Roof and Gutter Pros

I was very happy with Roof and Gutter Pros. We live remotely and were dealing with an insurance claim. Cameron stepped right in, met with the adjuster, made sure everything would be covered, and then did the work timely and professionally. Sent me lots of pictures of before and after the work. He really made it as painless as possible, considering. Great job and super team.

Roof and Gutter Pros are the best. I was referred to Cameron by a trusted friend who told me if I had storm damage, Cameron could get a repair claim approved by my insurance company.

Cameron came to my home and inspected my roof. He showed me pictures of the damage (wind and hail) and gave me direction on how to file a claim with my insurance company.

I followed Cameron's guidance and filed a claim. My insurance company sent a "roof climber" (inspector, not a licensed adjuster) to my home to document any damage which might exist. The inspector marked the roof and other items damaged with chalk and took photos which sent them to my insurance company. Cameron was at my home when it was inspected and went behind the inspector and took picture of the damage the inspector marked and then marked all of the additional damage the inspector failed to mark and took additional photos. The contrast in what the inspector marked and what Cameron marked was massive.

Cameron waited on my insurance company to deny my claim and then sent my insurance company pictures showing the contrast in what the insurance inspector marked and the damage that actually existed. This made the inspector look either incompetent or like he was purposely overlooking the damage to benefit the insurance company.

Cameron was able to get our roof approved for a total replacement.

The crew Cameron sent to our home was top notch. They worked diligently to get our roof replaced quickly before winter severe weather arrived. The crew cleaned up the yard and not a single piece of landscaping was damaged. Roof and Gutter Pros did an excellent job on our home. After some storm damage we needed a roof, gutters and siding work.
They handled it all for us, delt with the insurance too. Dalton, Cameron and Brianna were all very professional, friendly and helpful.

During the recent storms my parents roof took a hit. I called Cameron and he was out there within an hour and up on the roof inspecting. This is my second time using them and they are always on time, courteous and knowledgeable! They do great work! I highly recommend them!

Roof and Gutter Pros did an excellent job on my old, downtown, semi-flat, commercial roof! I cannot recommend them enough. When there was a little trouble later with a problem area, they came out and fixed it, so there have been zero leaks since. Before you get a consultation, go over your quote from the insurance company and DO NOT give Cameron this information even if he says “I need to see it because some times they miss something”. DO NOT sign his contract without having a chance to go over it. Have them give you a quote for what the insurance company says needs to be done. Cameron hounded me about the deductible that was still owed even though they didn’t do all of the work that was originally agreed upon. Overall work quality was good.

I have had 2 different houses that needed roof repairs. I have used this company for both. Cameron goes out of his way to make sure that things are done correctly. Cameron came and inspected my roof after a hail storm. He was extremely pleasent and happy. His happiness was contagious. He made sure I understood everything and the severity of what had happened and what could happen. He will be helping with the insurance. He made me very comfortable with the meeting with him.
I look forward to having them complete the work and I am confident that it will be done right and in a timely manner.

This company is the most professional, and honest company I have ever dealt with when it comes to standing up for their clients.
We had a roof leak and was certain it would not be covered under our insurance due to our home being a historic home and the roof being older. We called Roof and Gutter Pro to give us a roof inspection.
Cameron showed up when he said he would, and spent a great amount of time documenting details of the roof damage.
He assured us that he would met with the adjuster when they came out to discuss our policy.
As he promised, the day the insurance adjuster showed up, Cameron was there waiting. The adjuster looked our roof over and said it would not be covered. Cameron then showed him the possible indicated of hail damage.
The adjuster said there had not been a hail storm where we lived, however Cameron showed due to probable cause of hail damage, it was covered in our policy since there had been a storm in a certain mile radius he was able to show by a weather app.
As Cameron stated, “I am not saying it is hail damage or it isn’t but there is enough evidence to show a probability ”. The adjuster then smiled and said, he is right. Our roof was covered. A lot of home owners do not understand their policies completely.
Had Cameron not been there to represent us, the home owner,
that day we would have been paying out of pocket.
Cameron went over everything down to how a roof was to be installed to code and was acceptable and unacceptable. I feel like we got the best quality roof that will last, and I do not worry in the least of this company standing behind their product and warranty. I felt like I made life long friends once they finished.
The Roof and Gutter Pro crew showed up when they said they would. They tore the old roof off and completed the new roof in one day. Not only that, they cleaned up everything so we didn’t have to do anything once they left.
Very friendly, professional, and dependable.

Roof and gutter pro did a great job on my home so when I started having issues with the roof at my business I had them do that roof. They are very knowledgeable with both roofing and dealing with insurance. Both times they came out with the adjuster and that’s where their experience really shines. The adjuster couldn’t pull wool over their eyes. Roof and gutter pros went the extra mile both times and I really appreciated it!

Y’all, as first time home buyers we were so clueless on what to do when we had hail damage from the storm in April. Horrible experience!!!! They charged us $400 to clean our gutters and do "repairs." Their guys were on my roof for 45 minutes with a blower and that was that! Job was completed. I contacted management with concerns and was informed that they just charge more than other people. I was then harassed by the owner and told that i am probably unhappy in all aspects of my life and that he was done with me. He offered a refund and some extra work but when I requested that they coordinate a time so that my husband could be present, he no longer wanted us as customers. Why? Because you're overcharging and then not doing your job? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I highly recommend Roof and Gutter Pros. Everyone that I met while going through the process of completing my roof and gutters was very pleasant and professional. Cameron made the process especially easy by walking me through it step by step and handling the smaller details. They kept me informed and had the job done in one day! The roof and the gutters look amazing! Very satisfied customer!

They failed to cut corner tabs off the shingles. I contacted them numerous times and they never responded.....I received a call from Cameron today, 4/2/2021 informing me he never received my text for my complaint. Therefore, based upon his statement I am amending this review to 5 stars as I was satisfied with everything except for the cutting of the corner tabs.

There are a lot of homes in the area with roof damage from storms. Ours and Trays were in Carriage Hills subdivision. If you think you may have damage have your insurance adjuster come and check. Your company doesn’t charge your to check your roof!! If you have damage and decide to get it fixed call Roof and Gutter Pros. They work for YOU not your insurance company.
