The team at American Dream RV is one of the best repair services around. We were having some what we thought were major issues with a new to us rv purchased from a lg. dealership who gave us little to no service, but American Dreams RV service had us diagnosed and on the road in record time. They even found things that we were not aware of to make sure we were safe on our trip home. We reccomend them highly to anyone needing RV service for a reasonable price! Great folks to do business with!

The hot water heater in my camper van quit working. I called and was assured they could check it out the very next day, as soon as I could arrive. Even though I could see that the shop was busy, Keith and Jean and their whole staff got me right in, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. They installed the new switch, replumbed, and got me on my way. What a great group. I found them to be knowledgeable and very helpful, but most importantly, they can be trusted to do just what needs to be done and do it correctly and efficiently.
I’m so glad I got to their shop in particular. Thank God for honest, hardworking folks!

Our thermostat went out. Called American Dreams Rv Service trying to get a replacement. They had one and we have our RC back. They are fantastic, friendly and fast. If you are in need call them. You will be glad you did.

We left our motor home here in November. It is now Feb 26th. We called several times and they said it was in the “que”. It had a minor leak when we left it. It sat out in the weather without a tarp or any covering. They called a week ago stating the leak was worse! My husband went to pick it up and it was literally leaking from every light fixture, the speakers, everywhere and it was still not covered. We had to get one of our workers to bring a tarp to cover it. Today when we came to pick it up after they neglected it and the leak mysteriously worsened under their care they charged us $775.00 for a diagnostic. Please don’t go here. They have no customer service. Yes our motor home was old but we trusted them to pay attention to it and care for it as it was their own.

10 Stars! To bad they don’t give an option for 10…. I recently purchased a 2019 Airstream Atlas. it’s a beautiful thing and a kind of bucket list item for sure. It however came with a few challenges. I’m in the middle of my shakedown cruise attempting to learn the ins and outs of a RV lifestyle. Now, I’m guessing I know why it was traded in. It has a few small and a BIG issue. An electrical problem that I’ve come to know is well published on RV forums. 5 times before, I attempted to address the problem with not so much luck. Then on this trip with a freezer full of meat and a frig full of perishables, disaster has struck again! This time a thousand miles from home and little to no ability to rectify the situation. In panic mode, I called American Dreams RV Service. Now, if you check around…. Everyone is booked for months performing off season maintenance. What made these people earn my future service is that they had compassion for me. They said bring it on in to “see” if they could at least buy me some time! Instead, they worked the problem to find the root cause! It is a manufacturer defect which I will demonstrate to Airstream at my scheduled appointment a month from now at the facility that built the machine. And though I anticipated the cost to be several thousand dollars (chasing short circuits, new batteries and possible failed components) not to mention pulling out half of the interior. Nope! They analyzed it, worked it from the issue back and found it. It involved skills that only an expert in their field could understand. It turned out to need minor reengineering, a few fuses removed, a few breakers added, some circuits separated and maybe elfin magic but after testing, retesting and testing more, my problem is solved and my trip continued. I can’t think them enough. My dog even made their lobby home for the better part of a day. If there is a moral to the story it is this…. 5 other service centers failed to fix the problem. One, “Certified” Airstream dealer” took 10 days and didn’t fix what American Dreams RV did in less than a day. You can find someone else if you like…. I’ll bet that’s where the saying about fools parting with money comes from. Do your self a favor and see if they can get you in….

I'm on a trip headed to North Carolina to do some volunteer work for people affected or helpers for victims of the hurricane. I just purchased a motorhome and I knew it was going to have a little bit of work that needed to be done I am so glad I came to this company because these people are from the old school where they show you what's wrong with the part or area give you a fair estimate verbally and I was able to watch some of the work being done so I could learn because I am no expert. Jean and her husband Keith that have this business work there and just as hard and as much as the employees who are just as nice as they are. Very down to earth easy to talk to and communicate with. Made me feel very much at ease about getting another thing fixed. They told me what was needed most in order which I was happy about and other things can wait for down the road while a couple things need to be done now. So now I know my motorhome much better from top to bottom from front to back thanks to their education during the process. Thank you for you and your team.

