Mike ghosted me. I called, emailed, texted. Left messages with office. I paid for and was promised a fortified roof. I still have not received the certificate. The certificate reduces my insurance 25%. Also , they installed a white ridge cap on a black roof. He promised to come back and replace it with a black one. Not to mention materials that he left on site that I had to repeatedly ask him to remove.

Mike and his team did a nice job on my roof. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a couple years. I have to say Mike coming out to my property so quickly after a named hurricane and working with the insurance adjuster/company was really fantastic. He got me on the books quickly and was very patient with me explaining so much. (I would like to mention that if a mistake is ever made you may have to reach out a few times but I believe if you follow up enough they will take care of it. I think that’s important to think about before you get upset and/or leave a negative review.) Mike is a great guy and the team did so many excellent things for me (including replacing all the boards on my roof, cleaning up the yard nicely, and installing flashing) Of course, I think he has a stand out team too. Contacted Mike and Jim about roofing options. They were very helpful in providing estimates for metal and shingle roofing. There were other issues that I had with my chimney pipe. Mike assured me that he would come up with a solution that I would like, and he did, with the help from his team. Communication with Mike and Jim was not an issue. If they did not answer, they returned your call or message within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company, so much so, that my neighbor across the street inquired about my new roof. I referred Mike to them, and their roof was replaced within a week.

Let me start by saying this company stands by their work and commitment to ensure the customer is satisfied. That is hard to find these days as most companies just try to make a buck and move onto the next job, but not New Horizon Roofing. I had a few leaks in my house. Mike and his crew came out the next day and gave me a quote for repairing that was fair and reasonable. He got started very soon and had a right sized crew for the job. The crew completed the work in a timely manner, but the service didn’t end there. A month had passed and one of the areas started leaking again. Mike sent his crew out to repair the area within a couple days. Another area started leaking about 2 months later. Mike didn’t ask questions and sent another crew out to address the leaks. It was unfortunate that the roof leaked, but great to know that I was in excellent hands and that anytime there was an issue all I had to do was call and Mike would make it right.

Mike and his company were very professional and their service is amazing. He will make sure your roof is fully repaired and reach out to you through time to make sure everything is good. Mike Toribio and his family are exactly the type of people that make me love my home (The MS Coast) as much as I do. They really are those model citizens that you picture when you think of ethical business practice. I wasn't able to afford their initial estimate, but I knew that they were the company I wanted to use as my dream was to have a home with the Metal Roof, Fascia & Soffit, Seamless Gutter all of the amazing 24 Gauge Sheet Metal Galvalume material.

I've seen New Horizon Roofing & Exteriors all over the entire coast, doing their work for years. As somebody who's also in the construction field, I recognize high quality work when I see it. I finally had the pleasure of working on a new construction home build in Bay St. Louis that Mike and New Horizon were also doing the roof and siding on and I finally got to meet the man and brain behind this entire operation. That cemented my decision on who I was going to have to my dream home project.

I had nothing but the best experience with New Horizon Roofing and exterior. From the initial phone call to the end product. Samuel White was a gem to work with. He was an absolute rock star. He answered any of my questions and made sure the roof I was getting was the roof I deserved. A cat 5 hurricane can come through and wash my house away but I guarantee that roof will still be standing. That thing is solid. Built like a D1 linebacker but has the beauty of Megan Fox. 10/10 would get another roof by them.

I found a hole in my roof caused by a racoon. I contacted Mike at New Horizon Roofing. Not only did he come right out to assess and assist, he kept his team on notice until we could evacuate the Raccoon family.

Once they were able to complete the repair they were friendly, professional and did exemplary work. I felt their pricing was very reasonable for the job and he stayed true to his original quote.

Had anther roofing company who actually did the roof… their quality was garbage and they left off the ridge vents. For 3-4 years I did all I could do to try and get them to come fix and install the vents that I already paid for.
