Lowe's Home Improvement - Muscle Shoals, AL

Went in to buy a simple trimmer (it was locked) had to ask for help three different times. When someone finally got to the isle they did not know the combination to get it unlocked. Said they would be right, and no one came back. Buying it from somewhere else!

This has been my Lowe’s store for nearly 20 years and I love it. The Associates care and want to help.

Never anything there when its needed and I surely am not climbing up the rack to bring down 8 inch concrete blocks after standing there an hour with three screaming children. If the bay is empty it will not be filled back up in a timely manner. Rack above was full but not a soul to bring them down today apparently. Lowes has disappointed me once again.

Had to repair a water leak at my house . Got everything I needed and got it fixed right up.

It's sad when Lowe's can't keep top selling items in stock on the shelf. 1/2" drop ear ells - empty bin but a box full up high. 1/2" galv. tees out of stock. Waiting for help try times doubled the time I was in the store.

Lowe's 1093 is always clean, well stocked, and the workers are always friendly even though they're stretched way too thin.

I have always purchased ALL my appliances from LOWES. Iwas in the store looking for parts for my kitchen faucets and a replacement shelf for my refrigerator last week. I found out that I will have to order both, no problem. Then I asked if they make many appliance deliveries in my area and was told yes every week. I then asked if they were in the area could someone please come by and level out my stove ( bought at LOWES) not to make a special trip just whenever they were around here. When my stove was delivered they just plugged it in and pushed it in place and out the door they went. We'll it leans backwards about an inch which should not be a big deal for most but I bake a lot of cakes and an inch is A LOT. I was told NO they would not send anyone. Well I know that is the LAST appliance I will ever purchase from LOWES.

DO NOT PURCHASE MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM HERE. Buyer beware. Purchased a dishwasher from them 8 months ago. We noticed a leak and had it inspected. It was splitting at the seams on the inside and we’re told it was clearly a defective dish washer. We bought it from Lowe’s and paid extra to use their people to install it. And they refused to do the right thing and refund our money for their defective products. They sell cheap and horrible products and will only offer a 30 day warranty for free. You have to keep paying more and more for these greedy and horrible people to fix their mistakes. Just drive down the road a little further and buy from Home Depot. Don’t support this disgusting store.

I love the selection of products but I had never been there and was confused on where I could find the items I needed. It was difficult to find anyone to help and the prices were as high as snoop dogg but great variety of products

1st Savannah, TN doesn't carry 4x8 melamine and then head an hour away to Muscle Shoals, AL where they carry it but their panel saw is down - nice thing to find after driving for 1.5 hours to get it
The good side is there's a Home Depot just 20 minutes away to.

Purchased a range a few weeks ago and went back today to pick up the airfryer basket that comes with it. Employees were extreamly helpful and very very nice.

I would not recommend shopping here - or at least buying major appliances. Our first delivery arrived broken. Our second delivery they said that they couldn’t hook up the 350+ lbs machine, because that was supposed to be done on the first delivery - broken machine, so nothing to hook up. Called customer service and they wouldn’t provide any compensation for this poor experience. Overall, you’re probably better off making very large purchases at Home Depot.

A very nice gentleman taught me and helped me find the correct screws I needed. So nice to have an employee see you struggling and be so kind and helpful without having to ask.

It's big box store Lowe's but it's hit or miss they're going to have what your looking for in store without having to order it.

During the daytime hours you can usually get the help you want and need but if you go after 5 or on the weekend, you're on your own. IF you find someone working, very few times will they know anything about what you're looking for. Sad times we live in where no one wants to OR will work !!!

Excellent selection, reasonable prices. It does lack customer service though. Lowes used to be the best hardware store as far as customer service goes...not anymore
