Twin State Ford goes above and beyond. We just purchased a truck from them and 3 days later I locked my keys in the truck‍♀️. My husband called Derek, their general manager, and he was there in a matter of minutes. With some time they got me unlocked and even delivered my truck to me. We have used Twin State for years and they have always been great to work with but for this moment they went above and beyond and made a very hectic mistake much less stressful! Thank you to all whom took part in getting me back in my truck as I know it took a few of you. Lesson learned: make sure to memorize your keyless entry PIN code as soon as you get your truck and/or set up your Ford Pass app before it's too late.

Hope and her team discovered a potential tire problem and hazard when I had our Fusion Energy serviced on Friday. I followed her advice and had the problem taken care of this morning. I feel safer when we drive the car now.

People at desks acted snobby when we arrived with the vehicle needing repair. Told us it took 6hrs to figure out what was wrong and repair it afterwards, and are trying to charge us 169$/hr to work on the vehicle. Do not go here, theyre just another shop/dealer looking to scam you and steal your money.

I was pulling a fifth wheel in my F350 across country and had a death wobble experience. I called and Eugene got me in to fit my schedule. They were quick and fixed the issue on time and Eugene was outstanding to deal with.

My car was under warranty for the repair, on January 14th 2025 it was approved for an engine replacement. I recieved my car back on May 20th 2025 {Thankfully they gave me a loner car}. Now it has a problem with the wipers not functioning as they did when I delivered the car and the interior of my car was SO DIRTY all over the dash, feet area, side of the door that it needs professional detailing. I would think it would be not appropriate at a dealership to ruin my windshield motor function and clean the INTERIOR of my car before returning it to me.

The GM dealer where I lease the car advised me they could not get me in for a tire repair unti 5-27 ? I called Quick Lane and they said drop it off and they will fix. Well done Quick Lane !

The wait was very long (longer than I have normally waited for these same services). I understand some days/times are busier than others but it would have been nice to be informed the wait may be longer than usual at check in.

I was not offered to use my points towards my bill, I did not receive an itemized bill - just the totals page, and I had to go back in to request an updated oil change sticker. I would have done the same for the service bill but didn't notice it until I was home.

This was my first experience with the dealership that was less than 4 stars. I am patient and understanding of circumstances but the customer service today was not as it usually is whenever I am there for service.

Derek was very pleasant to work with, and accomodating as well, delivering my truck to me free of charge. Felt comfortable buying my F150 sight unseen based on highly satisfactory communication over the phone. Truck is like new, and very happy with it. Thanks Derek!

Jacob and Twin State Ford are the best in the business. I am a repeat customer and will continue to come back to Jacob. He is super knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehichle buying process. I also didn't feel pressured to buy a car same day, he led with value and that helped me pick what I wanted. If you are interested in buying a car or truck, make sure to get a hold of Jacob!

I absolutely cannot recommend these folks more. Engaging in major financial purchases can be really complicated and stressful. Between Jake, Derek, and James, I left feeling incredibly grateful that they were able to work me as a person- not just a number in a spreadsheet. Definitely choose Twin State Ford if you're looking to do business with humans who truly care about the wellbeing of other humans!

Hope and Tyler saved the day! A screw in my brand new pricey tires almost derailed my drive back to CT with my two kids and two dogs. Hope fit me in and Tyler made magic happen removing that screw and patching my tire in record time. I could not be more grateful for such a smooth and painless experience.

At the end of the day we needed to sleep on the decision and he wasn't pushy instead he was very supportive of us wanting to be happy and certain of any decision. Jordan authorized my engine to be replaced in 2022. His tech did an awful job and caused our car to break down on numerous occasions after the repair. My husband and I were trying to move to AZ with our entire belongings in our car and our dog after the repair. The car broke down in New York on the way. We took it into another Ford dealership there, they told us the person who worked on our car previously did a terrible job and there were signs of poor workmanship. He stated there were metal shards all throughout our engine and it was leaking oil because a hole had been torn. He said our engine would have to be replaced again. We were literally stranded in New York, using our savings we had saved for the move, to pay for a hotel while they tried to figure out what to do with our car. After a month, and an open claims, we rented a car out of our own pocket to move back to AZ while they tried to figure out who was at fault and what to do. Literally, finally, Ford claims was able to ship our car back out to Twin State Ford in TWO years later in January of 2024. Once it arrived, after sitting in snowy awful weather, Jordan stated they were very backed up and wouldn't be able to look at our car right away. MONTHs later he called our claims stating he didn't know what was wrong and wanted to schedule a 3 way call with me and Claims. Claims has tried on numerous occasions to reach out but he has been avoiding all calls and contacts. I have been paying $415 a month for my car for over 2 years and insurance without my car. In addition, we have paid out of pocket for several other expenses due to the move. Twin State Ford has proved they are negligent time and again and refuse to offer any help to us or take responsibility for their actions.

Brought car in for oil change. They told me that front brake and rotor needed to be replaced.which they did.Also they noticed that inspection was due at end of month and they were able to do that too.
