Install America | Replacement Windows | Bathroom Installation Contractors

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The project manager Scott to the office manager Melissa! Scott never came to my project during the bathroom remodel! Not one time!! When called him never responded ( text or phone) Melissa does respond in most cases but when u do call and speak to her she is rude and unprofessional! It took them over 5 months to start the bathroom remodel and that was because I called and spoke with corporate and complained. I had 2 stages of projects with install America, windows and bathroom remodel. Windows went great for the most part except one issue with The so called project manager Scott which he still has not honored what my contract states and I had to finish myself. As far as bathroom it was a total nightmare dealing with So called project manager Scott and so called office manager Melissa. Never make the mistake of paying in full before a project starts. Basically they played hide and seek with me for 5 months giving me excuse after excuse until I called corporate. Just awful useless people!!that being said if you do choose install America ( highly not recommended) the installers are great people and do what they say they are going to do at least and honestly did a nice job. Really do your research before you deal with install America in the Nashville area at least!! Terrible!! FYI!! Check out the reviews on their website. Melissa Adam’s review in particular!! Funny that the office manager Melissa has the same last name as the reviewer!!! I’m sure just a coincidence!! Wow!!

Both of the installers were very professional and well mannered young men. They got the job done in a very timely manner. Great installation of my new shower.

We have a property in Nashville Tennessee that needed replacement windows and a steel door. Install America came in at the best price compared to all the other window contractors. We are so pleased with our completed project. 10/10 recommend!

I'm so pleased with Install America. The customer service is great. They are very easy to talk to, kept us updated throughout the project. The crew that came out to work on the roof did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Install America.

The salesman came in March as promised. Quoted me approximately $30,000 for a roof installation and a vinyl fence 380 ft. A whole month went by and I didn’t hear anything. So I called them and left a text message. Another week went by. Then I got a disturbing call on Easter Sunday that they were not going to honor the contract as written. Another week went by and I text them again. This time I received a call from the manager that the salesman wrote down and calculated the wrong amount and they were not gonna do anything with the contract as written.
After speaking with the manager he stated he would try to use the finance company and see how he could right the wrong that was done to me. As of today I have heard nothing from him or the company.
I remain disappointed and dissatisfied and disgusted because I had to get another company to do my roof and I still haven’t gotten a new fence. This is the fault of InstallAmerica. They stalled and stalled until I had to call them to get an answer. I trusted them to do the job and it was botched from the beginning.
I don’t recommend them because they are not based in Georgia. The salesman told me he drove 6 hours to get my appointment. Their follow up is terrible and they don’t even want to rectify their mistakes.

I have never seen such a con of a salesman. Finally had to ask him to leave about 15 times. The crazy thing asked we wanted him to call 911 to see if they would make him leave. We'll he did, never have experienced such.

I had a lot of things done here at my house, but this is the best company I have ever worked with. Don’t call the rest. Just called the best install of America you will not be disappointed. Wow what an amazing Christmas gift this was for our family! Pedro Sr. and Pedro Jr. did a wonderful job installing new windows at our family home! Their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. They made sure the home continued to be a safe place while they were working! We had 5 windows & 1 bathroom tub turned into a shower stall done. Our new blinds were unable to go back up because the framing is larger. Not enough room to rehang.
Shower surround really cheap. Shelves stuck on with double sided sticky tape. Press on the shelf & Water comes out. Cheap glass doors. Calking already getting moldy. We wipe down the shower after each use. This was all just installed 1 year & 4 months ago. Oh I’ve called the main office on numerous occasions & even called corporate & spoke to Dave. He just transferred us back to Murfreesboro. No messages have been returned. We also did Not receive paperwork showing how to pop open & clean windows. Was just shown upon installation & 1 visit after to our home.

Jeff did an excellent job of installing my windows. Professional and courteous. I am very impressed with his work and dedication towards getting the job done.

My partner worked for this company. He worked very hard and made it up to one of their top sales man. I have personally watched his “sales manager” make derogatory marks about my partner from his intelligence, to body, to sharing our private information. The other day my
Partner went for his last check that they have been withholding and his ex boss once again made a comment about his weight. If you do something bad in this company they will harp on you, you do something good they will ignore you.
And their pay system is not even legal. Please save your time, effort, and sanity- do not waste your time here.

Quick and clean! Upgraded 3 of our 70+ year old windows for us, in and out in 2.5 hours. Installer was professional and answered all my questions and was very thorough on explaining window function and warranty. We will absolutely be using them again!

Buyer beware this company - specifically the “lifetime warranty” is a complete scam. Had 21 windows installed in early June for $26,000+ and all of the double hung windows are sized wrong in the frames. There is nobody that works in the warranty department, they will not return calls, and they have no email to contact them. Stay away. Do not let their salesmen into your house. They are NOT accredited with the BBB - go ahead and look them up. I’d recommend window world or Aluminum company of NC for any window/door needs. And go with a local roofer or handyman for other renovations - this company is a scam.

Best window installation I have had respectfully and on time as well as considerate, cleaned up very well left nothing behind. Would recommend to anyone looking for window replacements

I was not home when the windows were completely installed and finished. I thought things weren’t right. The company sent back out an installation manager and went through everything with me and cleaned all the windows spotless and I am very happy now that I see the windows we got. They are awesome and the double Hungs tilt in or completely come out.

