This stores customer service is less than one star. Lowes does not stand by their products they sell. They immediately toss you off to the manufacturer for any warranty issues and scoff when the manufacturer sends you back to them. Communication is absent on notifications or updates on warranty or orders. Highly priced products for inferior quality with no backing on warranty. My hometown Lowes better HOPE Home Depot don't show up!

I still haven’t received my physical Lowe’s Credit Card in the mail yet, so employee Rachel was very kind and went beyond to guide me on how to access my new card on my phone in the meantime.

I ordered a door online for the nursery we were building. It was delayed by a week with no notice inconveniencing the folks who were building the door frame and drywalling. When it did come in, we got it home and built the door frame to fit the incorrect door before we realized it was the wrong design and wrong size. I went back to the store to see if I could get the correct door in time but couldn’t get it before my son is born. Carrie offered to give me a whole 10% discount off the door I ordered despite it being $60 more than the one I got. I told her to keep it and that I wouldn’t be back. I don’t understand. These people could not care less about their customers.

Went to the store yesterday looking for a few item and a Shepards Hook pole for the garden. Steve in the home and garden department had to retrieve the one we wanted from storage, unpacking a set of 10, and helping us find what we needed. Great experience, Stephen went well beyond the norm to help us.

Carrie was so so rude on my visit. Came all the way from the Uk only to be disappointed with the customer service. Can’t believe how rude she was, absolutely disgusting, will never come back here again solely because of her demeanour, she should be sacked on the spot, absolutely outrageous that she’s allowed on shop floor, the service was disgraceful and she should be ashamed.

Went to Dickson, TN Lowes to pick up what i needed to repair my shelving in my closet. Asked for help waited more than 20 minutes without anyone coming to help. Called the customer service desk. Still no help. I had planned to spend several hundred dollars. No one showed. Left angry and am going to take my business elsewhere. You screwd up Dickson Lowes!!

I recently purchased a grill for $300, and while transporting it home, it unfortunately fell off the truck. I was devastated, as the grill was completely beyond repair. Feeling disheartened, I returned to the store to explain the situation and seek assistance.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Kori and Mikayla, who were incredibly understanding and empathetic regarding my predicament. They listened attentively to my story and went above and beyond to help me. To my surprise and relief, they decided to replace the grill for me, even though they were not obligated to do so. Their kindness truly made a difference during a frustrating experience.

Russ also played a pivotal role in ensuring that the replacement grill was loaded securely onto my truck. He took the time to double-check everything, providing an added layer of reassurance that it wouldn’t happen again.

Together, these individuals demonstrated exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met, and I left the store feeling cared for and valued as a customer. Their willingness to help and their positive attitudes truly set them apart.

I usually get decent service here but today has been the exception. The paint department was great. The guy was efficient and helpful. We had to find a saw blade and hand saw our trim pieces since their people didn’t seem interested in helping. Then had to search for a manned checkout. Sorry service. I’m going to have to think about coming back.

I ordered a washer and dryer on their Black Friday deal. Set-up for everything, delivery, haul-off fee, etc. it took them 3 days to “hook up” my washer without the pedestal. And just plug-in my dryer, without any hoses hooked up. Just left the parts. The XDT third party team is a complete joke. The 3rd set of delivery guys didn’t even speak English and came back and confronted me, after they left, as to why I complained. I called them and the XDT delivery team and told them to send someone else out for Thursday. Thursday comes and they don’t show up so I call again and the lady tells me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and that I don’t have a service set-up. I told her really, because all calls are recorded for quality assurance. Then she tells me I have to call this Lowe’s store back to solve the issue. So I call and explain to the SECOND assistant manager, AGAIN, that I just need my washer and dryer hooked up like I had paid to do so. I have had a Lowe’s card, account, and I’ve spent money renting equipment there and bought other appliances as well because I’m renovating my house. I will NOT be doing business with them again.

Tim Owens was absolutely horrible to deal with , as a medically retired vet with 4 tours trying to get an install on a dishwasher within a reasonable amount of time , and his answer is I’m sorry nothing I can do . Do not shop here with expectations on them helping you.

They have allot of employees but it seems nobody really wants to help you. I had more than one experience where I ask for help and they just don't help, tell you something just to get by. It must be part of a culture and management issue, never had a negative experience at any other Lowe's store. Not sure what the issue is, but I will only go to this Lowe's if absolutely necessary.

Always a good experience at my local lowes store. Friendly faces helpful .Sometimes I go when I had a bad day due to my ptsd from combat . Going and just looking around at different things that I might need on my next project helps relax me. And talking to my favorite cashiers. But one time I did get followed and some guy looked in my buggie like I was a shoplifting I didn't appreciate that to much . I've spent alot of money in lowes . And I don't need to steal.
