Ordered a new fridge and had delivery scheduled so we had someone take our old one out. Then Lowe’s suddenly refunded my $ and cancelled the order. They confirmed delivery 45 minutes before cancellation. They didn’t even have the courtesy to notify us. We found out when we checked the delivery eta. Now we have no fridge. Terrible service don’t shop at Lowe’s.
Update: Lowe’s said the bank blocked the payment. Called the bank who said Lowe’s refunded the payment. Lowe’s lies.
Had what I was looking for, my charge card had expired due to non use, only took a few minutes to get it reinstated. Helpful crew.
Needed some simple wood trim. Found the pieces we liked and would work for our project, but most were damaged. We asked if they had more in the back, they didn’t. So we asked if they could mark it down, and they wouldn’t. We asked to speak to the guy and he just sent his employee back to us to say he wasn’t going to mark down the damaged trim. They also wouldn’t cut the 12ft pieces for us claiming their saw would rip it to pieces. The trim we wanted was wood, not MDF and would not have been ripped to pieces with their saw that is used for cutting wood. It’s literally a wood saw. The sheer unwillingness to help was astounding. The one employee, whose name I didn’t get, was great, but not so much his manager that wouldn’t talk to us or help in any way. Will be going to Home Depot from here on out.
