Lowe's Home Improvement - Live Oak, FL

These people know absolutely nothing about paint, or anything hardware related. I mean I seriously could not find a staff that knows less about their industry than this store. The sad thing is every single Lowe's in America is becoming this way but this location really takes the cake when it comes to being absolutely incompetent. Stay away from this location at all costs. You could find better advice from a crackhead.

Seems to find things we are looking for. Not always is it easy to find help. The prices are reasonable.

I bought a water heater. I installed it. It didn't work. I took it back to Lowe's. They refused to do anything for me. Their policy is that once it us installed, you have to deal with the manufacturer. How do you know it doesn't work if you don't install it? It is Saturday. The manufacturer is closed on weekends. Does anyone want to guess how long I will go without hot water? I'm done with Lowe's.

Bought a zero turn lawn mower online..got text message when it was ready to be picked up texted to let them know I was there and the came out right away and loaded..fast simple wonderful service highly recommend

Arrived at 7am to pick up my order. Was told it was not here. Sent me lake city Lowe’s only to be told my order my was in Live Oak. Return to store again asking for my paid for order. Got half it and had then wait for them find the total amount of pieces I ordered. Ask for a managers name and was told they didn’t know his name but it started out as a simple order pick up at 7 AM. I finally left the store at 10:15. I high recommend shopping somewhere else.

Lowe's is my go-to home supplies store, always tidy and readily stocked! Staff are always eager and available to help; they will escort you to make sure you find what you are looking for! The management team is very nice and always available!

Excellent customer service from the man helping me with the items I needed in the plumbing section. He cut my pvc pipe to the perfect specification I needed to build a unique flag pole for my Mobile Flag Store. Thank you young man. Cannot remember your name. Sorry about that.

Well, my first time trying to use my veteran discount, was rudely told doesn't apply to building materials .... somehow that has either changed or at least the others (cashiers) just asked and if it didn't apply, I don't know, but, the courtesy goes a long way, and almost always get a "thank you for your service" , in which is fine, glad I did. Unfortunately, really dislike H D....no Menards around......a bad day or not, still in customer service, gotta make it nice.... that's what makes the difference.

I don't know much about ceiling fans. But Cheryl at the Live Oak FL location guided me to the right product and price. She is an amazing person.

Bought an ego chainsaw just one year ago now they dont sell any parts for it anymore? How am i supposed to service it?

Some days it's difficult to find an associate to help with what you're looking for so I get extra steps in looking for things.

A great Lowe's, it has everything I need, even more that I'd like, it's seldom crowded, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We love the store their friendly to our animals.They don't get a 5 star rating because of their prices.And they lack what other stores in the city twenty miles another direction has
