I wasn't told that the stove mat, pipe collar or thermostat needed to be ordered separate. The stove works but you have to manually adjust it because the remote thermostat wasn't ordered. The project looks unfinished as there was no pipe collar. They furnished a mat for an extra fee. I have since ordered a pipe collar and thermostat. Installer was helpful and friendly. Recommend that you don't assume they will order what is needed or explain options.

Service was on time, thorough, and I was given options that saved money. Appreciated the way they did business and will use them again.

Darrell was amazing! Did a great job and patient with all my questions. I couldn't believe how clean he kept my house! A few little bits of dirt fell off the hearth but he cleaned almost before I saw it! Not a bit of dirt was left to me to clean. I immediately felt safe at at ease when he came to the door. So thankful to have found NEA and especially Darrell who came to Poplar Bluff to check and clean our chimney!

Excellent service. They installed an electric fireplace in my existing wood burning fireplace. They helped me with the selection of what I needed, ordered and installed in a timely manner. They had previously inspected and cleaned the fireplace when I used it as wood burning.

I received quick response to clean my dryer vent. They replaced the dryer hose, too. Great service and wonderful people. I will definitely use them again in the future.

In 2023, we had a chimney fire. We had contacted a local company to service us and they never gave us a quote for repairs. Not knowing if NEA would travel to the Mountain Home, Arkansas area, I reached out to Darrell and Robyn. They stated that they would be happy to speak to us about the repairs necessary. We set up an appointment and within 24 hours of meeting with him, he provided us a quote. Before the inspection, we decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit. Darrell was very informative on the products. He recommended what we should have had installed when we originally built the home in 2019. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the professional service and quick turn around on the installation. We will only use Darrell and NEA Chimney for the cleaning and any other needs we have in the future.

Very professional and friendly owner that answers all your questions as a homeowner that has never had a chimney then he was kind and friendly and didn't overcharge us and was reasonable with his times.
