Forget about any help at this store. Waited 45 min. at paint area for my paint to be shaken and even called the customer service desk for them to send someone. Nobody ever came to help. There were 4 customers that needed help and nobody to help shake or mix. I left the paint on the counter and went elsewhere. Also forget about getting a doorknobs rekeyed as no one knows how to do it. Been getting this done for years. Poor training…… Bartlesville Lowe’s is a joke!!!!!
I dont understand why the store rep needs to stand by the self checkout and watch you check out. They also will interrupt you while checking out to try and "correct" what you are doing. They said I miss scanned items just to look at the receipt and I didnt. If you want to stand there and do that why dont they just do their job and check people out themselves? This self checkout nonsense in the retail industry is a joke.
Bartlesville Lowes is an average (at best) Lowes. Some staff are amazing, some seem to dislike their jobs & customers very much. Purchased a refrigerator here 4 years ago that konked out the next week. That was not the store's fault but the local customer service staff bungled up the return & replacement quite badly. Third refrigerator finally was correct. For small, "need in a hurry" items, this is an "okay" option when going to the competitor brand in Owasso isn't an option. Unlikely to buy anything major or shop here by choice for anything due to the store's reputation & personal experience over time. Regardless, glad Bville has a Lowes.
