This is the first time I get my RAV4 serviced here. The employees were awesome and kept me informed as the service moved along. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and fixed a flat. The charges were reasonable. I’ll definitely return when I need service.

I highly recommend St Johnsbury GMC. I went there knowing what I wanted and my sales associate Shea was extremely helpful. I got to test drive the truck I wanted and fell in love with it, the truck just wasn’t the right color. I test drove the truck on Saturday and by Wednesday they had brought in a truck from out of state in the exact color and package as I requested. Overall very satisfied with the service and quality of truck and will continue to utilize the service and sales team. I take it as a good omen – a rainbow came out the same night I brought the truck home!

I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Dean at St. Johnsbury GMC. Dean provided an accurate overview of the vehicle with detailed pictures. This was important because I do not live close to the dealership and needed details to help with the decision to drive and inspect myself. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the process was low pressure and very smooth. I would definitely choose to do business with them again in the future.

I just bought my first brand new car ever, and every person that I worked with went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Matt was amazing to deal with as soon as I stepped on the lot. At no point during the process did I feel any pressure from Matt or any other employee at the dealership. Amy in finance listened to what my needs were and worked incredibly hard to get me what I wanted within my budget. And of course I can’t forget Doug who helped me from the beginning- listening to my long list of things I wanted in my new car and working diligently to find me the right car so that I could work with Matt on purchasing the vehicle. The service staff of this dealership could not have been more responsive, attentive, and professional. We are an elder couple who were on a mini VaCa out of state and had a breakdown on a winter Sunday that left our car un-drivable. I was able to speak with the Service Manager first thing on Monday morning. He was responsive, empathetic, and immediately had our vehicle assessed, problem identified and necessary repairs completed quickly. They even accommodated our need for a pickup at our inn ~ 12 away from the garage once the repair was complete. They put our needs first even though we weren’t local and wouldn’t be returning
customers. All the staff I was in contact with were responsive, competent and kind. Indeed 5 stars and a model for GOOD people and service!!

I dealt with Ashlyn and had the best time! She was so helpful and super easy to talk to. Very professional, but also felt like dealing with a friend. The whole team was great from Zach the sales manager to Amy in finance. I fell into an unfortunate circumstance and didn’t want to buy a new vehicle, but the team at St. Johnsbury GMC made it as good as it could be. 6 stars if I could.

They had the truck I wanted and were so easy to work with for getting what I wanted. Whole experience was positive and couldn’t be happier.

We were on a trip when alert for oil change came up. It was Friday, and although they were busy, Kinley was able to squeeze me in that same day! She called back to let me know when the service was complete. We were unable to get back that day, so they left keys with sales department. I picked up vehicle next day and everyone there was excited to see us and the dogs! Thanks so much everyone at St Johnsbury GMC!

Doug Duprey the General Sales Manager, is a easy going guy that doesn't feel the need to impress anyone with his job status. Amy Rayburn the Business Manager, is as pleasant and thoughoro as you could ask. That is why I gave them 5 Stars and Strongly Recommend Saint Jay GMC.

St. Johnsbury GMC is prompt in getting you scheduled, as well as getting your appointment done quickly and thoroughly. They have a very pleasant waiting area with drinks and snacks while you wait, and always have answers to any questions. They are a Great team to count on.

Just purchased a new GMC from them. Straight up sales people - 2nd purchase from them and good parts and service. Felt like a good deal to us.

Service was okay although I had an issue that went on for quite some time with a tire. The tire kept slowly losing air. Every time I brought it in they checked it and said they couldn't find anything. Even charged me once to take it off and re-bead it and that didn't work either. It started getting worse and they still couldn't find anything. I asked for a new tire as this had been going on under full warranty for well over a year. The car had very low mileage. They refused. I eventually went some where else and traded it in. Would I go back to them? No. I have had GMC's for over 25 years from another dealer and never had issues with the dealer.

They got me right in and right out and my Big Deal paid for it all. The mechanic took me back and showed me exactly what he was doing. The service department did a great job!

Once again st Johnsbury GMC has provided me with excellent customer service going above and beyond. They are the absolute best dealership!

I simply love the GMC mechanics! Went in for an oil change and was out quickly. They topped off all the fluids and were so awesome letting me know what may need to be done in the near future with no pressure for me to get it done there. My steering wheel was spotless when they were done, unlike some garages that the mechanic has left his greasy hands on in the past at other places I’ve been. I’d highly recommend getting work done there!

This is my second truck that I have bought through St Johnsbury GMC. Both times it was hassle free and very accommodating Emily is a go getter and follows through with any questions or concerns.
