Great team working here. I've come here (unfortunately) many times, specifically for cracks made by rocks and gravel from the road. This place has always done a PERFECT job and very quickly. Only place I trust.

This company runs one of the largest racketeering operations in America. When you call your insurance to report a glass loss you get Safelite's glass claims service who then steer the work to their glass company and away from local small glass companies for various fraudulent reasons. I know this because I own one of those small glass shops.

There's no way to call and speak to somebody in this location and customer service is non-existent. They damaged my car. The windshield came with scrapes, a crack, and nicks. My car is scratched up all over from them. Nice people but they have zero clue or desire to do their job correctly, much less well.
People used to take pride in doing good work.

They showe up right on time reasonably priced and had it done very quick I'm very thankful and it works perfect! Thank you so much!

Great service and fast service less than an hour to replace my cracked windshield set it up online guy was there on the weekend took care of it no problems very professional very friendly great place to go with or without insurance, AC TV and cold drinks and coffee I must for anybody looking to get the window or windshield replaced

Wonderful courteous and professional staff. My windshield was fixed quickly. So happy to have a new windshield for my dog to put nose prints on. I also love the new wipers.

So your repair isn't guaranteed. And if the fix wasn't effective you'll need a new windshield. Why not just fix it and if you can't let me get a windshield with this first appointment.

Also moved my appt from afternoon to morning at 7 PM the night before via text. Number in text for reschedule was a joke. They disconnected 2x, wasted an hour just to be told there was nothing they could do. Local store said tried to call cell but man answered? Had the same number for 20 years soooooo....

Just 3 star experience.

A guy named Steven called us at 8:40 and said he was sorry, he would be there later than planned, that his last appointment was at 10:00 AM and that he would be here by noon. We tried to call him after he was an hour late and he did not respond. The guy who was shown in the email was Joshua. Safelite corporate tried and tried to reach him and could not. It is 3 hours later. I asked for a wellness check because I was concerned, but I see that a year ago they pulled the same thing on someone else.

We used your service for a windshield. Heard about it from redsox game. My wife called and made an appointment. We drive a 98 and they needed to order the windshield.. It came in right on tome . It was fully insured and the guys were very friendly and respectful and took care of everything. They even noticed our wipers were somewhat worn and would soon be scratching the new windshield. She was there under an hour and its a great looking job. It has rained almost all week and 0 leaks. Thanks guys Saint Johnsbury VT

Safelite replaced the windshield in one of my vehicles after a storm and they were great. The vehicle was at a dealership so they just went over and put in the new glass. The results were perfect. They even reconnected my easy pass!

I had an appointment set for 2pm. Showed up and no one was there. I called corporate. 20 minutes later they let me know that location decided to close for the day and not let any of their customers know. I rearranged my entire schedule and had to pay someone to watch my kids. HORRIBLE customer service!!

A little trouble when it rained communication wise, but once that was corrected they were very quick to resolve the problem.

I love these guys! They were very reasonable and I was very glad to have their shop in my community as they accommodated my busy schedule joyfully. Their installation was as clean as factory, but probably better! I will be back for a mirror repair someday soon as they represent our town's can do character well.
