Bought tires(4 of them well $900) from them for my GM truck in February, noticed a bulge last week in one of them, attempted to get it in but was told tire machine was broken. Took in today and the bulge had broke open, blamed me as the customer for hitting something(which I didnt), didn’t replace tire at their cost, charged me instead. Told me “there’s no such thing as road hazard.” Will definitely stop doing business there unless they make this right.

Spady Chevrolet likes to claim that they treat you like family, if the service is any indication, they treat you like the red headed stepchild nobody wants. Our salesman was great, the vehicle was good and we were excited to make a deal. Unfortunately that's where things went wrong. They kept me waiting over 4 hours(2 customers in the entire shop while employees watched TV or twiddled their thumbs)and wanted 7k over kbb value when they finally got around to helping me. I do not be grudge anyone making a profit(that's why you're I business afterall)but gouging isn't acceptable. The bumper was scuffed, the third row seats didn't work and the interior was a little rough but hey it's a used car. I offered 2k less than asking in cash and you'd have thought I insulted their mothers. They adamantly refused to budge on price, wouldn't fix the seats and kept insisting kbb was wrong. No carfax, no negotiation, just basically told me to pound sand. I don't know if anyone has told them yet but every piece of information they have on vehicles is now accessible to the public. The ol' keep the customers waiting for hours to wear them down so they'll accept any offer in order to leave days are over. I hope Christopher moves on and finds a more accommodating dealership that will help his career. As long as Trent and his team are there to ruin things it'd be better for him to work at Walmart.

I needed an oil change and a few small repairs done so I called and got an appointment right away. The technician called me to let me know what other repairs were needed and let me know that they had the part in stock and it would be ready quickly. It was and I was on my way very soon. I felt like they cared about me as a customer and my vehicle.

Fantastic Service and Parts departments. GM World Certified technician David got to the bottom of a ghost of a rich code on my 2010 Chevy Equinox. We were looking to upgrade our camper-pulling truck and found the perfect fit! We worked with Kenny and Tom -- we appreciated them both as we are from Kansas and we are right in the middle of planting wheat and harvesting milo! There were no games, we felt they were honest as the purchasing was done all over the phones between phone calls, videos, and pictures!! I purchased a pick up from Jerry Spady Chevrolet end of July 2024! Thought it was a good purchase but come to find out things were wrong with it that weren’t disclosed to me. Also was not told about repairs they made to it before it was sold to me. There Auto Check report check only showed what they wanted me to see! In my opinion I would be skeptical about buying a vehicle from them!
