I called Puddles to repair a busted garbage disposal and to change out a shower fixture. They were great and respectful. There was an issue with a leak with the shower the next day but they came right away and fixed the issue without charge. Aaron even offered to help clean up the water from the leak. I have had a lot of issues with plumbers in past but this first experience with them was fantastic. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Our sump pump drained into the side of our yard and we were wanting it to go to the street like our neighbors did. I called Puddles and they answered after hours (around 6 pm) and told me it would be about a week and a half before they could come look at it due to their current backlog. They showed up as promised and had me a quote within 30 minutes of looking at everything. They said they could do it in about 2 weeks. They showed up as promised and had the pipe ran in about 3-4 hours. They use an app that texts you to let you know the status of things. I would HIGHLY recommend Puddles for any plumbing needs you might have and we will definitely use them should we need a plumber in the future.

They are very responsive, knowledgeable and hard working. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided. We will definitely be using them again!

Puddles is very reasonably priced, clean and friendly. Two guys came and installed our hot water heater in about 1.5 hours and provided an itemized list of parts and prices for each. I would definitely recommend them and will use again in the future.

Very good experience. Aaron G. and Ray W. were great. They had a cancellation and were able to come earlier than booked. Put in a new water heater on first trip and opened a difficult clogged drain on second trip. I was pleasantly surprised with very affordable charges, and impressed with their communication as to punctuality. I will definitely use them if needed in the future.

Seriously AMAZING! Showed up earlier than scheduled following a call to make sure it was ok. Had the water heater approved through warranty, picked it up, un-installed the old and installed the new one within 3 hours! Thought for sure it would be an all day project. Definitely impressed to say the least. Found us a new plumber when needed.

Puddles plumbing just finished putting a new outdoor hydrant in my yard. The trench was already dug and parts were here. They were done in less than an hour. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them and I have recommended them to others.
