H&H Truck and Outdoor - Muscle Shoals AL

Had a tonneau cover put on my truck here in 2012 and after 13 years the sealer between the cover and my truck finally gave out. Took my truck in for an estimate to have the sealer replaced. Rusty and Jonathan hooked me up with a new replacement three days later. In and out in 30 minutes flat and good to go for at least another 10 years.

What a marvelous experience at The Shoals location this morning!
Gotta tell yall, Rusty is the young man to assist with your hot tub needs!
We’re thrilled! Rusty had us in our dream with in moments!!! So excited!

On Dec 28, 2025, I called H and H truck accessories in Muscle Shoals. I’m looking to replace the rubber pieces the bear tore off my truck last week. The young gentleman took my truck information and said he’d get back with me.
Calls back about 5 minutes later and asks if I bought the liner from them. Told him I bought the truck from Ray Miller, used, so I didn’t know where it came from. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME because I couldn’t tell them if I bought the bed cover from them! I’m sure Lucas was told by his manager this because he told me when he called back“it was company policy”. He didn’t know that to begin with because he wanted to help. All I need is to replace the two rubber seals to keep rain out and they refuse to order them! Never will I ever go to H and H for anything!!!!

Everyone at H&H work real hard to take care of their customers. Their products and customer service are top notch.

Jasper ,Lucas and Marcus did awesome job setting hot tub would recommend them any day for delivery of hot tub , very knowledgeable on use as well and got me ready to sit and relax soon !!

This place of business is amazing. I had a hitch receiver installed a year ago on a different.vehicle and that is why I am a returning customer. I just had a receiver and hitch installed on my Buick regal. These guys aren’t just for trucks. I had an opportunity to have the wiring enter through the frame but it seres a better purpose for me to have the wiring protected.

The whole crew was super nice and knowledgeable very quickly when asked several questions about my older ARE camper shell. Great experience on multiple fronts.

I have bought 3 buildings from H & H buildings in Muscle Shoals over the years. The most recent in April of 2024. I’m impressed with their phone etiquette, their personal etiquette and overall friendliness. The delivery went off without a hitch. The two gentleman that delivered and set up the building knew their business and did a great job. The building’s themselves are well built and have never leaked. It’s all good!

Bill was very courteous and helpful on the phone and answered all my questions . The text messages to confirm appointments was very handy and appreciated . The job was done great and in quick fashion . The sitting room was cozy and could easily spend the day hahaha. I would higher recommend this establishment to anyone looking for truck and car supplies and services for accessories. We had a tow hitch on . The people at H & H were great to work with. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in getting exactly what I needed. The installation process was quick and easy. H&H was very helpful in helping us find a truck bead cover that worked for our needs and within 3 days it was delivered and installed. Great customer service and would recommend H&H to anyone looking for truck accessories.

My father purchased a building from them a few years ago. When called to see about moving the building to another location, they said that it would cost $900 to move it. They should offer that service after the amount that they get for the buildings. So before you purchase a building from them, just know that you will be charged to have it moved to another location if you ever need it moved (moving, etc)

Everything and everyone was great from start to finish. I originally had a complaint about it not being very sturdy so the crew was sent out to sure it up at no cost. I would buy from them again.

Brought my 2015 Ford Explorer in for a towing package install. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly, nice customer waiting area and so far quality parts.

Very competent, knowledgeable people….. answered all my questions about a bed cover… pros & cons of each style and I bought the unit that was recommended …. Also they started installing the cover right on time and finished early …. I’ve already recommended H&H to two friends and they have definitely earned my business.

Actually sold me on a cheaper product than I inquired about because it suited my need better. Top notch staff and service.

The weather strip came out part way on the bed cover I got from them. They replaced it no charge no questions even after 1 year old. Will do business with them again.

The guys at H&H did an excellent job on my truck bed and have always done a great job on every piece of equipment that I have taken to them.
