We don’t live locally but a neighbor told us we had some roof damage after strong winds. Our home was on the market to sell, so getting the roof fixed quickly was important. Over a few years Shane has come out to clean my roof. I can't tell you how many times I've have him patch or replace shingles. Finally, I took his advice and had the roof replaced. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The crew was so very nice, cleaned up every day. Hard workers for sure.

Excellent work product and customer services. My wife and I are restoring an 1800s home with uneven ridges and hips, irregular valleys, the removal of chimneys, missing or rotten facia and drip edge, and more. Before the new roof, the shingles and decking were so bad on the house that even walking around for an inspection was concerning. Premiere Roofing inspected the roof and provided an estimate, and then they did something extra. They talked about how their work could make the restoration easier. The Premiere Roofing team knew we would add the chimneys back in the latter part of the restoration and our insulation options. They also understood the Victorian style and wanted to help us stay true to the architecture, including the open soffit. With their help, we chose the best shingle option for aesthetics and function. We were sure the roof would take weeks due to the weather and the volume of repairs, and we thought the final bill would be far more than the estimate. We wrong. They took measures to protect the roofing from the lousy weather, and the cost estimate was on target. Very surprising, given the condition of the roof. People have contacted us in the last few weeks to express how remarkable the roof looks. Very impressed by Premiere Roofing’s work, and we’ll be using them for our other projects.

Shane and his guys are 100% professional! They are on-time and performed the work to perfection. We sustained some roof damage from one these typical Alabama storms and Premiere Roofing worked with our insurance agency and ended up replacing the entire roof. Shane and his crew stripped the old roof off down to the decking and replaced several bad and/or questionable areas, then installed the new GAF Timberline roofing product. During this process, Shane identified 3 major areas of concern and utilized the commercial grade membrane to ensure a 100% leak proof installation. We have a difficult roof so it took the crew two days to complete. Upon completing work on the first day, the crew made sure to clean up the mess that was made and to store away tools. They also took the time to cover up and/or remove items that they thought could possibly receive damage during construction. After completing the roof on the second day, the crew meticulously cleaned up the yard, shrubbery, everything. I literally walked around and tried to find stuff and couldn't hardly find anything. It was almost as if they were never there; except for the fact that we now had a gorgeous new roof. I never realized how much I would enjoy looking at my new roof! Shane and the crew are wonderful! Most importantly to me, they are high CHARACTER! A rare commodity these days. I DO AND I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND PREMIERE ROOFING TO ANYONE WHO WANTS OR NEEDS A NEW ROOF! Crew came in, stripped old roof down to decking, fixed one section that was leaking, then put membrane, seals and shingles in two days, with Temps in mid 90s. When it rained, they kept working till they were finished, then the whole cleaned debris from my shrubbery and lawn. Roof looks GREAT. Changed the look of the house. Very pleased.

This company is veteran owned and operated. I called multiple people to get quotes for the storm damage and Premier Roofing was priced well compared to other roofers in the area. They managed to have a good price while also being professional and extremely responsive when you call them, and once they start to repair your roof they work fast as well. My old roof was taken off in the morning and by the end of the day my new roof was completely finished. They worked well with me and my insurance to find what was right for me. I could not recommend them any more. I hope I don't need to get another roof, but if I do Premier Roofing will be my first and only call.

I noticed some shingles had been ripped off my roof in a storm. Called Premier that day to schedule an appointment. They arrived at my house the very next day at the scheduled time.
They were helpful, professional, and quick.

Chris was very helpful with scheduling an appoint to go over the roof issues I had. Shane and Chris were on time and provided me with the information I needed. Since I was unable to see the roof damage I had, Shane provided me with pictures which clearly showed me the issues I had. Based on their current work load, they said it would sometime the following week before they could do the work. To my surprise Shane showed up first thing Monday morning. Since I wasn't there when the work was being done, Shane and I stayed in touch over the phone. When he ran into some unforeseen deck damage he called me to get my permission to address it. He also provided me with before and after pictures of the work he had done. IN SUMMARY, I received excellent service and quality work done at a fair price. Premier Roofing actually delivered what they promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your roofing and related repair needs.

