We love the Lowes in Batesville, MS. Sometimes, it's a little hard to find someone to help. But all in all it's a great store!

There was just about nobody on the floor at around eight tonight. I was told that they had gone to lunch. I asked this one very nice young man named Andrew Lane about a problem I was having, and he stopped and listened to me. He looked on his phone? and told me where to look and that it won't be sold individually but in a kit. I really appreciated his help!

One of the worst experiences ever. The store was dirty, people didn’t seem to want to help. It took an hour for me to get two sheets of plywood and have one cut on each board. Ridiculous. Even at checkout, I had to go back across the store to get the item number because the board was not labeled. The cashier was not able to help. Last visit to this store!

Quinn at Lowe’s is amazing! We knew nothing about replacing showers and he helped us through every step. I’ve never had an Lowe’s employee help that much. Thanks again Quinn!

Great store! The garden center is where we head to. There was a great deal and variety of blueberry bushes that we bought. The gentleman working the center is the nicest Christian man I have had the pleasure of talking with. Thanks for the assistance, Sir!

Just left Lowes. No one to check us out. Left a basket half full. No one cared. We older customers refuse to check ourselves out. Never plan to shop in that store or anyother Lowes store again. . Read your reviews after I posted my reply the first time. I saw that customer service is a priority.
If so why don't you do something about it, instead of posting your fake, impersonal message.

Had a washing machine delivered and the delivery people scratched it with their equipment. After being confronted about it, they shrugged it off like it was nothing and left. Granted it was a small scratch but I didn't just pay all that money for them to damage it. Things happen and I get that, but they could have at least apologized and everything would have been ok. Poor delivery employees.

Signs are posted asking customers to respect the employees of this store and that’s very understandable. You shouldn’t take your frustration out on the company employees when the company has poor management! But Lowe’s, just like Walmart, does not respect their customers!! Minimal employees, the ones working are usually not interested in assisting customers ! Should your valued customer stand at the paint counter for 25 minutes , yes 25, while being totally ignored by 2 employees nearby. And shockingly, those 2 employees aren’t covering the paint department. This store is the worst, in line with Southaven Lowe’s. I will drive to Olive Branch where employees are helpful and kind and there are actually employees on the floor willing to assist us customers. My husband has way more patience than I do as he stood waiting to buy paint

No one offered to assist me with any help. Three people working there and just stood there and stared at me. No good morning, no how are you, no can I help you, no nothing. Oh well, you would think that I would be used to it by now. Not the first time that I've been treated like that, and I'm pretty sure that it won't be the last time either. Thank ya'll!

Good customer service always willing to help and go out of their way to find whatever you're looking for, even if they don't carry it, they'll find who does. Been coming here for years and I'm big on consistency They're awesome

I as a contractor use this store very frequently and the staff is normally very friendly and helpful but the lumber section has been going down for years with quality and selection and that's after you have to wonder around the parking lot looking for a cart or float alot of others have started shopping elsewhere

I tried to use this location again for an upcoming job and as a contractor this has to be the absolute worst store I've ever been to first I went in and bought several things including a decent lumber order and wanted pick up the Friday of the next week and the cashier was extremely nice her name is peaches and is absolutely and amazing employee she put it in for pick up the following Friday I paid for everything and left the very next day I was contacted asking if I was gonna pick up that day and I explained that it was scheduled for a week and a half later and ever notated on my recent then fast forward go to pick up and the guys in lumber I do understand are young and unexperienced tried to pull the order and either didn't notice or didn't care pulled a bunch of boards that were crooked and bent and a manager I believe name drew came out and he was nice and helped but this is bad considering the coverage area of this store no contractors will use and I see why

Today on day 5/9/24 I walked into the Batesville, Ms store right to the service desk.I asked the associate at the customer service desk to call a manager for I wanted to discuss an issue which I had. The customer service guy welcomed to the store was very helpful and called a member of management. I waited patiently as Justavious page again for the second time as I waited 10 mins at the customer service desk.Well the manager on duty was Lesley and I stood at the desk I was not greeted by her as I introduced myself.I was given a distinctive look like she did not want to be a work and help me with customer service. I proceeded to tell Lesley about an issue which I had with the store and how I have been waiting for two month to get the issue resolved.As I am talking I am constantly being cut off not able to inform her of the issues which I am trying to get resolved. As I am communicating with her in a low tone voice explaining how and trying to get my issue with the company resolved. The manager Lesley is talking very loud towards me ask I am constantly being cut off and she is trying to over talk me in her loud voice. I asked the manager Lesley “ Are you going to let me talk or are you going to keep cutting me off”.. So I was finally about communicated about my issue and how can I get in resolved. As me and the manager Lesley are talking I asked her “ madam can you please stop yelling at me I can hear just fine I am standing right here”.. The manager Lesley replied to me “ this is my voice and this is how I talk to everyone” and her voice proceeded to get louder as she told me “ this is how I talk and going to continue to talk in this conversation”.. I told the manager Lesley that” I am deeply disappointed in this company for they have place you in a management position for which you are clearly not ready for”… I was very professional and trying to get me issues resolved and from my standpoint at a faithful customer Lesley was not respectful toward me nor the other associates which she is managing. I informed Lesley that “ she does not follow the morals and ethics of the company”.. When I entered the store I noticed many signs at least 7 which are informing the customer on how to conduct business with the employees but I constantly looked around I never ever laid my eyes on a sign displaying how a employee should conduct themselves with a customer. Not only employees but Lesley is a salary member of management so her standards I think should be held to a higher level then other hourly employees..Lesley informed me “ ok that’s fine” as she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes as she walked away in the side door of the manager office.. I have been coming to this store for years and this experience has pushed me away from future purchases. If I am not respected as a customer why would I continue shopping where I cannot have a simple conversation with a member of management and a simple issue. I wish that it was a way of me putting negative stars on this post!!
