Mr.Terry is a great guy who will get the job done. He installed a 17x11 roll down shutter. It weighed over 300lbs. Works perfectly.

Professional, courteous, and quality workmanship. We got a total of 5 quotes (A.R.T. included) on removing existing gutters, installing new gutters, and installing a patio cover. A.R.T. gave us a quote, while ensuring a quick turnaround, detailed process, and quality work. A.R.T. completed the entire project in just three days! We did a before and after walkthrough with Mr. Terry (owner), and he was very thorough. Mr. Terry is professional, courteous, and wants to meet your standards and needs for home improvement. Highly recommended!

We hired A.R.T to change and fully install all of our gutters and fascia. We are very pleased with the work. This company has excellent customer service. Even after they have completed the work, they are always there just in case. We will be hiring them to do our camp as well. Couldn’t ask for better workmanship and people. This is the second time I have a patio cover installed by this company, and this is the second time I am very pleased! The quality of work is high! My patio covered installed by them on my old house survived hurricane Ida, so it was an obvious choice to go with them again for my new house. They are extremely professional and work quickly. Update:After Ida contractors were hard to find deal and deal with. So towards the end of our repairs we had one thing left to do, our gutters. I am so glad we went with A.R.T. Home Improvements. I will tell you the work and craftsmanship of these guys was impressive, they showed up a day early, which I stuff to do that day. But man when I got home my home was not only complete now from the storm, but transformed with a new look. Now they stay busy but well worth the wait to get it done right, with that being said I am having them do an awning on my porch. Can't wait to see how it comes out.

So My porch is now finished. OMG Terry's crew did a great job. My wife and I could not be happier, the awning is beautiful and the screened in area is so nice. Look anyone looking to get anything done A.R.T home improvement is the way to go. Great quality at a great price, if I have anything else to do I will call Terry and wait for his crews to do the job. I give them 5 stars for everything.

Been waiting since April 2021, 5 months before hurricane Ida. Ordered an Insulated patio cover. 16 months later after several phone calls, still don't have a patio. Very unorganized, unprofessional and horrible time management. After today we canceled our order. I think yall never had any intention of coming out. Could have just been honest. I have all the proof of text messages since April of 2021. Sad it had to come to this but we done!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Superior quality of work, very professional, and clean through job completion! Can’t wait to get started on our next project with A.R.T! I must add, each time I called someone answered and if needed returned my phone call promptly. Post IDA, I think this is very important.

They installed facia on my house and did a perfect job, better than when the house was built. The installers take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. The owner is very nice and easy to do business with. I thought their prices were very reasonable. I’m waiting now for them to install new gutters and a patio cover. I highly recommend this company.

The owner is very professional and punctual. He calls when he says he will call, he shows up when he says he will show up and he returns messages ASAP. The owner and workers are helpful, informative and polite. When they start a job they don’t pull off until it is 100%. Many company start a job then disappear for days or weeks before returning to finish the job…NOT ART Home Improvement! We are 100% satisfied and we will be using them again in the future.

Incredible customer service! We had gutters put on our house back in February. Recently I noticed that it appeared someone had damaged the gutters. But I knew it wasn’t there after they installed them. Mr. Terry happened to be working in the neighborhood and noticed the damage as well and decided to fix the damage at no charge even though we both knew it wasn’t them. Definitely appreciate them taking care of us!

Got seamless gutters made by Terry and his crew. Terry was very responsive, replying to texts within 5 minutes and never missed a phone call. No Joke!! This was not a Wham Bam Thank you Mam kinda crew. These cats were the best construction crew that I have ever used. Landry was always available by phone and attentive to any questions I had. I had only text and phone conversations with them before they completed their work. When I finally met him to finalize payment, I gave his crew members each a tip! If you need to dress up the outside of your home, these guys do a damn good job. You can trust this review, I never knew these cats until they finished my job. I Highly recommend them!