I'm way over-due on posting this review. Shane and his crew installed a new roof on a house we bought last April. It's beautiful, high-quality work, and at a very reasonable price. Our neighbors were so impressed by the efficiency and the workmanship that they hired Premier to do their roof, too. This is THE roofing company to use in Tuscaloosa. Completely satisfied, and Shane is incredibly easy to talk to and happy to answer questions.

I highly recommend this company! I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no scattered roofing nails or trash once the jobs was completed. I had expected to park my car across street to save my tires while the job was going on, but the employees were very neat! Price was fair and very competitive. Would definitely use this company again for future roofing needs!

2020 has been rough for everyone. It's taken a very long time to get on Shane's schedule, but he's a good guy and eventually got in touch. I trust they'll do the same expert job they've done in all the past work done for me. It might taken longer than usual to get on his schedule, but it's worth the wait for someone you can trust.

I recently called Premier roofing to do an inspection on a house that I had an offer on. They performed the inspection and stated they would do the work to repair the roof once we moved in and they would waive the inspection fee that we initially paid once the work is done. Well i have sent 2 emails and made 2 phone calls that have not been returned to proceed with the work. It has been 3 months and still nothing. I am not one to complain, as I know I am doing that now, but it has been frustrating.

Shane and his company Premiere Roofing were fantastic. He was able to come out quickly to repair and prevent further damage while also documenting all the damage so it was much easier to provide that to the insurance company. He helped throughout that process, answered a million questions and I could not be happier with the new roof he put on after all was settled. Highly recommend!!!

After the last big storm we had, the flashing was ripped off of the front of our house. We called Premier roofing because we had heard wonderful things. They quickly came out and repaired the damage. We are very thankful to have dealt with them!

I had a leak from a faulty chimney cap that was causing me big problems on my living room ceiling. Even during all of the recent flooding (when they were tremendously busy), Premier got out quickly and got my chimney tarped and the leaking stopped. Now they’ve gotten back out and gotten everything repaired and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Shane and company do excellent work and I will definitely be referring folks their way.

Hope I never have to have roofing work done again, wishful thinking on my part because it’s part of home ownership, but when it happens, I will be on the phone to Premier. I chose Premier because of the reviews and personal feedback that I had received from a colleague who had used them. They were on time and and seemed knowledgeable when they came to do the estimate. More than a month later, I still don't have an estimate to proceed with the work. I have called multiple times and been told that so-and-so will give you a call and just a litany of excuses as to why it hasn't been done. They will tell you they will do something by X date, and you wont hear from them again unless you reach out to them directly.

If they don't want the project, I would much rather them have just said, you know what, I don't think this is a good fit for us or we are back logged on projects and don't have the time right now to take on new business. ALL of those, I would be fine with, but do not just string me along.

Premier Roofing did a fabulous job on our new roof. It was a hard job on an old house with three layers of shingles. They worked tirelessly all day, keeping us informed through it all. They repaired any bad places in the wood and corrected several mistakes from the original roofers. They were courteous and always had a smile, even though the job would cause most to cuss. Our yard was cleaned meticulously to insure no nails were left behind, as well. I would recommend using Premier Roofing because you don't want to cut corners on something as important as the roof over your head. Thank you Premier!

We have a flat roof. I was given a warranty by another company. The roof began leaking. I called up the other company and they eventually came out and "fixed" it. Well, it leaked a second time with the next rain. I called them back and they, "fixed" it. So, I called them the third time. They came out in more time and "fixed" it.

It rained again and it still leaked. I called Shane from Premier Roofing and he came out, found out the real issue and replaced the roof. It was done within one day and I haven't had any leaks since.

Thanks for understanding the problem and fixing it the first time. Also, there was no debris left behind. They were quick, very professional, and very tidy.

I had to end up calling Premier Roofing due another contractor not doing the work we discussed, and I’m glad I had to do so. Shane came over immediately when I called and sent me an estimate about 2 hours later . He told me when he would start the job and he did , and finished in a timely fashion . Even though due to having problems with collecting the money from the mortgage company because of the last contractor not doing his job , Shane was very patient . Upon completion of the job no supplies or trash were left in my yard . So I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair.
