JT Martin Enterprises built my “custom” home in Gautier, MS. I have had constant problems with everything they have done. There were no closet racks or anywhere to hang clothes when I moved in. He charged me an extra $1,450 to put in closet rods and a shelf. He installed the wrong water heater then tried to charge me with mysterious charges that equaled the cost of the water heater. The AC unit was installed wrong, the water faucets were installed backwards, the vanity lights were installed off center, the gravel parking area wasn’t packed down and my guests all got stuck during Christmas holidays, the dirt around the driveway wasn’t packed down properly and it’s like quick sand. The subfloor was so wavy that the wood flooring creeks and crackles when it is walked on. The electrician installed spotlights with motion sensors that barely work and he placed them in a spot so high up that I need a 30 foot latter to adjust or replace bulbs. To top it all off, the house came back from appraisal at $17k less than I have put into it and JT Martin is asking for $3,100 more to complete the job. This guy is fraudulent.

JT Martin Enterprises gave us a great price and they were able to install our new roof within a week of quoting us for the job. The roofing team started and finished our 2800 sq ft home in one day. I was very pleased with the professional way JT Martin handled the job of replacing my deck. It was completed on schedule and at the agreed upon price. There were no surprises. The deck is beautiful and the guys were in and out with minimal impact. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up and leaving my yard in great shape. Very happy customer here!
