Naquin’s Home inspection did a great job of inspecting a newly built home for me. Mr. Naquin took his time overlooking everything to the smallest details and pointed out issues that i wouldn’t have recognized had I not utilized his services.

I used Troy to inspect my first home! Scheduled appointment for 2:00pm and he was there before that and didn’t leave til after 5:30pm. He did a very thorough inspection of each room/attic/outside, every bit of the home. He found many things the regular eye like mine would not see and even offered a tip on how to fix/go about it! Mr. Troy inspected the home that we are planning to buy. He was absolutely amazing. He took his time, inspected everything, he didn’t miss a crack. Wow where do I start! Mr. Troy with Naquin’s Home Inspection was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and passionate about his line of work. I was not aware that you can have an inspector come back out before you close to inspect the same items they once found an issue with. Thank goodness I got him to come back because the sellers did not fix everything they said they would! I am seriously impressed with Naquin’s!! Troy did everything he good to go out of his way to explain every detail throughout the inspection. Even with the appliances, breaker panel, A/C, I had questions and he was able to answer each one. He gave me info on some things that I would have never realized if not for him. Just finished an inspection with Troy; highly recommend him for any of your inspection needs. Troy was very thorough in his inspection; spent about 3 hours for a 1800 sq-ft house. He was very good about pointing out issues to me and discussing the problem/solution with me. He also was receptive to listening to any issues that I noticed and adding them to the report if needed. He we so far as to spend about 10-15 min crawling around in the attic on a 90 degree day! I you are looking for an extremely thorough inspector who's willing to turn a house upside to find all the issues, Troy is your guy.

Troy was very professional in our home inspection. He was able to come out the very next day and on a Saturday! He had a great database in which to use and was very thorough. He searched top to bottom and inspected everything. His turn around report was available later that night. He had pictures and comments on the deficiencies. Troy was EXTREMELY thorough and even did more than I anticipated. He took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours and took his time to look at every little detail. The Inspector was professional and did a very thorough job. He payed great attention to the details in and outside of the house. Not only was Troy knowledgeable but he was very tedious and thorough with his inspection. I was in a situation where I was a first home buyer and interested in buying an older home. It was a scary situation. He was about to break things down in simple terms to where I could understand (while still being very honest) and reassure me that I was making the right decision.