I'm in Tampa and Jean and staff saved the day by delivering a power cord to one of my renters who was at the music festival in Suwannee Park! Never asked for anything in return! We wanted to give a big shout out to Jean and Keith at American Dreams RV Service. We needed to get an oil change before we headed south to the Ft. Myers area for the winter. Due to the 2 hurricanes we had to keep rescheduling our appointment, but they had no problem accommodating us. Their services in both the Front Office and in the Service Center were outstanding. We have a 40’ Alfa motorhome. We had the cooling unit replaced in our Norcold fridge by another company and we could not get it to work properly. We were at the Freightliner shop in Lake City and they recommended American Dreams RV just a few blocks up the road.
So, I took the Alfa to them and they found the problems, got the fridge functioning as it should. Also had rear slide problem and a few other electrical issues. Our Alfa is working as it should. I am done looking for other shops. American Dreams RV is our go to shop for as long as we own our Alfa.
They do quality work at a fair price.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had no problem working on my basement A/C unit unlike most RV service places. They got us in quickly, repaired the problem, and even delt with the Good Sam Extended Warranty. They earned a 10 out of 10 in my book.

We had such a wonderful experience with American Dreams RV Service that we want to let you know why. We are getting ready to leave Lake City, Fl at the end of the month and wanted the tires and bearings checked. They did a phenomenal job in checking all 4 tires, replacing the bearings and repairing a brake line that had broken as well as finding a cracked fitting that was leaking. They stayed after closing time to complete the work so that we could have the rv back since we are full timers and needed it. We can honestly say that we have rarely seen a more dedicated and consciencious shop to deal with. We would have no hesitation in returning if we need to do so in the future. Service update: Visiting again to finish work we had started (needed to save up a bit) and we left after a few hours where they again knocked out about a half dozen tasks in very short order.

We have been living, working, and traveling in our 40' Class A since 2018. Bought the rig a year earlier.

American Dream is probably the BEST RV shop we've ever been to. The onsite guys we've used have been good, but these guys were GREAT.

Slide roller repair, house hose bib replacement, engine light diagnosis, awning replacement all were on my repair list and I am pretty handy, but American Dream killed it.

Arrived at my scheduled time, many of the parts I need I had already secured. Few hours later, rollers were done (I thought it might have been magic at work!), they had run out and back for parts, installed what we could and *poof* - all done.

I had not ordered all the right parts it turned out, but they had no problem working with me to get the right ones ordered, the next visit set, and back on the road in a lot less trying than I expected.

Great team, excellent attention to detail, and in-depth communications.

Definitely returning when we can for any of our RV service needs.

BTW, I rarely give a 5 star review - I couldn't wait to post this one though!

I needed a NorCold refrigerator LP/Electric thermostat controller for my Motorhome tried for 16 months to find one with no success. Was referred by a friend to call American Dreams RV, they had me one in my hand in 5 days.

Am Dreams replaced the roof on my forest river signature. Wow!! What a great job they did. Totally professional. After going to another dealer for work I was told about American Dreams and the owners Keith and Jean. Absolutely the best. I am a customer for life.

There was a small bit of confusion about the date of completion, but was corrected in time. We feel comfortable bringing our RV here for more work. Reasonable price.

Absolutely outstanding! Experienced an electric issue driving up from southern FL and found American Dream RV Service through Google. They started troubleshooting my problem right away, the service tech was very knowledgeable and were able to locate the problem and resolve it for me in a couple of hours. Life savers with a smile. We FT in our 5th, and a bracket holding the springs to the axle snapped on 1-75. So the wheel was out of place and rubbing on the other as we drove. Burnt rubber, smoke and massive fire risk. We limped slowly to the first exit — and couldn’t believe our luck to find Keith and Jean right there at that exit. Usually, these are stressful nightmares that will one day make a funny story. This one was more like a fairy tale: they found a welder, who arrived in an hour and welded the bracket back. We were on our way within a few hours. Thank you!! What could have been a massive headache was only a hiccup.

Went there to have my travel trailer repaired. I felt comfortable dealing with both Jean then Keith as I felt they were doing everything possible to reduce any stress I may have, at the time, by explaining what they can do to repair my travel trailer. The repairs were done and the final product was exactly as I imagined. My interaction with this company was all positive and I recommend them for all your RV and travel trailer needs, as I will keep their number on speed dial, in case I would ever need to have any more work done on my Travel trailer. Forgot to mention, the owners Keith and Jean along with their employees are patriots who respects us veterans. GOD BLESS them and their company.

Jean & Keith of American Dreams RV Repair were God sent angels. The roof of our 42’ 5th wheel torn away from the front cap on I-10. Fortunately, a rest area was near. We pulled over and as a severe thunderstorm passed over, we searched for nearby RV repair shop. Their information popped up. We called and explained our situation and they said they could help. The whole team was ready and prepared to do an emergency roof repair as soon as we pulled in. About 4 ½ hours later, the repair was complete. Jean even helped arrange a place for us to stay in our RV for the night. We are eternally grateful to everyone at American Dreams for going above and beyond to help us. We will be returning to have a whole new roof installed. Great quality workmanship! God blessed us when He guided us to these awesome people.

