We had such a great experience with H&H Electric! Communication from the initial call through the visit and follow up was excellent. They showed up on time (even a little early) and were efficient with resolving our issue. They explained everything thoroughly and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend H&H and will definitely use them for any future electrical needs

Great customer service, reasonable prices, very professional and always there for us after our install was completed. H&H is an American a family owned business! They treated us like we were family from beginning to end! H&H will be my electricians always!

H&H Electric greatly exceeded our expectations and turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. We had an electrical emergency late one evening (during the hottest part of the year), and Mr. Hale not only answered the phone but immediately came out to diagnose the problem. They were able to repair it quickly, and even helped me navigate my way through the complex maze of getting permits, approvals, inspections, and re-connection. In addition, they were able to perform repairs rather than replace our entire electrical box, saving us a great deal of expense. It was delightful working with this family-owned business that are models of integrity and service.

This company has been first rate from my first call into them. They did an amazing very professional job installing a generator transfer switch for us. Could not recommend any higher

What a great experience. We called on a Sunday Night and Mr. Hale was there in under an hour. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and fair with pricing. Made a miserable situation so much better. Highly recommend.

One night our ceiling fan started smoking. Scary to say the least. Turned off all power to it. We have an older home so decided it was time to have the experts come and do a full inspection. The gentleman who came were very experienced , professional and polite. The motor in the ceiling fan is what was smoking, all wiring great. Full inspection on our breaker boxes. Praise God all was great. They told us to make a list of anything we wanted/needed to replace, they would come back to install a new ceiling fan and anything else we needed done. This was on a Friday and I got a message they would return first thing Monday!! Awesome service all around. Highly recommend this company. As Americans and neighbors, we need to support local businesses!

With all the storms hitting Mississippi hard, we had power outages for days. Jody ordered us a generator and installed it within a week and half at a great price. The generator we ordered has a 10 year warranty.

They have done several projects for me including electrical and installing a built in microwave. Excellent, timely service and reasonably priced. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Part of our power in our home went out on a Saturday afternoon and he was out of town on a hunting trip and said he would come as soon as he got home on Sunday. he did and got us back up and running! wow! unbelievable service and such a nice person. would highly recommend him to everyone!

I called the after hours number on Saturday morning. He was here in 15 minutes and fixed the outlet that was causing my back patio to not have power. Also very affordable. He was so sweet and had the parts to fix the issue with him. Highly recommend this family business.

I don't usually give 5 star ratings so let me explain... it's hot on an early Saturday morning and I'm in need of an electrician one that can be trusted, reliable and knows what he's doing...Mr. Jody was that plus more. I couldn't have asked for a more honest above board individual. It's hard finding good people these days but they say when you find something good you better hold on to it. I programmed his number in my phone like he's been someone I've been dealing with for years. Mr. Jody could have taken advantage of an opportunity and changed my entire breaker board but didn't, he accessed the situation and devised another plan at fixing the problem, less is more. Simple fix that I thought was going to cost me huge but he was honest about the repair and even allowed me to watch him while he fixed it, showed me his license of certification and made feel comfortable about him being in my home and taking care of my electrical needs. I called and he answered, even though he had other obligations he kept his word and traveled to see me. He's got a forever client here, I value character, morals and overall ethics in business because your word is your bond. If you can't give that, you don't have yourself anything. He was professional and tactful; I would most definitely utilize his services again maybe for another project along the way but for sure anything emergency that arises and would recommend him to anyone one that's in need of a reliable, reasonable, respectful and ethical businessman.

Jody Hale is great! Entergy had been on site working for 2 hours when we were told to find an electrician. We had a partial power outage in our house. Jody was at our house within 15 minutes of getting in contact with him. We would have been without power for the entire weekend if Jody had not made it out when he did! Mr. Jody is awesome. It was a Sunday and he personally answered the phone. He offered me his professional opinion over the phone and then he set an appointment that same day (within the hour). He showed up on time, walk through the house with me, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Once he found the issue, he showed it to me, explained what was happening, and then he made the repair. I had a junction box that was not properly secured and it was arcing. He saved me and my family from a potential house fire. I would recommend Mr. Jody because he is honest, punctual, and affordable. He did not charge me a whole lot. I would give 6 stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about my experience! Prompt, very reasonably priced. The whole crew was on time, careful around my home, and made a conscious effort to clean up and replace things when they were done. They even hauled away my empty boxes and left me some light bulbs.
