The service call was scheduled and I was called with 10 minutes left in the window and told it would be an hour before someone would be there. This is a short term rental That's over an hour from my home, and there was no way I could wait for the tech. There wasn't really wasn't even an apology let alone any thing done to make up for it. I now have to call someone else. I wasted over three hours of my day, spent money on gas and put miles on my car. I cannot recommend this business.

Addendum: Your response has a lot of words that don't reflect the important facts.
1. The appointment was for 2:00. I told you when making the appointment that we don't live in this home and i was coming from St Louis and could be there at 2:00. Calling me for an earlier time was zero help. They tech called at 2:42 (funny you know that but can't seem to figure out who scheduled me or when?). at 2:42 he said he was an hour away.
2. When i explained the above and that perhaps the person scheduling should always give a window and not a time slot, i was just told 'we don't do specific times'. Well, you did, and you ignored the fact that education was needed for your schedulers.
3. Offering 10% off of possible needed service was of little benefit to me. My 3 hours, including 2 hours in the car, wear and tear and fuel, were worth much more than that. Another company came a few days later. on time. And the call was $400. So you'd have given me $40 for my time etc. I asked for waiving the diagnostic fee and 10% off and you denied it.

I called a couple different places before them and the others could not help me with a water furnace. These guys are great! Very responsive, the lady that answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable.
She had a Tech, Gregory, swing by that day, who already had a route. He was able to just clean out the lines real quick and fixed the leaking issue. Very reasonable price. Took a credit card on site. Gregory was professional and nice. He was knowledgeable about the system, as I had a follow-up question. Turns out that was the company that a family member uses and is pleased with them. Well, this is my new HVAC company, too. Thanks for making this quick and painless.

Outstanding company to deal with from first contact. Nick, our salesman was very responsive and sent us a very fair estimate quickly. Whenever I contacted him he was available and If I needed to leave a message he always returned my call quickly. Jason and Conner, the installers, not only arrived on time but were actually a little early. They were courteous, friendly, and hardworking. The installation they did was too notch and completed quickly! I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone needing heating and cooling replacement or service

Trent was the technician that came to our house and did a diagnostic on our central air. He was professional, knowledgeable, very personable, and explained everything so I could understand the problem! I highly recommend Crystal Heating & Cooling! Very pleased with the excellent service!

Service person was courteous and on time they do charge 92 dollars just to show up then charge labor for diagnostic so your looking at 177 dollars just for a service call at 1/2hour Labor plus service fee to show up a little steep if you ask me I understand that inflation is through the roof and i did get the service i asked for and the job was done correctly thanks for explaining this to me i liked that they followed up this with me they will have my business in the future

$140 for nothing worse service ever he even told me i could have gotten the parts for $20 and still charged me $140 for telling me yes it is broken.........well duh i called you to fix it not charge me $140 to tell me something i alreay knew i am like wow some of these people are all about money and not human lives or having a warm home for the winter

On the first extremely hot day of 2021, our AC stopped working. Crystal Heating and Cooling was incredibly responsive. The service technician, Trent, could not have been more experienced, professional, efficient and friendly. The AC is now up and running COLD air. We will be returning customers for all of our HVAC needs, including their maintenance services. My husband and I definitely recommend this company.

Will Lewis came out to service our twice yearly check up and absolutely loved him. He was thorough, professional, really sweet, knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to see he represents a really good reliable company. He came the same morning I called so on their trucks it says "rapid response" and they aren't kidding. Thank you and thank you for hiring people like Will.

I work in insurance and often need documentation of updated HVAC for mutual customers. They are great about getting me the information I need. They take great care of their customers even after the work is done. That is the kind of service you want!

I only called Crystal because that’s who my home warranty company suggested, first of all. My unit needed Freon and they stated I had a leak. My technician refused to go in the attic (where my unit is) because it was hot and he didn’t have to, so I had no idea where the leak was. They went ahead and put Freon in my unit though. I called and spoke with Duane and he said since his workers are Union they don’t have to go in the attic if they don’t want to. Duane then said that he could send someone out that next week to look for a leak but I would have to pay another service fee for them coming back out. I’ve already paid once for the service that I didn’t get..why would I pay again??

We had a complete HVAC replacement. They literally replaced everything: furnace, ac, ducts, vent covers, and thermostat. (even the wires for the thermostat) they moved our return air grill to a central location and added 2 new runs for rooms that didn’t have vents and ran all new electrical wiring for the new system. Martin and Chris were very polite, hard working, and professional. They made sure they took care of our home as if it was theirs.

Outstanding service, amazing response time, excellent value for money. We sold our house and the furnace went down before closing. Crystal found the life time warranty on the part (no other company offered that) and tried repeatedly to resolve the issue despite Carrier sending the wrong parts etc. Crystal staff were amazing, offered options and ultimately installed a new furnace (I insisted - they had other options to save me money but I just wanted the situation resolved asap). They really worked collaboratively with me to make sure I got accurate information and overall I would highly recommend them. If I hadn't moved out of region I would use them always moving forward. Really amazing team!!

They've been to our house numerous times to resolve the same issue with our central air. Each time they were there, they informed us that it was repaired. Things were replaced on the unit. However, the issue was still unresolved. It took the very last gentleman to actually diagnose the problem. It was something so simple that the other guys SHOULD have noticed the 1st visit!

Quick and quality service, was very pleased! Also knowledgeable and fairly described the problem straight to the point. Will definitely use for future issues with any of my home's heating and cooling.

I have been doing business with Crystal Heating and Cooling since we built our house in 1999, they have replaced both furnace and air conditioner in one of our rental properties and our home. Recently
another our the rental houses had a problem with the air conditioner and
naturally I called Crystal Heating and Cooling for service on that unit. They showed up and called me to tell me that they had located the problem and the unit need 3lbs of refergirant at $86.00 a pound to correct the problem, I approved he repair and that was that. $375.00 later I was
assured the problem was corrected. 4 days later my renters, who are in
their 80's called to tell me the air conditioner was not working, it was on Saturday so I called the emergency number for Crystal and relayed the information to them that I was concerned for the well being of my of renters. As of Monday no one from the company had contacted me so I called again, they told me they would try to get someone out that day or the next. when the tech showed up they called to inform me that the unit had a leak, when asked why that had not been discovered originally i was told that now the air conditioner needed to be replaced. The whole episode has left a very impression with me after having had purchased
3 complete heating and air conditioning units from this company. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I have been using Crystal Heating and Cooling for around 7 years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They call ahead to tell you that they are on their way, this is important because a lot of the time I am at home alone with my son. Carl was great with my son and dog on his last visit. I high recommend them. Also the service contract is worth it!!!

Field Service Representative , Darren H., did a fantastic job of diagnosing and correcting the problem with my furnace. He explained everything and worked very efficiently, then tidied up afterward. My past experience with Crystal Heating and Cooling was also very good. I highly recommend this contractor!

Customer service is great. Only issue was the way my older home was consctructed caused my first unit to be to small to cool my house but got to give it to them they did come back several times to try to fix it. They did finaly up sized the unit which has finaly cured the cooling issue. Good job guys

Very good service. Darren explained why a new capacitor was needed and also informed me overall about the condition of the unit. As this is a new house, I very much appreciated the time he took to update me and give me a preview of possible future needs. I had several phone calls also with other staff, and was very pleased at their immediate response and courteousness.

Cory was fantastic...couldn't so it on day scheduled because of neighborhood power outage, but came the next business day, and did a great job. Fast, easy and explained everything.
