Lowe's Home Improvement - Wasilla, AK

Shopping here is essential, i need what the store carries, but service is always lacking.
Once they wouldn’t refund an brand new $80 Lennox hole saw kit that was missing a part, so i just left it with customer service (its useless without the part they sold it missing) (and left my information with them on a blank paper they gave me)
And then today 6/26/25 a cashier charges me twice for an item, i go back inside to have it corrected, I’m polite, staff refund the double charge, but no apology or anything.
Those 2 issues aside from staff never being able to explain or show me where particular items are, its “wheres waldo” trying to find someone who doesnt say “i dont know” or tells me the wrong isle.
Home depot is just as bad with service.

Julie at Customer service, as well as Mgr Kristen were amazingly helpful! This dynamic duo was by far the BEST customer service I have ever received! I would recommend everyone to go to Lowe's in Wasilla AK these 2 offer the absolute best customer service by far! I will only shop Lowe's for all home improvement needs!!

Walked in got what I needed and got out. Parking is a mess but it's summer so to be expected.

Just went to the Pro desk to get a quote for supplies needed to reroof our house. The person waiting on us was useless. He wanted us to do all the figuring. wasn't interested in using the dimensions to help us decide what we needed/wanted. When he found out we had a quote from a competitor he just took numbers off that and didnt even compare like items or ask if we were interested in something different. I have to say you just lost our business.

I needed 2 large bags of ice melt and the employees were so kind! They helped me get it to my car :)

Always helpful folks here to help you find what you need for any project and one of the best places for gardening seeds, would love a bigger variety of bulbs for indoor grow in winters!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We purchased a washer and dryer on 10/13 and was told it would be delivered on 10/24. They have rescheduled the delivery 2 times now. Each time I have had to take time off work, which costs me $. I have called both the main line and the local stores to try and get my appliances delivered and no one at Lowes has been able to help me. We have been without a washer & dryer for weeks and apparently Lowe's could care less. Very disappointed.

Chris LeMont was EXTREMELY helpful, I have never seen anyone lift so much all by themselves at one time in my life. Every time I go to the Lowe’s in Wasilla, I see this young man working so hard and he’s a vet which I admire and respect so much. Chris Was extremely helpful, extremely professional, and didn’t even break a sweat. This guy gets 10 gold stars. Thank you Chris LeMont for assisting this old lady with all my lumber!!!!

I called Lowe’s Twice and I got cut off Twice and called back again and at first an associate said she was in a meeting and then she said what I was looking for, Lowes did not have that item,then I found it on the internet and it said they had 45 in stock. I don’t understand why she even answered the phone. I am not pleased with customer service. I know the store at times gets busy but I was tired of getting cut off and talking again to a robot before the Associate came on. ..Somehow I got connected to the wrong Department and it was suppose to be Home and Garden. Customer Service needs to improve.

I love to shop here the employees are super friendly and it looks decent in there. They also have a good selection of stuff. Would recommend

This is a great guy store. Doesn't matter what you project is, Lowe's has the good selections n very competitive pricing.

In the past I have avoided going to this Lowe’s. In the last year, the customer service has improved a great deal. Purchased some appliances and got them delivered. The delivery team was great and the service they provided, installing them was great! I would recommend Lowe’s in Wasilla to anyone in the valley. Not everyone will have this experience, but I did and I am very happy with them.
