On Saturday I went to Ace Hardware to purchase a toilet but when I went back on Monday to talk to the manager he took his time to help me out when I was in need I just want to take the time to say thank you for for showing what customer service is supposed to be

Went in Sunday afternoon and needed help gathering supplies to fix the basement window. TIM at the help desk pulled it all together for me, from sized cut plexiglass, to retaining springs and caulking. The whole time TIM was favoring his right hand. Looks like he had a serious injury from about two months ago but was a real trouper and got me out the door. The project came to a finish without a hitch. Thanks TIM....hope that injury gets better fast....

Always so nice and helpful, worked with Mike two days in a row helping find items and offering to order what wasnt on hand with thorough shipping quotes. Was asked if we needed help any time an associate walked by, I appreciate the assistance and care.

The color I was aiming for just wasn't turning out. Tried to fix gallon several times and it just didn't happen. They mixed me a new one and it was perfect.
