I was very hesitant going into the BMW dealership as I just moved to Tuscaloosa a few months ago. I’ve been looking to get the new X6 and wanted the full dealership experience. Deuce was fantastic and was able to provide all of the information and expertise I needed. Although I didn’t leave with a purchase, Deuce was very helpful and I plan on coming back soon.

I recently came into Tuscaloosa BMW to purchase a car after speaking to a sales rep in the days prior. The Carlock group that owns the BMW store is probably the worst organization you could ever do business with or work for the amount of discrimination I & others were subjected to during there tenure of owning Carlock Honda was absolutely egregious I would respectfully ask any African Americans doing business with this company this organization STOPP you don't know what kind of people and organization that you are patronizing if you did I promise you that you would not.

BMW of Tuscaloosa always takes care of me better than where I previously used to have my truck serviced. I never thought using BMW for my GMC truck service needs was an option, I always used the dealership that sells my vehicle make. Now that I’m getting BMW service, I’m getting more for my money because they treat me with higher class and know their stuff. I want to thank Daniel Bettis for his communication and attention to detail. This rating is in now way reflective of him. I initially left a 5 star review, but issues after the transaction outside of his control have led me to correct it.

The vehicle was delivered with mismatched tires. Which for an AWD vehicle is not how it should be to protect the drivetrain systems. They wouldn't deliver a BMW that way, but since it was a Kia they figured no big deal.

They also made errors to my DMV paperwork (out of state purchase) which I will have to travel for to correct. They refused to compromise or compensate me for their errors and decisions.

They made the salesperson be their messenger. Not a single manager has called to explain or apologize for the errors and inconvenience, nor tell me what the actual issues with the paperwork were.

That's not good customer service or professionalism. A simple conversation and information would have made this a whole lot smoother.

Daniel was great, but I will not do business here again.

When I encountered an issue with my car, I contacted the dealership for assistance. Although I didn’t catch the name of the person who answered my call, she quickly connected me with Ed in the service department. Ed guided me through the necessary steps to obtain roadside assistance and get my car to the dealership.

The team handled everything efficiently. They kept me informed throughout the process, even sending a message with a video of my car that included recommendations and details about the repairs. When my car was ready, they called me to let me know.

Upon picking up my vehicle, Ed once again took the time to walk me through the repairs and possible causes of the issue. Overall, everyone was professional, helpful, and courteous, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one.
