Absolutely horrible experience. Never did our one year walk through. Won’t answer calls or emails. Never even finished the work promised on the prepurchase walk through. A lot of regret purchasing from this builder. We’ve been left with a window latch still broken the concrete is flaking outside.HVAC doesn’t keep up. Just disappointing to say the least.

I know everyone’s experience is their own. This is our individual experience with MSI. My husband and I were looking for our dream home together. My husband came across a house for sale on A home buying search engine. when we saw our home in person, it was one of those moments that was jaw dropping. The craftsmanship and the details were exactly how I had pictured our dream home looking. we sold our house and purchased this MSI home. MSI has been for the most part, very responsive to our needs for little tweaks and repairs that any new home would need. Jackie has been helpful Setting up appointments as we have needed them over the year. Our one year walk-through with JT was great now we’re waiting on the final touchups. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It is just beautiful living out in the country. The land is wonderful. It’s definitely peaceful, tranquil and everything you’re looking for when you want to get away from all the combustion of the city.

Absolutely abhorrent work. Promises made by Nathan Langley are not kept. Negligence to fix dangerous work left behind. No accountability for work that is not only done horribly, against code, and but also unfinished. Once you try to call them back to adhere to their own warranty promise, they give you the runaround until they eventually stop replying or change their emails and phone numbers. This company needs to be put out of business and no one should trust their work, the management, and especially the owners.

Worst experience we’ve ever had. An absolute nightmare having our house built with this company. Lies, delays, terrible work done, promises that were not kept, blue tape work that never got done… All we ever could do was be patient and as nice as possible to work with but even that wasn’t enough for them to do the right thing and finish items from our blue tape walk through. Sad.

I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt. But they are horrible to work with. We moved into our home over a year ago and it took them over a year to fix minor issues like cracked windows. They also lost out the filter for our vent hood in the building process and when I asked them to replace it they bought a cheap option instead of buying the correct one. I am usually a very patient person but they are ridiculous and the worst company I have ever worked with.

We purchased a home back in March they left trash concrete pallets on the property which were promised to be picked up it is now September they still have not picked it up. I have multiple items that need fixing and I can’t get anyone to answer the phones answer an email or take care of the problems. We’re having problems with our HVAC we are finding drains that are not connected to anything. Varnish and paint droppings on the flooring, paint on the carpet from their workers. We have Missing flashing and concrete up against the house that when it rains water is seeping in. The walls are not straight they are totally crooked. Please do your research do not purchase a home from MSI they cut a lot of corners. After we made the offer on the house many things were changed and I was told to bad. I have sent 10 to 15 emails I have made multiple phone calls with no response.

I don't even know where to start. MSI did not build the house for me, I ended up purchasing a 2 year old property they built as a spec house in a beautiful neighborhood in Lebanon, TN.
The short cuts they took, the lack of attention to detail, particularly in areas you can't see, is almost criminal. I could go on and on and on about the poor quality of this house I'm now only coming to understand. I wouldn't consider them for any project, let alone a project of any scale.

MSI has breached our signed and dated by both parties Purchase Agreement Amendment for repairs to our upgrade handrail for 11mths past the agreed due date so far. I have numerous texts, emails, legal contract copy, and photos showing the nightmare it has been to try to get this company to do the right thing. I have given numerous dates and times available and they have yet to meet any of them. I agree 100% with the other complaint against this company. One specific owner and project manager consistently try to intimidate me and play head games with zero proof to back up what they say. Do yourself a favor and go with a different builder.

Horrible communication from the start of the build. Lack of oversight for their sub contractors and the job site entirely. No discussion of materials or changes to the home to try and stay on budget. Build went over $20k, with absolute disregard for us as the customer. Nothing but issues throughout the build with things needing to be fixed or repaired. Constantly having to contact them during the build and after to schedule or fix problems. Do not recommend the head ache or money these people will cause you.
