I got the worst customer service from this store when I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered. I missed a day of work waiting for delivery that did not happen, then when I did get it they would not hook up the ice maker or reverse the doors. Every time I would call it was 15-20 minutes on hold only to be told that there was nothing they could do but send someone out again. The next time they installed the icemaker but did not know how to reverse the doors. So several more phone calls for them to send someone else out and I have to arrange for someone to be there each time. They finally got the doors reversed but pinched the water line to the icemaker and I had to pay someone else to fix that and get it working. Never ever again will I order from Lowe's. There needs to be a way to leave no stars, horrible service!
When purchasing a pallet of concrete, at check out the cashier told my husband there would be an additional $18 added on to cover the cost of the pallet the bags came on. My husband denied paying the extra charge for the pallet and told them to off load it onto the bed of the truck. The cashier responded with “he’s just one guy”. After waiting 30+ minutes the driver of the piece of equipment (with the whole pallet of concrete on the front wrapped in plastic) accompanied by the “flag person” approached the truck. Before unloading the bags of concrete the driver told my husband if he paid the extra $18 he could bring the pallet back and get reimbursed. My husband again denied paying the additional charge due to him not wanting to make another special trip to bring the pallet back. The driver then got off the machine, cut the plastic down the side and the “flag person” started unloading the (#42) bags of concrete by himself onto the bed of the truck while the driver stayed seated. My husband after a couple of bags were unloaded noticed the driver was going to offer no help to the young man so he jumped in to help him unload the bags. One of the bags had busted on my husband, the driver took the bag from my husband and placed it to the side of the building and didn’t bring a replacement bag back. He then stood at the back of the piece of equipment while my husband and the young man unloaded the rest of the pallet. After counting each bag my husband told the driver he was one bag short in which the driver then walked over and grabbed the replacement bag that he had no intention of doing in the first place. Attached is a picture of him waiting on my husband and the “flag person” to finish doing the job HE should have been assisting in but instead was watching the “customer” help his partner do.
Had a 4:30 A.M. appointment to unload Juan woke me up at 3, and I was unloaded on my way by 4:30
