Lowes is good when it comes to quality and quantity. The pricing are ok. I got to use the self pickup for the first time and it was simple but not as easy as if you never done it before you wouldn't know what to do. I spent about 5 minutes trying to scan it at the scanner and realized I had to scan it at the register kiosk. But after that it was good.

How many times do I have to tell y'all that I want my toolbox in a box? And y'all still did not leave it in a box! And the other one was dented! I bought that crap a month ago! You got a scrawny guy tossing boxes around, so no wonder crap is getting dented. And I was told by upper management that it was in a box. When I go pick it up today, it's not in a freaking box!

And before I get a reply saying that isn't the experience we want you to have and we're sorry you had that experience, how about you offer some compensation?

It was a great experience. Fair prices , however , when at the register the price that was pulled up by the register was not the price on both the side isle display shelf nor the price that was listed on the isle itself for the specific product. It was a 10 dollar difference. Luckily they honored the price. We could have done without the attitude from the clerk about the situation which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

went to pick up a washer and dryer and was waiting at the pickup desk and no one came so i pressed the assistance button and lisa came and rudely said the dude is right there to come help yall and walked away. but another time when i came to get paint hannah was very helpful in finding what we need and getting the paint made that we wanted! and also when we came to order the washer and dryer zachary was very helpful and nice.

Stock & staff are good, but checkout is a pain if ye have (for example) a Military discount... numerous inconvenient hoops to jump through, instead of simple input of a connected phone number... like the competition!

No complaints, typical Lowe's experience. I prefer this Lowe's location compared to the Home Depot in the next town over.

Tara in the paint department is extremely helpful and gives AWESOME customer service. She asked questions about my project, made recommendations, and stayed to have a bit of a conversation with me until she was needed by another customer. Once she finished with that customer, she came back to make sure I had everything I needed!

I hate going to this place, maybe the management has nothing to do with it but the employees are a bunch of idiots because I say this because they are paid to serve customers regardless of race, color, nationality. It is a service store. For my part, I will have to travel more but I will never spend a cent in this store.

The selection was a little limited in what I needed, but I made it work. The location was otw, the staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were clean.

My husband received a Magellan hat for his birthday. Was way too big. Tried to EXCHANGE it for the same hat but they didn’t have a medium in the exact same style. Tried to exchange it for a very close, Magellan style, that had a cheaper price tag on it, but because I didn’t have a receipt, they were going to charge me a $16 difference even though the tags were still on the original. Moral of this comment, don’t give a gift from here without a receipt because besides being rude, they won’t work with you!!!!

On Monday I came up the back way from Boutte. I wasn't going to find that window for that money for very long. CS said that customers have been complaining about the delays with the construction going on with LA 20 south of Vacherie. I was told this was end of inventory which explained the low price and unavailablity elsewhere.

Please mark your site that this store is not a feasible option coming from Vacherie. LA 20 is impassable due to construction and the only other way to get there would be through Donaldsonville which is an hour out of the way in each direction. I came all the way up from LaPlace to pick up a Reliabuilt series 105 35-1/2 x 59-1/2" window, and Lowe's Thibodeaox and Houma are the only stores that have it in stock, otherwise $79 delivery, which I'm not willing to pay and ship-to-store not an option. I had to turn around in Vacherie because of standstill traffic on LA 20 and local gas stations suggested going to Gonzalez Lowe's, which doesn't have this window in stock. Therefore I cancelled the order. I imagine once this Lowe's and Houma Lowe's inventory on this window is depleted then $79 delivery will be the only option so it's not such a bargain priced window after all. The way through Donaldsonville is 92 miles from LaPlace as opposed to 37 miles through Vacherie. Until the construction is completed on LA 20 then Donaldsonville or Boutte are the only feasible routes to Thibodeaox.

I have had some hit and miss times here, but overall is Lowes and since there is no home depot in sight this is all that you'll get

How long has it been Lowe’s policy to tell the customer it’s their responsibility to get item numbers of the things they are purchasing. I was told by an employee that I was rude when I told her it was not my job.
I believe if Lowe’s has a new policy that is the customers responsibility to get the item number off of the shelf. We should be informed of that as we walk in the door or before we walk in the door so that if we don’t wanna do your employees jobs we don’t have to, or we’re called rude

This evening me and my wife went to find an item and after trying to talk to associate in tool world and being ignored I found product and checked out. Product had to be loaded in truck and the same employee that ignored us was asked to load it He looked at it and said he needed a forklift to do it and said he would just go to lunch told cashier to find someone else. She asked another associate and he said no he didn’t feel like it. Took manager to come and load he was very helpful. This marks 3rd straight time I’ve visited store with horrible customer service
