The service crew is awesome to work with. John and Tim both go the extra mile to make sure everything is prefect. It's unusual these days to find people doing more than one would expect. The product they offer is costly, but they make every dollar worth it!

Very poor communication and subpar service. Parking Brake Sensor came on in my car. I brought it in for an oil change and to have the parking brake issue fixed. I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM and verified all contact info. I asked for contact before repairs were done. At noon I hadn’t heard anything so I began calling. Finally at 2pm someone finally answered. They said the car had been completed for a while (I had not been contacted at all). When I picked it up the service worker said the parking brake sensor had been reprogrammed and it cost $90 (repairs were not supposed to be done without contacting me first). He showed me where to pay, handed me my key and said the car was somewhere on the lot. He said if it’s not up front check the back lot. I had to walk around searching for the vehicle. Jump forward to today (7/8) and the parking brake service light is on again. When I called about it I was told they didn’t do any diagnostics last time as they jumped to the reprogramming and “it worked”. It obviously didn’t work as it’s back on one month later. I would t bring any vehicles here for anything more than an oil change.

I just went and bought a car for the first time ever. I was nervous about the whole process and didn’t want to be pressured into buying anything. Daven was our salesman and he was amazing to work with. Never made me feel pressured into anything and was so helpful! Our financing guy (i forget his name now that i need it) was amazing too. Gave me advice on what warranties were worth it and not! I will also be buying from auffenberg in the future!

I was getting ready to go on a trip and forgot that I needed an oil change. I had to get it done before I left the next morning. I called the service department around noon. They asked if I could be there at 2:30. It didn't take long to get it done. Very efficient.

Auffenberg was a great dealership to deal with. We purchased a 2023 Acadia new a few years back and was treated great. With this experience we decided to return and purchase a new 2025 K2500HD from the 2 weeks ago. Mike Bryant was fantastic to work with along with the finance team. Service was awesome installing the accessories for our new truck too!

Jake was very friendly, and there was zero pressure at any point. Even during the paper signing with the finance guy, Zach I believe his name was, where extras and warranties were presented, there was no pressure to add more to the deal. They were all super helpful and down to earth people, that is why we returned to Auffenberg to purchase another vehicle. They will always have our business.

Daven and Mike were great to deal with; other than a couple of hiccups (we had a couple of rebates/incentives that needed more info), this was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences ever. We were originally planning to purchase in St. Louis but discovered Auffenberg had exactly the Equinox EV we wanted. It was great to be able to buy local.

While having my oil changed, I had them look at my flickering headlight. He nicely came and explained the problem and quoted the price. I reluctantly said yes. It was 401.00. Later finding out the purchase price of that part is half that cost. I guess I should have said no while the part was out, but didn’t think they would charge double. Not happy and they won’t be serving me again.

I went into the dealership hoping to test drive 2 different vehicles to determine what model I would be purchasing. I gave Will, the sale guy my drivers license, I talked to him about what I’d like to drive, he asked for my phone number and I declined to give it, stating I didn’t want marketing but when I decided to buy I would be happy to share, just not at this time. I was then asked for my email and declined to give that also, Will then stated “well if I can’t get all of your info I can’t save it into the system” he then just shrugged his shoulders and put his hands up. When I asked if I would be able to test drive a car, he pushed my license across his desk at me. I left the dealership, I decided to go back and speak with a manger and ask if that was normal policy for them or if we could work some thing out. I was met by Darwin who was rude and interrupted me multiple times while I was explaining to him what had happened. At one point saying “if I have a sales guy riding with you I want to know who he’s with” and then in the next breath saying “well if a salesman was going to go with you then that would be ok to not give your number.” He was rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. I have purchased a new vehicle from Auffenburg in Washington, MO in the past and had a fantastic experience, I was expecting the same customer service at the Farmington location. My experience today was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sad that I can’t do business in a “small” town close to home.

Bought a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from them 5 months ago. Been having issues with the vehicle a month after we bought it. Took it back to get it fixed and failed to find the problem. Gave the car back to me that still had issues. Took it back 2 more times and the kept the car for almost 2 weeks and again didn’t fix or find the problems with the car and basically told me I’m on my own. So I took it to a different dealership and in one day found all the problems. They will not lend any vehicles out to customers if they are working on your vehicle. I’ve lost respect for the place. Seemed like they just pushed me away so they didn’t have to deal with me. I do not recommend this place

Farmington Auffenberg has the best service department ever. They are honest and take time to explain what my car needs. My car broke down in a parking lot near the dealership and the next thing I know, the service manager is there to check it out for himself. Never had that happen before. I plan to purchase my next car from Auffenberg.

Told us on the phone they would buy our vehicle. Told us to just drop it off and they’d give us a price. Get there drop it off and then they RUDELY told us they didn’t have the room. Insinuated I was lying about said car. And then proceeded to harass us with “Get this vehicle out of here by tonight.” We were waiting to be towed home and guy kept harassing my husband and RUDELY telling the tow truck driver “that thing you dropped off earlier needs out of here NOW. Get it out NOW.”

In Farmington. The employees in the service department are very patient and they explain things when they work on my car. I like how they call you with the cost of repairs for approval before fixing.

Update 6 years later. Well the count is now up to 8 vehicles my family or friends have purchased. No complaints and will continue to go there in the future.

My family have bought 3 vehicles from them now. A Chevy Aveo in 2005, a Equinox in 2017 and now a Silverado. Have always received great customer service from them and will continue to go there for vehicles.
