On time, thorough, and experienced. Chase did a good job of explaining his report and answering questions. His follow-up report was sent by email almost instantly. It contained photos and explanations of all features inspected.

Chase was very friendly and thorough. We asked for him to look at a sprinkler system for us during the home inspection at an extra fee but he refunded us when the system would not even turn on. This showed us how honest and trustworthy he is. Is short videos and photos helped us identify quickly what might need fixed or replaced. Would highly recommend him!

Looks like the inspector knew what he was doing. The inspection was very thorough and complete except for the fact that the gas was turned off and he will have to go back for that. Otherwise we are very pleased with the report

Steve's reviews are well earned! He did a fantastic job. The inspection was thorough and methodical. He photographed all issues that needed to be addressed, used a fleer camera to spot any moisture or insulation voids and ran a camera through the sewer piping ( those last 2 were additional services I added on and were well worth it) .He addressed all my concerns fully and found issues I had not noticed. All while being very professional and friendly. If your on the fence about who to choose for your inspection I highly recommend Steve from inspection brothers. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Inspection Brothers to look at a property for me in Oswego, Kansas. They did an amazing job and their report was thorough and detailed. I’ve used several home inspection companies before, Steve sets a standard for all. Very professional service, flexible with our construction schedule, very fast completion and communication through his report. Very few “low value” items identified. Builder agreed to correct all deficiencies. I would use this service for any new construction you might undertake. Very satisfied.

Happy that I went premium. Great professionalism. One crucial note that's not in their control, make sure the seller's move their stuff away from things that need to be inspected, like plumbing under the sink. I'd recommend these guys.

This is the most thorough inspection I have ever seen. It was also rated from Major to handyman repairs. This was so detailed, it gave me a really good overview of the house and garage themselves. I had two appraisals done within a couple weeks of each other and had a chance to interact with both brothers. Both of them are INCREDIBLY professional and thorough! The report they give you is very comprehensive, but the way they tell you about things in person is so clear and easy to understand. As part of the buying process on a small house here in town, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure we hadn't missed anything in our multiple visits. Our inspector from Inspection Brothers was incredibly thorough, well-equipped (ladders, infrared camera, outlet tester, hoses, gauges, etc.) to investigate all aspects of the property, and was undaunted by the need to crawl into the tiny crawlspace under the house to check the foundation and other items, even once we realized there was no access from inside the house. He answered all of our questions, was incredibly polite, wore a mask, and clearly knew his stuff. I feel so much better moving forward with this major life purchase having worked with him. I had the 60+ page inspection report as a PDF in my inbox less that 8 hours after we shook hands and left the inspection. I cannot say enough good things about this business!

Scott was very thorough and explained to us each issue. He was patient in showing us what needed to be completed and if the issue needed to be addressed quickly or could wait.
