We recently had Blake from Servpro give us a quote for cleaning out our attic.He was upfront and honest about what their service could do for us. The crew he sent, Beverly, Lindsay, Devan, Blevin, amd Devon were wonderful. The worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were friendly and professional. I would definitely use ServPro again.

beem Light Sauna is super thankful to have had SERVPRO come out and clean our dryer vents. Washing and drying hundreds of towels a week can clog up the vents and lead to slower dry times. Thanks to SERVPRO, they make our job easier! The whole team was super helpful from the managers in Blake and Devan to the rest of the team in Beverly, Gloria, Curtis and Blevin. They were all friendly and helpful!

We had a tree fall on our home during recent storms. Kaine with Servpro came out the first day and did an inspection of our home. He was so knowledgeable, professional and thorough in checking out our damages and walked me through what he was doing and why which made me more confident and trusting in the whole process. Kaine knew how to handle an already stressful situation on day one for us and we cannot thank him enough for all that he’s done and I have no doubt will continue to do. He has continually kept us informed about everything that needs to be done and we are so thankful he was the manager on call that Sunday! Tim had to explain things to me several times for me to understand everything. He was very patient with me. Thanks Tim. I can not brag on this company enough ! We had a pipe burst on Good Friday and flood 2 bedrooms of our new home but these guys immediately came out (even though it was a holiday) and took care of us ! the day we bought our house we had a flooded kitchen.. not ideal but ServePro was out within the hour to help. Kaine, Will, Curtis and Blevin were spot on with customer service and follow up visits. From monitoring machines to ripping out carpet and prepping the floors as best they could for a team to install new flooring. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We woke up to a flooded kitchen, dining room, and bedroom. We called Servpro as recommended by our insurance company. Best decision we could have made. Devan, AC, and Gloria came and cleaned my dryer, and they were AMAZING!!! They were all so kind and cleaned my dryer SO thoroughly. I didn’t know what to expect and they exceeded everything I thought. My dryer now gets nice and hot and works amazing!!!! Thank you all for your help, they are the best!!!

Had Servopro come out after a house fire and from day one the experience was great. Devan and his team did the renovation process and it was super easy on my part. Devan was very helpful during this process. Michael and his team are currently working on the reconstruction side and so far it has been super easy as well. We just had your crew do the Student Center for St. Francis of Assisi University Parish and they did a wonderful job. The crew of three, Gloria, AC and Devan Gibson were great to work with. Blake Waldrop has always helped to make this happen for us and we appreciate all of you!

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have clean carpet, in fact it looks like NEW carpet and actually the carpet has been in our house for over 30 years! More importantly Harry and Beverly were amazing, they careful moved their equipment around in tight spaces and made sure nothing was damaged. Our grandchildren will be arriving on Saturday and will have clean carpet to play on. Also Harry and Beverly became fast friends with our dog. I highly recommend Servpro and always ask for Harry and Beverly, a great team.

Beverly and Harry did a wonderful job cleaning our duct work. I was concerned there was mold or dust in my vents/ducts causing my son to have pneumonia 3x in a row. He was waking up every morning coughing for the last 4-5 months and we couldn’t figure out why. We thought we’d try to get our air ducts cleaned to see if that would make a difference and it has. The last 2 days my son has woke up cough free! I was pleasantly surprised to see my house wasn’t completely dirty and dusty afterwards as well. Also their estimate was lower than everywhere else I looked into so that was a plus. Highly recommend.

Edit to add on review 7 months later:
My husband was doing some work in our attic and LUCKILY decided to look through into some of the duct work they supposedly “cleaned” and it was covered in mold. It is absolutely not 7 months worth of mold it’s years worth that has been completely untouched. It’s not a difficult area to get access too, there are only 6 screws to undo to look in that area. The workers told me, when they were finished cleaning the duct work, they saw no signs of mold. The reason we had them out is because my son had pneumonia 3 times in the last 4 months and I told the workers that. They were aware I was worried about mold. Since then, my son/myself has had more medical issues arise and we couldn’t understand why because we had thought and trusted they did their job properly and cleaned the ductwork. I called last night and said they could possibly send someone out today and get in touch between 8-8:30am.They did not reach out. I called again this morning, raising more concern and said they were pretty bombarded with the workload they have right now. I am extremely busy as well, but I feel this is an urgent situation and they should take accountability for missing this. I’m very disappointed and more so stressed about the health of my son. Unfortunately it won’t let me upload pictures of the mold found otherwise I would share on this review.

After a septic related backup in my home this week, I contacted Servpro to help clean up the issue. The team that came in for the 2-day process was outstanding! I recently had Servpro come out and they did a fantastic job. Greg the manager and his team Gloria, Ac, Beverly and Harry were all super nice and friendly. I also had Greg and his team come today to finish some things but I didn't get the names of his team today. They really went above my expectations. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody i know who has issues with their home or apartment. Overall a great experience!

our family home was flooded during hurricane and the entire inside was a loss. Blake and Kurtis and crew came in the day they said they would, they worked hard and the entire time they worked they where up beat and extreme gentlemen. the respect, communication, info etc during this hard time was top notch and much appreciated.
true professionals at there job but then it goes beyond work. they found some money that my father didn't realize he had left hidden and they gave it back. these guys could have thrown it in there pockets and carried on but they where honest about it.
if I could give more then 5 stars I would.
I hope I never have to use them again as it would mean we have another emergency but if you have an emergency and either of these guys show up for you, know your in good hands.

