernal to Orem to do the inspection (recommended by our real estate agent). He was very thorough - even down to mentioning a screw missing on the hinge on a kitchen cupboard. My husband was there during the inspection and Steve answered questions and pointed things out as he did his job.
Steve was professional, courteous, clean and prompt. We had a VERY detailed, written report within 24 hours of the inspection.