Not a very good experience. The salesman misquoted the square foot not once but twice. We did an addendum and agreed on a price. We're told plywood would be replaced. Got up in the attic and looks to be the same damaged wood in there and you can see the covering through a hole in the plywood. Not to mention when materials were delivered to our home. There was no plywood to be seen. Now they are trying to get financing for wood that I can't even see that they replaced. Just the old wood that was there before and some was damaged due to leaks. Then we get a text saying they are going to collections for 3500. Their installers had all the roof in one day but even with all the discarded material that we saw here. There was no old plywood in the mix.

I loved working with the whole team.. Jeffery that put in my windows was awesome, I would recommend him to everyone. I liked the process from start to finish with install America. I look forward to working with them on my bathroom.
Everyone that needs windows or other updates for your house, I highly recommend INSTALL AMERICA.

The experience was wonderful! The installer was very nice and knowledgeable! He explained everything that was going to happen and he was very kind! He did a great job! He also cleaned everything afterwards! I am definitely so happy that I went with Install America for my windows replacement! This is the second job that I’ve done with them! I definitely recommend them for bathroom renovations and window replacement!

We had a wonderful experience using install America for our window replacement. From the initial appointment, sizing, and installation everyone was kind and very professional. Joel, and Dalton were on time everyday and ready to work even after a long 3 1/2 hour drive! The end result was amazing and I feel it took years of age off the appearance of our home. They always took the time to explain everything and answer any questions
I had. I cannot say enough good things! If you are on the fence about having your windows replaced don’t be just call! 10-10

Had master bathroom installed. New double vanity, new walkin shower and new toilet installed. Most of the demo work was done. Not happy with the electrical work that was done. A mew circuit should have been added to the bathroom. Not happy with the new floor installed. The contractors did not level the floor before installing the new premium vinyl planks. Soft spots and hunp in the floor. Existing floors need work, leveling is common. The double vanity i ordered had some damage. Makes some noise when you walk into bathroom. Be sure to spell everything out on the contract. Cover all things. Common sense does not matter. Doing or making it right are just words. There was one guy who tried to do things right. Make things right. Build it like it was his own. Will call him, L. The price or cost to have it done. All things should have been done the right way.

The process for getting new windows with Install America could not have been easier. Everyone we spoke with was nice and friendly explaining every step of the process. The men that installed the windows were very professional and did a great job. The windows are a better quality than the contractor grade windows we had for years. We definitely would use Install America again and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

This company doesn’t deserve to remain in business. Submitted info to get a quote, and then went into a work meeting. I got 5 calls within a few minute period and stepped outside thinking something had happened to my gf or a family member, and its a salesman! Are they that desperate for leads? Calling over and over again in rapid succession like an angry ex?

This was 3 months ago and i have dealt with a new salesperson every week. Each time i tell them the same thing “remove me from your call list” followed by insistent pushback from them on whether or not I’ve had a quote; zero respect or actual sales acumen. These are the most pathetically, desperate and undeserving sales people I’ve ever dealt with and I will continue to verbally abuse them with no regrets.

Great company to work with!! Installer Joel was here on the day scheduled even though there was light rain and he was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Very very satisfied!!

They deserve more than 5 stars. The kindness! The efficiency! The punctuality! The patience! The speed! The cleanliness! Yall, from the first call, through the quote/inspection, the installation Install America (shout out to Jeff, installers Josh and his wife, and Melissa in scheduling) was professional and courteous. Jeff drove almost 2hrs before a winter storm hit to give a quote. He was NOT pushy or tacky with gimmics and badmouthing other companies. Just honest answers and patience with out many questions. My husband and I knew that night we wanted to work with a company that is so straightforward. (It helped that the price was a quarter of what others quoted.)
Then the install day was so stress free and incredible! 4 hrs and 7 windows later I haven't found a single screw, splinter, or saw dust left by Josh and his wife. She was super detail oriented and made sure the colors matched perfectly. Not a single bubble or waffle has been found in her caulking job. She was sweet and let me ask anything and walked me through the process. They didn't rush me as I did the final inspection and just let me do my thing without breaking down my neck.
Don't get me wrong, my heater is already relaxing and turned off since the drafty broken ancient windows are gone and I'm super happy about that. But I'm even more impressed by the folks that we got to work with. Thank you guys!!!!

Joel did Fantastical work and his professionalism was above and beyond par. I was shocked he was by himself but he stated 1.5 days for total install and removal. He did it in less time. Cleaned up everything and left a great impression. If you need windows call Joel!!!

The staff was very courteous and respectful as well as thorough. They did a remarkable job and cleaned up afterwards. Wonderful company to do business with and highly recommend!

If you need a quote for an insurance claim, find some place else to get it from because this place won't do it! They will only give you a quote if you use their company to do the work. How sad. That tells me they are way overpriced and don't want you to know! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Sorry, Install America, that I'm not rich enough to afford your services.

They did a nice job cleaning after themselves as well! Even carried my old heavy very heavy antique doors and windows to my storage building.

When I purchased my first home, nearly all the windows were broken! After contacting Install America, they sent out a representative, to evaluate my windows and recommend options.

We're enjoying the windows. We can tell the difference in noise from outside it's muffled. Also we can tell the difference of the way the house feels when the temperature changes.

Am excited to get my new windows put in today..they are beautiful, and job well done, professionally done, good workers, cleaned up after, would have them do work again...good job!! Joel!
