Awesome service! Henry is the man. Helped me out quick and with excellence. Needed a battery tested and replaced and Henry got me tester and a new battery within 10 minutes!

They the best store in the world!!!! Give them a raise! Stop low balling your work give $30 like you should… because you not going to find nobody better!!!

I needed some windshield wipers on my van. This young lady helped me with it and then came outside to put them on. With the storms coming in I most definitely needed new wipers and didn’t know anything about putting them on. They were helpful and very courteous. Thank you Auto Zone employees for your service.

Store 2309 is one of the greatest stores In Pine Bluff Ar. And there Store manager Sonya is awesome at what she does!

This is, by far, my favorite AutoZone location. There is a tall man named Henry working there (unsure of if he's management, but he definitely seemed so) with the most pleasant business manner I can say I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Im a U.S. army combat vet and as so have extreme social anxieties...this guy, he made me feel at home! #PROMOTEDATBOY!#AUTOZONE'SFINEST

I walked to Autozone to purchase brakes. The mechanic called and said I needed rotors as well. K'yon and the store manager was nice enough to give me a ride. Thanks I appreciate it

Henry B. was amazing. My mother's car needed a special battery due to her mobility lift. Henry came out on his lunch break to help me with my mother's car on his own. Amazing employee!!

Friendly Staff! Excellent Service!! Had Alternator Concerns, Fixed it and they were able to successfully get me back on the road!

They are always so professional and willing to help. You guaranteed a good laugh when you enter the store as well!

Went in to get a new battery. Store employee Sonya Pridgeon helped me to pick out the correct battery for my truck. After ringing me up, she even removed my old battery and installed the new one. I was in and outbof the store in under 25 minutes with a new battery installed.

Had locker lug nuts that wouldn’t come off and SONYA helped get all 4 off of my tires! This woman is a hard worker! Out of all the men that works here with her she’s definitely the strongest! Thank god for here or I would’ve been stranded with a flat tire and not been able to get mine off for the spare ! Thank you so much SONYA!! Give this woman a raise!!

I'm from out of town but had to stop last minute to have lights put on my license plate.. which I knew nothing about!.. But the boss here Sonya, was so quick to help & even installed them for me! I couldn't be more thankful for the service I received here today!

Nasty employees that show favoritism to customers.. I was first ignored by a guy when he approached a customer who walked right in the door and then lied to by the short girl, (I'm assuming some sort of manager)seems to be rude unless she knows you.. They don't mind skipping right by you like you don't exist..
New management needed cause the guy with the moles let them do whatever they want.. I guess he's been there too long and doesn't really care at this point but it's unprofessional and discurteous..
Deven came right up to the register and helped me place an order for a part.. At the time, he semed to be the only professional and polite employee in the building..
