Safelite AutoGlass - Tuscaloosa, AL

Our tech was very professional, very polite and a master in his skill to replace our back window. He cleaned up behind himself, cleaned the window and asked us to look and use the window to make sure we were happy. He let us know in advance what our costs would be and he also offered us extras such as changing our windshield wipers, etc. We were very pleased with him and he made Safelite AutoGlass look very good, thus the 5 star review.

With my car I had to take it into the Safelite store. Everyone was very very nice. They had a refreshment center, a tv and did all they could to make me comfortable during my 90 minute wait. The technicians were wonderful too. The facility was spotless. 5 stars from me all day long!

Customer service means everything to me and my experience at Safelite met my expectations of great service. My rescheduled appointment was not updated in the computer system, but they still serviced my vehicle with a great attitude in a timely manner.

I had the pleasure of using Safelite on McFarland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa. They were courteous and very delightful and truly informative. I would recommend them for anyone who has an issue with glass repair five stars all the way.

They did exactly like they promised, William came to my house and explained everything that he was going to do and did a perfect job, He was very professional and friendly and got the job done within an hour, since he has done the job it has been raining really hard and the window has been great, no leaks or anything, Job well done, I would recommend Safelite to anyone.

William was the best! His equipment broke when tried to remove the glass but he muscled it off. He was my hero!

Not only did they replace my cracked windshield, they did it quickly and even put the decals back on the new windshield. Great staff at this location and quick response time.

I am not the type of person to leave google reviews but this one is deserved. I’m a full time college student so carving time out of my day can be hard. I made an appointment to get my windshield fixed and they told me 20 minutes before my appointment the glass had come broken so they set me up for a different appointment. I come in for my second appointment for them to tell me while I am there a piece to my glass part had come broken again. I show up for my now third appointment for them to tell me there manager can travel an hour to a warehouse to pick up glass for my car. Why wasn’t it already there? So I agree because I just want my windshield replaced and to go home. I decided I did not want to further work with them after minutes of thinking. I would not recommend getting your windshield fixed here to anyone. Just awful customer service and lack of empathy. I don’t understand how you can waste my time on three different occasions and expect me to be okay with that. Just an absolute waste of time.

Safelite has cracked the code on making it easy to take care of auto glass problems. And my tech, Corey, was awesome. Friendly, personable, and did a fantastic job.

My insurance uses them. Reading other reviews, i was nervous about they breaking other things. Then, yes, they did it as well when they replaced my windshield. I told them I have a travel coming up, and they told me they would order the part right away and will try to fix it before my travel. They have not called me since then, finger crossed right now, does not look good.

The tech did a great job . Cleaned up everything and did it here at the house . I would recommend them !

Safelite did a great job. I thought about going with someone local to replace windshield but the ease of using Safelite made the decision so much easier. The price was comparable and they came to me. The technician Adam performed the work in a timely and efficient manner as well.

Service tech Corey was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Very straightforward windshield replacement and camera recalibration. Heartily recommend Safelite, especially the service at home.

The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The man who worked on my car windshield did a good job, and I was surprised it how quickly he completed it. I have used Safelite before this, and if needed I will use them again. Highly recommend.

Very poor service. I took my car to change the windshield last sat. 3/8/25. I left the car, 15 minutes later they called me they made a mistake on ordering the original windshield. I called back on Tuesday 3/11/25 after waiting like 20 minutes between safelite answering machines until i finally could speak with a rep..they told me they were going to check and called me back. Nothing happened so I called back on Wed 3/12/25 same thing..now they say I will have to wait at least 3 business days until they can have the correct windshield. then we can schedule an appointment.

Great professionalism shown while car glass repaired. Very timely as well. Cudos to D'Angelo for doing such an excellent job.

The technician caught an issue from a previous installation from a different windshield company and went out of his way to correct it. The staff was courteous and the waiting area was comfortable. Highly recommend!
