I went to BND just to look at what they had with no Intentions of buying, but after talking to Shaylie and Theresa I ended up with a great price, a beautiful camper and a very big Smile on my face! Not to mention the several other employees who greeted and made me feel welcome! Also, to Melinda who gave me pointers about being a camper/trailer full time! Thank you all!

We are on the road on a two month cross country camping trip and our fifth wheel hitch let go! We called and spoke to Rod in service! He was very friendly and helpful! He spoke to the service folks and asked us to bring our truck and hitch over…they welded/repaired the hitch and we are able to continue our trip! Fantastic and quick service! And the price was very reasonable! Thank you soooooo much!

We have had several suspension problems with our 2018 Forest River Surveyor, to the point that we had the entire system (springs, equalizers, shackles, etc.) replaced and reinforced by a trailer dealer in St. Charles, MO this past spring. Outside of a trip to southern Missouri, we hadn’t taken it on a trip until now. While in northwest Colorado, my husband noticed there was a problem. We stopped in Rangely but were told we needed to go Vernal. When we got to B&D RV Center, Rod was very helpful in assessing the situation, taking pictures and scheduling the repair work. The welder, showed us the breaks in the welds, where they bolted to thin metal instead of welding or reinforcing, and where the water lines and liner were singed.
Cut to the chase, Cody was fantastic at welding and reinforcing everything correctly, Bill the mechanic, was diligent in making sure we had the right parts (springs, equalizers, etc) and everything was done correctly, Rod was great at managing resources and making sure we were taken care of to the point of letting us camp out in the lot for 3 nights. All of the staff were very kind and extremely helpful.
It was a stressful 3 days, but filled with blessings beyond measure.
To all of the staff, if you ever find yourself in Hermann, MO, please look us up, we would love to return the kindness!

Took my horse trailer in to have the wheel bearings repacked, Their team found a brake wire that was broke and replaced my seals, had me in & out in good time with a fair price.

B&D RV was a great place to patronize. They were very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They got us in quickly and work completed on our fifth wheel quickly. I highly recommend them .

These guys were SO helpful - they went above and beyond to help us out! We found a big crack in our Equal-I-zer hitch while packing up from camping to head home. We were really nervous to make the trip back to Salt Lake like that! We stopped by B&D and they were able to replace our hitch on the spot and get us on our way! They even stayed after closing time to get it done AND loaned us a company truck so we could go get some dinner while we were waiting! It’s hard to come by service like that anymore and we were so grateful for the peace of mind driving home!

Everyone I spoke with was great. They got me in for repairs in reasonable time frame. Was just a bit disappointed that the technician didn’t take time to reseal the entire roof as needed. No big deal, still a good place to do business.

B&D RV was great to work with when I needed repairs for my camper. They were very thorough in assessing my needs and offered me several options to save me money. They’re service department is very dedicated and efficient.

We were traveling through Vernal and needed a replacement vent cover for our camper. They were a mechanic short that day, but a salesman, Rod, kindly replaced it for us and did not even charge us labor! He and all the staff were incredibly nice and got us back in the road quickly. This is an incredible business!

Grey water slide replaced. Bill, the repair person, showed much patience as the self inside were difficult to set. He also replaced a seal in my kitchen sink so I can now use the sink. Kudos to Bill!!

Went in for some quick details about a couple of trailers and service costs and the sales lady was very upfront and honest and didn't waste time. Awesome job

Been here to BD 3 time. So far so good. Can't complain about the curb appeal....the staff is amazing...the parts department is massive. It's a great spot to get help and stuff....

B and D RV has been great. I traded in my 5th wheel to them and made the drive from Salt Lake City and I am very glad I did. They were fair in their trade price and the price of the new unit, as well as incredible service. I had a couple of issues with the trailer and they were very fast to get it repaired under warranty and fixed right the first time. I would highly recommend to my close friends and family. They go far beyond reasonable expectations to meet their customers request.

I just bought a new 2023 Grand Design Momentum 21g. I drove all the way to Vernal from Salt Lake City. I bought it right then and there. These are super good people. I dealt with Rod and Theresa. I got a great deal and they have no add on fees. This was so easy. I’m a customer for life!

Don’t let the small sign fool you. I highly recommend! Nothing but positives to say about my experience with the crew at B&D. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating along with a very professional service. I was visiting Dinosaur and had a propane leak and batteries that needed replacing. They had the parts, took me in immediately and I was on my way just over an hour later. Top notch service!

Service was great called a day before to confirm appointment told them the problem I was having again to make sure we was on the same page , took my camper in and got it out the same day great service great team

What a great staff of friendly and competent people. We popped in with no appt and they took care of our needs right away. One of the members of the staff even gave us a ride to nearby shopping and eating while we waited for our Motorhome to be repaired. Thank you! Couldn’t ask for better service. Very helpful and friendly people who work hard to meet our needs. The two times that we were there, they were very accommodating. The first time was to pick our rig up, and the second was for some small warranty work.

Very good folks there...doing some warranty work on a camper I bought in Texas and they were extremely helpful.

On a side note, if you're ever in Texas, stay away from Budget RVs of Texas in Royse City....crooked as a snake!

Every time I've made a purchase here it has been a good experience. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any questions about any product they sell. I had bought my 2018 rv and just recently purchased a 18ft car trailer from them.

Had a 5th wheel electeical receptical that needed replaced. The tech jumped on it and had me on my way in 15 min! Super pleased w the service!

Waited 6 weeks for the appointment for no hot water, gas wont stay lit and electric wont heat water. 3 hrs later they said the system is working, cant find anything wrong. But no hot water coming through hoses in either sink or shower. At least they didnt try to sell me a new one...which is probably the solution.

Bought a new trailer from another dealer. That dealer didn't let us know the trailer needed warranty work done before we could use it. B&D got our trailer in and fixed in just a couple of days. Great service!

Best RV purchasing experience we’ve ever had. Make that the best vehicle purchasing experience we’ve had - period. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly and helpful. Theresa was perfect, Jason came in on the weekend to finish our rig, and he and the rest of the service folks did a fantastic job. Even though you’re a ways away from our home, we would not hesitate to come back. Definitely worth the drive.

We were just passing through for couple of days. Our toilet stop working and got it fixed in an hour and half. They were awesome. I highly recommended their service.

After five years being full time Rv'ers we have seen it all when it comes to service. BUT there is always an exception-Ed, Amanda and JAYSON are the best of the best, under difficult circumstances and we are very satisfied with their professional performance. JAYSON is one of a kind.

I have bought a few rvs in my life and I can say bar none that these guys are the best I've worked with.
