The employees are absolutely helpful and so polite to me and helped me find the exactly what I needed for the bathroom in my house?

I do business at five different Menards in the state, because we have a lot of rentals. The people in the plumbing department at the Hastings Menards are the best in the business.

So nice to have a top notch lumber yard on Hastings with so much in stock. It makes finishing things so much easier.

Linda was so amazing, kind and helpful to my son when I sent him to find a bunch of stuff... she walked him though everything and really helped him with every question. A company who cares for their customers like this will always be my first choice.

I was surprised to find that they carried internet routers there so if you want to give your ISP providers router back to save some money & don't want to go to Walmart Menard's is the best alternative to Amazon as well for a quality router at an affordable price

Semi delivery drive for Menards...and they make awesome for us truck drivers quick in and out...drop and hook and gone...awesome everytime

I had online order to pickup . Came in and waited an hour and they could not find it. We are fine there , get out and waited 30 minutes to dlget through the gate, cause someone really old work at the gate . In and out lines stuck. Why schedule some one too old to work at that spot , where need someone move faster for checking us in and out, feel bad for the old gentleman.

I inadvertently forgot my receipt and went back to cashier to get it. She said she didn't have it and couldn't make copy. How wrong is that. Obviously she pocketed it and didn't want to give it up. Never had this problem at other Menards. This needs to be addressed.

One of the best hardware stores around I have a difficult time leaving once I step foot in the door.

I was at your store today and wanted to tell you how helpful everyone was. I was looking for a specific light bulb and the young man took me directly to it. I then went to the garden area and Jeremy helped me, then Hannah came to my aid. It was so nice they were all wonderful.

Love this store. My favorite Menards. The paint guys today rocked. They were busy, but I was in and out in 15 minutes

My niece and nephew went there to get things they needed to update there bathroom. It was clean and employees were helpful

Employees are friendly and very helpful. You can get everything you need in one stop. All house whole cleaning supplies, paper items are cheaper than Walmart.

Good store with lots of quality products I needed a board and employee told me to go get it myself told me where it was but I just had knee surgery so I made him go get it customers shouldn't have to get their own products at from the outside yard but overall employees are courteous

Great experience with an associate named Steve who helped me find exactly what I needed to fix my kitchen sink drain. Very thankful for his knowledge and help!

The best experience I've ever had in any Menards store. The two employees that helped me today were extremely helpful. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Eric from "Blue knight security" the gate attendant. Catching a mistake most would have not. Fantastic job! This place definitely needs more people like you.