They are good people I would not go nowhere else and they make sure everything is right. They worked on our coach last month and we are very pleased and we took it back to them this month because we had problems with the tire blowout messed up some stuff 3 Hour Dr. is worth it

Had American Dream Rv replace a slide topper and change out the coach and chassis batteries. Keith and his crew were fast and knowledgeable. Really first rate service. I would highly recommend them.

I called with refrigerator issues on the road. I was 2 hours away, but they told me to come in. They found the loose wire and fixed it. Everyone was super nice, and the owner explained the problem. All good!

These folks are so great it’s a shame, Super good people. They showed us how everything worked on our coach when we first got it, and we’ve been with them ever since. Very reasonable and extremely thorough. Most of our problems they were able to fix in under an hour and we’ve had some pretty major issues. Some things they were able to diagnose over the phone, and I always learn something new when I talk to them. To top it all off, they are the absolute sweetest people in the world. The entire staff is amazing, honestly we don’t know what we would have done without them, love these guys.

We had an issue with our fresh water intake valve on our 40' Monaco motorhome while traveling. American Dreams not only called us back right away but they told us to come on in that they would work us in. The servicemen worked together as a team to quickly diagnose the issue and make the needed repairs within a few hours and at a reasonable price. Prior, we had 2 other RV service companies look at it and neither one was able or willing to fix it. The office staff were friendly, compassionate, and a joy to work with. We have had several service stops recently on this trip and American Dreams was by far the best! God bless these wonderful owners! As a note: be sure to input the address '300 SW Windswept Glen' into Google maps instead of American Dreams; otherwise, you may wind up in a neighborhood like we did.

Keith & Jean… (owners) along with their entire staff are the nicest people. Courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. We’re traveling in our Dutch Star 43 ft Coach and needed to fix a gasket that started coming off the slide… they examined and explain the problem, then discussed how they would repair it. We are extremely pleased with their service and YES…. We will continue using them.

I took my sweet TT in a couple of weeks ago to have all the yearly maintenance completed and come to find out I had ZERO grease in my wheel bearings (Maintenance done by someone else last year) I consider myself lucky to have found this amazing company that I know I can trust and know that they will do all they can do to insure that I have a safe and awesome camping season!

We have had problems with our fairly new camper leaking three different times. Several RV repair shops have "fixed" the problem, including checking the seals, but we'd find another soft spot on the floor months later. After finding yet another soft spot we pulled our RV from Georgia to American Dreams in Lake City, Fla. in hopes they could find and fix the problem. Keith & Jean Frost, the owners, were so friendly and assured us they would find the problem, and they did. Keith sent us pictures of the extensive damage on the entire front end where it had been leaking for a long time. After taking the walls down and opening the floor up you could see the rotten floor and walls which were covered with mold. American Dreams had to rebuild the entire front end of our RV. The work they did was exceptional. No one would ever know it has been rebuilt. If we had used American Dreams RV Service the first time we found a leak the damage would have never gotten so bad. Keith, Jean, and their employees are so friendly and treat you like family. We will definitely use American Dreams for anything we need concerning our RV from now on.

American Dreams helped us, over the phone, to troubleshoot our refrigerator repair. He had us test the battery, by the panel, then turning on lights, etc. Then verified the fuses were working, including one on the back of the fridge and viola! The fuse on the outside fixed it. In today's economy I am in awe of a company that would be that thorough in checking the problem out. They have made a lifetime customer out of me!!!

American Dreams RV Service saved our Red Bull Pit Stop Tour! My trailer had no more brakes and made an awful noise! It literally wasn’t safe to drive anymore. We called the owners Jean & Keith and let them know about our situation and time crunch! Not only did they fix our problem they did it in less than a day! I now feel confident that my trailer will have no issue for the rest of our 9 month tour. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind!

We discovered we had a leak from our hot water heater while in Georgia enroute to south Florida. Every other RV repair from two Camping Worlds to the mobile repairmen said they couldn't even look at it for at least 2 days. One of the mobile guys recommended American Dream as they were on our route. When I called Jean told us to bring it right in. When we arrived, they brought the RV right in. Keith diagnosed the problem and repaired it and had us back on the road in about 2 hours. What great service!

