I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. From the moment I called for an estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and safely removed a large tree that fell and was dangerously towards the road. They were respectful of my property and made sure everything was spotless before they left.
Fair pricing, outstanding work, and great customer service—what more can you ask for? If you need any tree work done, don’t hesitate to call. They truly deserve 5 stars!
Dustin and the crew got right over to my project! They laid ply wood down under the skid steer so as not to damage the yard. They cleaned up after themselves. We really appreciated them getting to us quickly!
I contacted this company for 3 tree removals, 5 bush removals, and to grind 2 existing stumps. This company needs to work on communication and customer service, and their work is sloppy. Dustin answered right away when I called. He told me to text with my name and address and he would come to give me an estimate. It was a week later when he came. He admitted he had forgotten that he still needed to give me an estimate until he stumbled across my message in his phone. He gave me an estimate of $800, and said he would need to rent a small stump grinder from Grand Island. He would need to put me on a wait list, and that it would be a couple weeks. Never heard from him in 3 weeks. I texted to make sure I was still on his list. He stated the weather had put him behind, but then he showed up the next day. He did not call to let me know he was coming that day. They did not come with a stump grinder. Instead had a skid steer. This makes me wonder if I was again forgotten about until I had contacted them, and maybe why they didn't show up with the stump grinder. They did put plywood down on my lawn so the skid steer wouldn’t tear up the grass or damage the sprinklers. We have poured concrete edging. The point of having this edging is so that it is all one piece and won't be as uneven when the ground shifts over time. Dustin and his crew drove over the edging with the skid steer, breaking the edging into several small pieces. Then proceeded to tear apart the rest of the edging. They did put the pieces back, however, it was done sloppy. The edging that is now broken into small, irregular pieces are all uneven. Even if there had been no other way to do the work with the equipment he had, he did not think to ask first if we were willing to accept that damage. I then contacted him the next day, stating that I was not informed they would need to tear the edging apart. He claimed he needed to take it apart to get his equipment through. I told him I understood that may have been the case, but I should have been contacted before tearing the edging apart. Had I known they were going to tear it apart, I would have found another way to take the trees and bushes out. His response was that he was sorry I was not happy with the work. He still wanted the $800 for the work, and made no attempt to resolve his mess. Two days after the work was done, I started planting near the spot one of the trees used to be, and while I was digging the hole I ran into part of the stump he was supposed to remove. He clearly just cut off the part that was above ground, then buried the rest. The other stump they were to remove also still has several roots sticking up out of the ground. Same with a couple of the bushes. I understand not all the roots will get removed but, the work seemed rushed and done sloppy. He did not grind any of the stumps. Had he rented the small stump grinder, I imagine he would not have needed to tear apart our edging and would have gotten all the stumps and the large roots removed. It is in such poor taste to still demand I pay the full $800 when the damage he caused will cost more than that to fix.
