I can’t say enough good things about John and his crew, communication throughout job and and a crew that goes above and beyond plus they were the lowest bid, you can’t go wrong with Heritage roofing.

Jon and his crew at Heritage Roofing are amazing. They were quick to get me an estimate and on the schedule for a full roof repair. My house is just over 1900 square ft. The crew showed up around 11am and the job was completed by 8pm that same day. Completely new roof, vents, etc. The crew cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were there. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or repairs.

Heritage roofing is by far the best option for anything roofing. The customer service was exceptional and they are really easy to deal with. I recommend them to anyone. They are the best.

The heritage roofing team did an amazing job for our family. Not only did they roof our house, but they prepped their work with tarps everywhere and their clean up left little evidence they were ever here, except for the beautiful new roof, of course! They even took extra special care to not disrupt a cranky neighbor.

Our roof was a three day job, second story, 32ft to the gutters with a steep pitch. They protected the windows and landscape from debris with tarps and plywood, cleaned as they went, and swept the steps to our porches each night. The crew was friendly and efficient. The roof looks great! The only downside is now my siding looks old by comparison! Heritage is in my digital Rolodex for anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

Very disappointed on the lack of communication with this company. On 7/29/24 they came out to inspect our roof, gave us a quote, and that it would take about two weeks before they could get started. We said sounds great and WE HAD TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO GET ON THE SCHEDULE. I contacted them that evening with a reply “okay great, Thank you.” Over two weeks went by and we had not heard a word from anyone from the company. I CONTACTED them again. They said, “you are close to the top of the list. Next week.” Another two weeks go by, 8/27/24, AND I HAD TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN. They said, “You are on the schedule for next week.” 9/20/24, my husband tired to get ahold of someone different through the company, we were told someone would be in contact with us. NO ONE CONTACTED US. The date I am leaving this review is 10/4/24.

Thanks John for the great work your people did at my house they are fast at what they do. I talked to a few of them they were all nice and they did a really good clean up. If you need a new roof give John a call you will be glad you did he is really good person to work with no pressure at all. He will be up front with you let you know the cost then you just let him know what you want to do and he will make it happen. Thanks John

We used Heritage Roofing to replace our roof and gutters in 2020 and when we had storm damage due to tornado. They work with excellence and integrity! They were prompt submitting claim and supporting documentation with our insurance. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing!

We were changing our home coverage to State Farm which required their roof form to be completed by a roofing company in order to receive the discount. Unfortunately the roofer that had installed our roof had passed away so we were desperately trying to find a company willing to complete the form for us. We texted Heritage Roofing our request & Jon Hargis immediately replied that he would be more than willing to help us. Wonderful company!! Everyone was clean, polite and very hardworking! The actual replacement was finished in only 1 day! The paperwork and working with insurance went smoothly and educational even. I would give 10 stars rather than only 5. Great job all around!

Heritage Roofing completed our roof after a tornado damaged it. Jon and his team did a great job of installing new skylights and putting on the new roof. Their work was timely, done as quoted with good cleanup afterwards. Jon was also very helpful with the insurance submission. His knowledge was invaluable. dad), personally took the time to come out the evening, on the same day mind you, and repaired the roof, and even took care of an extra issue that I had with another part of the roof! They also did a great job in cleaning up!

Hired Heritage to replace my roof after the May tornado. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Best of all, they were affordable. And the new roof looks fantastic.

I called and Jon here in Bartlesville contacted me just before he came out. It was such a minor repair we didn't need a big job done. We just needed to seal a metal plate. Such a nice guy at Solid Roofing.

Yay! We got our new roof installed in less than 2 days. Jon and crew do amazing work—efficient, neat and high quality. They modernized our roof vents for improved efficiency and also fixed rotten fascia boards for us. Looking forward to the gutter install to finish this beauty!

I got a quote for a repair on my roof and then never heard anything. I checked back and was told it would be "next week". A few weeks went by so I checked back again and was told it would be "next week". A month later I sent a message expressing my lack of confidence that the work would ever get done and never heard from them again. So, three months later, I finally hired another company who actually showed up and got the work done. When I explained my situation they said "oh yeah it was Heritage, right?" So, apparently this is not a rare occurrence. It happens often enough that other companies know them by this reputation. I don't understand running a business like this. Communication is so important in letting your customers know you care about them and you value and respect their time. Repeatedly setting expectations and then no-showing causes customers to completely lose trust in your company before even getting the opportunity to see the quality of your work. It's so disappointing because other reviewers obviously had a good experience. Anyway, long story short, if you want an amazingly low quote call Heritage. If you actually want the work done, call someone else.

HIGHLY recommend, polite, professional, great cleanup. VERY affordable prices. Fast install (did my complete roof replacement in like 6 hours). Inalled new gutters too. They serve Tulsa area also.

Some delay but due to shingles shortage. They did a great job and covered two surprise issues without asking for additional funds. I even got a credit for unused decking and shingles.

I recently got my old roof replaced by Heritage Roofing. Jon Hargis, owner, was my primary contact through the entire process. He is a thorough professional and a wonderful person. He came by my house 4 separate times to patiently review the options and premises and go over the quotation and installation details.

Jon also has a fantastic and hard-working crew. The work started on the scheduled day at 6:30 am and the crew worked till 9:15 pm! Same schedule next day. They came back the 3rd day for 3 more hours to finish up and clean up the areas. They did a great job of leaving the property very clean and picked up the nails and debris with 3 passes around the property.

Roof installation itself was done very well per quotation details. Jon came by several times each day to ensure things were going well.

Heritage offers a 10-y labor warranty and the shingle manufacturer has a robust warranty as well. So despite the large expense, there is some peace of mind for sure.

I would heartily recommend Jon and Heritage Roofing.

Jon and his crew did great job on my roof. They were here when they said they would be here, efficient and very detailed. The roof looks great!

Had a large tree branch fall and hit part of our roof creating a puncture. He came out on very short notice and got the hole patched up, inspected the roof, and gave me great advice for maintaining our tree so it doesn't happen again.

Amazing experience with Heritage Roofing! They did a full roof in a day and a half! Work included redoing roof decking, replacing fascia, reframing attic, sealing, and new shingles. Showed up exactly when they said, worked incredibly hard, and cleaned up everything well.
Fair price, fast and quality work. Hard to find all three but I did with them.

They came out and gave me a quote and I asked them to proceed with the work. I asked when they would complete the work and they said the following week... The following week they didn't show up. I texted and they said it would be the following week. I asked when and they said the beginning of the week. Next week came and no one came by. I called, they said someone came out and fixed it. I said no they didn't, i work from home and no one came by. The guy in charge said he would come by.... He never did and its been over a month. Don't recommend them...

It has been almost a year and they still haven't finished the job. They broke my fence and it has not been repaired and the roof is not finished. It has been over a year now and still not repaired I guess my next step is contacting an attorney and taking them to court. They came right out and they are repairing everything; there was a problem between our communication . They were very polite and I would recommend them. They came over and finished everything and I can say they were very polite and they did a very good job I would highly recommend them
