Lowe's Home Improvement - Paragould, AR

I've spent a bunch of time in this Paragould store just standing and waiting. And tonight this one guy told me he would get someone to help me in electrical but ten minutes later I seen him and another guy doing something back in flooring. Completely left me hanging. Plus they knew nothing about electrical. I found out they have one guy that knows his stuff in this department. I believe Lowe's is cheaper but I think ace will get my business from now on. I gave three stars only because I know kirt ciminelli that works back in lumber and he's a good worker and all around good person. That's all I got. Thanks

I like how many options you have in this store. It is usually pretty easy for me to navigate the store. If I can't find something I always ask an associate!

We are at Lowe's almost every day but that's a great thing cause we are fixing our house up and they have the lowest prices on things we need and don't forget about the customer service all their employees are wonderful always willing to help respectfully I love our Lowe's in Blytheville Arkansas

I've been a loyal Lowe's customer for decades because they were intent on making sure the customer (the main factor in P&L) was cared for at every opportunity.

"Need to find something? Let me take you there." Nowadays, the associate doesn't understand what a plumbing elbow is versus an electrical elbow.

The Paragould Lowe's store is the poster store for maximizing profit. Very few associates on the floor, and when you do find them, they don't work that department. What happened to knowing all departments?

Don't want to take away a person's job and check out at a regular register? Too bad. Self checkout is your only option on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Mind you, all retailers want to maximize profits, but why do it at the customers' expense? Why make us do your work?

One last thing, a blocked aisle is an un-sellable aisle. Get the displays out of the walkways so the carts you provide or the occasional wheel chair can maneuver and get to your products. Ever hear of ADA? Couldn't tell from where I sit...

Today, was picking out a plastic carton at zlowes..unfortunately, I could find the lid..I searched & searched. A rep came over to help only to find the lids higher up. She told me to wait for a short time & returned with a "lift". She had me move further away for my protection, then raised the lift incredibly high, got the lids, returned down, walked over and handed the lid to me. She kept smiling and stated " I'm glad to be able to help" ..her name was DOMINIQUE...she was amazing to take those extra steps to help.

Was looking for ways to insulate the attic above the garage cheaply, so I went to Lowes website and did a search - a R2 4x8 insulfoam sheet came up for $0.28/sqft. But then, I saw the website set the store for Sandy Springs, GA. When I switched it to Paragould, the price changed to $0.31/sqft. Not sure why Paragould has an 11% price hike, but I was able to find an R8 product for the same price online.

I love this lowes..they love my doggy cooper ❤️ & if they r good to my dog I love them..there holiday dec they get in every year are amazing

something for everyone, doing anything, could use a little more staff, but I wasn't in any hurry so it gave me more time to look around, great place to get what you need for a little yard work

You're be surprised at how much better the Lowe's one city over could offer you better deals.. but they do

Not a fan of Lowe's at all.
Their prices are way to high and NONE of the employees ever want to help you at all. Plus they are extremely rude when you ask them for help.
Trust me, if you need anything that Lowe's might have just drive past Lowe's a little bit and turn into Ace Gazaway, the prices are lower and the customer Service is 100 times better. Very helpful people.
I refuse to even go inside Lowe's now

I tell them what I want and and I show them they get it for me and then load it in my truck for me real nice guys I don't have to lift anything

Your average big box home improvement store. It's the only player in town
If Menards ever makes its way into Arkansas watch out! Had what i needed but took a while to find.