I came to American Dreams with a black tank leak that the place I went to for RV service back home (PA) did not accurately diagnose 2 different times. (But they charged me both times…)
Keith’s crew correctly identified & repaired the tiny crack that had been leaking for 2 yrs. I also encountered a problem with my power awning that American Dreams ordered parts for & fixed so I could get back on the road.
I am so impressed with the customer service & skilled work done at the business Keith & Jean have made that I will plan any future work on my motorhome to be done at American Dreams during my winter residency in the area.

Appointment set for 8:30 am to have a new 21 ft. awning installed. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and asked for the keys to my motorhome. My motorhome was driven into the the work area and they began the work. The original awning is no longer manufactured so some minor modification with wiring had to be completed. Keith did a remarkable job of the wiring installation and it looks like a factory install. Keith and two other employees worked on the install and did not work on any other units until a husband and wife traveling through the area stopped at American Dream RV with their camper and had a problem. One of the employees immediately went to them and worked on their camper. He resolved their issue and they were able to continue on their trip. This is exactly the service I would want if traveling from out of town. I would highly recommend them for service on your class A, B, or C.

Awesome service. Immediate Attention. On our way home to Indiana our RV developed a water leak under our sink. We called them from the road about an hour away from their shop. They told us to stop in and they would look at it. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it when we arrived. Thank you!

We were having trouble with the electrical connections in our camper. We called American Dreams in the morning and Jean said to bring it in that afternoon. Yes, that very day! This is just some of the work I’ve had done: they fixed my washer/dryer combo, my Nor-cold ice maker, rewired my inverter, replaced my batteries, and installed a new toilet. My wife and I tried to replace our awning on our motor home when we found some broken pieces on the sliding arms. We texted another business if they could recommend a place for repair and he recommended American Dreams RV. I called and made an appointment for the following morning.

When I arrived Keith and crew went to work right away. Keith had to go get new parts for the slide, drill and recap a bolt hole and then slide the awning back on the rv. I was finished in three hours, and was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing rv repair.

We had an electrical issue in which American Dream RV Service was recommended by some good friend to help resolve the issue. Not only were they kind enough to "work-us-in with their existing workload but Keith was able to diagnose the problem quickly and made the repair on the timely basis. We had a problem with our Holiday Rambler Scepter when travelling north on I-75 near Lake City, FL to a family reunion. We called American Dreams and were invited to come straight in by Jean. Wow, what a friendly and helpful couple Jean and Keith Frost turned out to be. They had someone look at the problem straight away. Turned out to be an inverter issue. They rewired the inverter to circumvent the problem, searched for a new inverted and had it forwarded to a site further along our route. They really did save our trip. This is the best service we have had from anyone, anywhere and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got mirror slapped on I75 and AAA recommended American Dreams RV Service. Best call I ever made. They replaced mirror and passenger window and did some other minor repairs while waiting. Shortly after we arrived at Island Oaks RV park, Jacksonville Fla, I noticed some storm clouds coming in and went to retract my awning when the roller came out at one end! Our neighbors Jon and Tiffany L came to help and with rain pouring down we managed to get it back in and roll up the awning. Jon and Tiffany highly recommended Keith from American Dreams, said they do all their repairs. Even initially called them for me. I called set up an appointment, they came by and Keith and Chuck had it repaired and adjusted in about 35-40 minutes. I was expecting to get hit with a huge repair job (awning and roller tube replacement) and bill...Nope! Keith said the awning and fixtures were good, he secured the roller and adjusted the armature at a fair and reasonable price! If you need a repair and you are in their area, I cannot recommend them enough! Great job, Great company!

Keith came out to changeout a cockpit window on my Motorhome, he came out wasted no time getting started. They removed the window, cleaned all the surfaces and installed the new window. When finished they left all the areas they worked on cleaner than it was when they arrived. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend them as a first class Mobil service shop.

We highly recommend this company for any RV repairs! Keith is very personable, honest & in my opinion, his knowledge of RV’s is beyond reproach. He’s done several things for us from ac issues to electrical issues.

At first the appointment was moved but they kept me updated and informed of timeline. Job was done to perfection and Keith took time explaining everything to me what he did. Great manners and respectful.

I'm a DIY'er and had an electric aquahot issue to where it would overheat and trip the high limit thermostat. I spoke to other "experts" and they all said the thermostat and/or heating element was bad. After replacing the thermostats and doing weeks of research and troubleshooting to no avail, I finally called American Dreams Mobile RV Service. Within 4 hours Keith not only found the problem but replaced the bad component hidden in a junction box and I was back up and running. There's a reason why Keith is booked out weeks in advance. Money and patience well spent. Highly recommend!
