I was searching for a Ring doorbell - store I previously went to had a similar product but was told I'd have to contact the manufacturer for details - went to gautier lowes - not only did Geraldo take me to them - he explained the product as well as showing me the differences etc - the stress level I was at when I walked in went to zero after this - I deeply appreciate his assistance.

Outside of the occasional over-crowded feel of some areas of the store at times this has been a rather delightful store to shop at. Most all of the staff seem knowledgeable and are willing to assist you, and what I mean is they don't seem to hate life and working there. Their lumber people could be a tiny bit more delicate with the products but all in all a good location to shop at.

Seriously, why does Lowe’s feel the need to put cabled alarms on a $150 vacuum cleaner? Do you really think someone is going to walk out with that big box?
Then top it off with no one working the area to help. No “Push for help” button around either. Left without buying anything. This is why Online shopping has become popular. So frustrated with Lowe’s.

Gautier Lowes please get it together. Called to order a dishwasher. #1 person could not answer phone sent customer service 3 times to be redirected. #2 person finally answered and was told they had to put a paying customer to answer my call. I believe I am a paying customer to if I am ordering a 700 dollar dishwasher. We got the dishwasher ordered but the disrespect was real.

John in the paint department went above and beyond for me this week. I’m not from here nor ever been here but I’m working here. He understood that the very picky man I’m working for ordered the wrong color then blamed me even though he got the paint. The kid that just started also went out of his way to help. He made the paint to the color he was told by the very picky man. He was so helpful as well. You have a great team there. Keep up the great work with these employees! Definitely keepers and deserve an award if you give one and believe me I don’t say that often! Good job Lowe’s you’re winning in the paint department.

Post Covid employee mindset. MOST of the employees dont wanna be there. They even complain infront of guest (spent $200 on a 5 gallon paint ) it was not verifed for my color prefrence just thrown in my basket then employee walks away.
Previous day bought a vaccum ( less than $200) than had to be walked to customer service and I was told I HAD to check out at that time. Horrible and I will not be back.

I had a delivery scheduled for s specific day. I cleared my schedule to make sure I would be home to receive it. At the time of delivery, the majority of my materials are missing ($2k worth). I asked the delivery guys and they said they didn't know and that it was likely back ordered. The email confirmation stated that it was delivered to my house, which it was not. I called the store, and the person who answered said she didn't know anything about it and to call back Monday. I called back Monday and a different person answered. This person actually went and looked for my materials. She found them immediately. She scheduled for them to be delivered the next day. I asked if there was any possible way that they could be delivered today as I was already off work for a scheduled appointment and would be able to be home to accept it. I was told no. Now I have to take another day off of work and lose wages because they messed up and act like they don't care. This has been overall very frustrating. I should not have to lose wages over their mistake.

ETA: My issue is not about speed as per the response. My issue is about accuracy and being told that they did not know where my order was and to call back the following week. Had the person simply looked for my order, I would not have had to miss work.

Worse customer service by far . They say they offer delivery but when things don’t go as planned they point finger at 3 rd party company just spent over 5k at Lowe’s and they act like they don’t care. Horrible may not be buying anything else from there and will not recommend them either . So very disappointing

Abagail, rude we have seventeen properties in gautier alone.
Never been spoken too this way in twenty years at all Lowe's .
She made a comment that she could cancel my $1000 order if she wanted. She's mad at her so called help could not do phone order. As for me and all of my company we will never enter that Lowe's again . I am not going to take that from any lowes employee.
She says y'all are from California . What difference does that make. By Lowe's gautier . Good riddance .

I walked into the Lowe's in Gauiter to by a chain saw. Found the one that I was looking for but it was secured and need an employee to unlock it. Went to one employee and he stated give a minute. Five minutes later he walks off. Went to the cashier and she got on the microphone and requested help, meanwhile the manager of the store was busy talking to a female and never moved. Another 5 to 7 minutes later, I walked up and told them that if the don't want to sell me what I came to by then I'll leave. Sorry Lowe's you lost my business.

Had to order most of the custom stuff for a new hime build. They did get it in a timely manner. They doubled an item on my order, but did refund it back to card.

This the best home improvement retail center hands down. Alot of Professional Contractors like to compare them with HomeDepot but Lowes hands down have the better sales and friendlier employees.

This a nice Lowes in Gautier. Nice staff. Wish they would get rid of all these self check outs. 07-21-24 Went there today. Got what we needed for a room we were completing. Folks there, as always very nice and helpful. Great job Lowes!

There is not much patio furniture on display, so it wasn't very easy to find what we were looking for. The website shows a large variety of patio furniture as in stock, but it might just be all boxed up on shelves.

The prices have increased since the pandemic. About 6 weeks ago, a strong storm hit the Gulf Coast, causing major damage to rooftops. Prices have doubled for the same supplies. Roofing companies and insurance companies are making significant profits, while homeowners are struggling to meet their deductibles. Many are resorting to temporarily covering their damaged roofs with tarps and hoping it will last until they can afford repairs. On a side note, homeowners should be wary of potential scams from unreliable contractors. In this situation, Lowes in Gautier provides the best customer service, without a doubt.