The 3 people that did the clean-up at the house was Jay, Courtney and Beverly were very professional as they were cleaning up. They answered many questions we asked. They did a great job.

I live on Siesta Key Fl. and had 3 ft of salt water in house from Helene. Called multiple companies over the course of 3 days and got no calls back. Called Serv- Pro and got a call back from Scott 7 6 hours later saying he was on his way from Tuscaloosa and 3.5 hours from Sarasota. He met me that evening at my home and Courtney got to work ripping everything out in the morning. Many thanks to Scott and Courtney for being so attentive getting started at my home.

Vince and Charlotte came to my home to access the damage from a bathroom pipe leak. They were very professional and checked every inch that was or might have been effected by the standing water. They showed me and explained the readings from the moisture meter they used. They explained why they were using certain heaters, air blowers and dehumidifiers.
Ariel, Courtney and Curtis followed up on the job, removing damaged wood flooring and monitoring everything until it was dry. They were very thorough.
All of these employees made this ordeal a lot less stressful. I thank them for a great job!

Curtis, Charlotte, and Vince were awesome. Had a bad water leak from upstairs neighbor’s new shower, they responded fast, were well prepared, and very friendly.

Vince, Charlotte and Beverly all were very professional and quick! We bought a new home and had the carpets cleaned. They were pretty dirty!! They made them almost look new!! They cleaned up after they left like they were never there. I would highly recommend Vince and his team for any job you may have!

Tom is the absolute best. He was here with the ladies packing up my house. Here with the men cutting out my walls. He told me exactly what was going to be done and amazed me with how quick they got it done. Tom, Courtney and Curtis finished the rest of the mitigation today. It only took them 3 days to pack up my bedroom, closet, bathroom, laundry room and hallway, pull up all the flooring and cut out all the walls from those rooms. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left any mess. I am thrilled with how quick and thorough they were. They did a fantastic job!

I had Servepro come to clean horrible soot damage from my nonvented gas logs. The ladies (Charlotte, Gloria, Lindsey, and Miss Deborah) were just amazing. They did a great job . They were so nice and professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I could have never done that job on my own. Worth every dime!!

Devan, Vince, Lindsey, Deborah, AC, and Paris were all great! They were all courteous, respectful, and informative. They answered any and every question I had and more. They made me feel like I never had to worry about anything. I would recommend this team specifically for any kind of mitigation or reconstruction work!

I recently returned home after a long weekend away to find the house flooded. The entire house was covered with an inch or more of water. The solenoid to the ice maker had failed and was spewing water at an alarming rate. I'll offer this unsolicited advise. When you leave home on vacation, turn off the water to the icemaker and the washing machine.

After turning off the water, I called Servpro and my insurance company, in that order. Devan was able to get a team together and they were at the house working in less than 2 hours. The two ladies, Charlotte and Lindsey, worked like Trojans until the free water had been removed. My call had interrupted their dinner and even though I offered to get them something to eat they declined and just kept working. Everyone worked hard and never complained, even though it was late into the evening.

Devan, Charlotte and Lindsey understand customer service. I hope you never have an issue like mine, but if you do highly recommend Servpro of Tuscaloosa.

Ty and his team: Will, Devon and Tony did such a great job helping restore our home after a tree fell on our house in a recent storm. They were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to best mitigate the damage, especially to our hardwood floors. Excellent customer service by Tim today. I had an unexpected pipe leak in a wall in my home and he came out to check the severity of the leak and make recommendations for repair. He assessed the situation and gave me the necessary steps to repair the issue in a cost-conscious manner, which was most appreciated after having dealt with another company yesterday whose assessment representative appeared to only have a sale at my expense on his mind. Would highly recommend him and Servpro to everyone I know!

Scott, Devan, Charlotte and Harry did an outstanding job informing me of all the damage, setting up drying areas and beginning the recovery efforts from roof leaks after storm wind and rain damage.

We had a leak in our ceiling and unfortunately our floor and carpet got soaked. We called Servpro and they showed up in a very timely manner. Tim, Charlotte, and Lindsay were incredibly informative and kind. They explained the entire process to us and really helped ease our minds. 10/10 experience!

After only being in our new home we built 2 years ago, we found a leak in a wall. This caused a lot of water damage and we will basically have to remodel a bathroom. Tim and Harry were the team sent to stop any further damage and get it dried out. They were the BEST! Easy to talk to, and made me feel like they had it all under control. It's never a "good" time to have a fire or water damage, but having the best people coming to take care of you makes it so much better! Max, part of their office staff, was awesome as well. We are now all dried out and ready to rebuild, which they will help us with as well. All around great place!

We had our sewage pump break and flood our downstairs with some disgusting sewage water and waste. At 8 PM that same night, we had Devin, Harry, and Lindsay come out and get to work immediately cleaning up the biohazards and tear up the flooring that had been ruined. They got as much work as possible done in just a couple of hours, and all with a great attitude. A delight to have help us out, and we absolutely will be recommending them going forward.
