I had an issue with my Class A RV while driving down I-75 late on a Friday afternoon. Johnathon from Stateline RV Repair stayed late and was able to fix my RV for me. Highly recommend this RV repair shop if you ever need anything looked at or fixed.

Had an issue with our generator, I was referred to Stateline RV repair by another RV repair shop. From beginning to end dealing with Jonathan, his wife, Laura & other staff was a pleasure. My wiring somehow got fried from the pedestal at the campground I'm staying in for the winter. They told me to come right away and they fixed the problem. Johnathan was honest and the office people were friendly and personable. Laura in the office is super sweet. All the office personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you need repairs onsite or at their location.

Found this place through referrals from a campground I am staying in at Dowling Park, FL. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hardworking and tries to get the job done so customer could be on their way.

The men are very knowledgeable and caught a problem with the end cap on my new awning, where the screws were put through on the inside on each end, there was a crack, so they took the good usable ones from the old awning and used them. The only thing we’re waiting on is an adjustment in the price from either the manufacturer who I am guessing is responsible for this or the shipper. The work was completed even with having to make the repairs to the new awning in less time than I was quoted , so we are very happy with the work!

Stateline did a great job resealing my roof. Had it done 4 months prior by another company who did a poor job. They corrected and cleaned it up with a proper clean and seal. Very responsive and knowledgeable. High recommend Stateline RV for your repairs.

Stateline RV Repair has sent their mobile tech out twice to work thru some issues with my 5th wheel camper. The tech was on time, fast, fair, knowledgeable and competent. I am very pleased with their service.

They came out and got my steps to go up so I could get it to them after lightning fried my electronics. What a great team. They even brought my motorhome back to me, because I was having surgery in morning. Great work Highly recommend them.

These folks are my “go to” RV repair service! They’ve been great about processing claims and coming back to complete repairs. And their mobile technician, Braun, has been nothing but patient with all my questions. Thank you for all you do!

We will never refer this place. Called the to repair/replace awning. Talked to them and assured us in replacing parts that they should have in stock. 10/3 they came out took measurements charged us 225.00. And that's it! Called them a week later for them to tell us that they (emailed) zip dee. The manufacturer and hadn't gotten a response. I called zip dee. YES! They have phones! Oreded it myself. . Thanks for nothing state line.... took my money and ran...

Called when the tech was.on his way, performed the work quickly. Once they confirmed my insurance they immediately wrote me a check to refund what i paid out of pocket.

If you are going to have trouble on the road, Jennings is the place to have it. We were stuck and weren’t going anywhere. Jonathan and his helper arrived promptly and had us back on the road in short order. They also have a full shop to handle RV repairs.

The only ones we trust to work on our rig. They always take time to explain things, and let us record procedures for our future reference. Top notch.

I have a class B rv, 1st timer! I just want to say I would highly recommend this place! The service tech Brawn, that came out to my rv sight is an excellent tech and is excellent with his customers! He is very patient and is willing to share his knowledge and experience! Laura the office person along with the others there I have spoken with are very courteous n patient as well! Just adding an update. Braun came out to repair the roof. Did an excellent job. Would recommend this company whole heartily.

They did a fantastic job on a rebuild / upgrade for our 5th wheel suspension and brakes. Jonathan was thorough and knows his stuff. The staff was friendly and kept us up to date on the progress. Great prices and fast friendly services.

I requested to replace my manual awning with a power awning on my tiny molded fiberglass 2011 Escape 5th wheel. It wasn't made to take a power awning and they warned me the install would require adding reinforcement and wiring but I insisted. They found an appropriate power awning, installed it, and it looks and performs perfectly! They also replaced my water heater with an on-demand water heater which looks and performs perfectly. So glad to find Jonathan and staff at Stateline.

I stopped I believe his name was John in the Rv park we're in and asked him a question about a problem I was having with my fifth wheel. He came right over to look at it and had the problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes. He then told me to email his office with my extended warranty information and they submitted the claim for me. One of their techs (Brawn) came out the next day and had us repaired and cleaned up in about an hours time. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the quick service! John did an excellent job fixing an electrical issue in my rv. He had to find the issue, which took a couple of hours. Remove and replace the damaged wire through the basement and put everything back together as good as new.
He worked with the warranty company before during and after getting all approved so I only had to pay the deductible.

When I first called girl in office said that if they did not fix the issue that we would only be charged a service call. Technician ended up not really knowing the problem. They charged us for 2 hrs labor plus service call. To make matters worse, the main boss called us liars. Said no one in the office said that if they didn't find and fix the problem that there would only be a service call. Called us liars to our face. Maybe the girl in the office should fess up.

This was a great group..... now I can't get a call returned. This was better when Jonathon was the receptionist and technician. The office girls arent cutting it. Disappointed

We had a refrigerator issue that required a part not on hand. Stateline was responsive, very helpful, fairly priced and we would highly recommend!

Repaired my RV at my home for a reasonable price. Technician very professional. Repaired very quickly. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend!

CANADIAN FEMALE SOLO RV ER COMMENT
As a female solo RV er, I have found it challenging to find good honest repair people.
I arrived here from Manitoba wanting to get dewinterized and I had a lot of questions about other things and I could tell right away that these people are honest. I got dewinterized and I had a bunch of other questions on possible other work. They told me NOT to do some of the things on my list rather than saying yes to it all and making more money.
I am hoping they can help me get a generator as the sellers of this took it out on me which really impacts my travel as I boondock a lot. I will drive back here to get their help on this.
I would highly recommend this repair place,even if you have to drive out of your way to get to it. Theres a wonderful community called Live Oaks nearby with lots to do and a huge great campground.

We were from Louisiana and staying at a campground Suwannee State Park in Florida on Friday late afternoon our toilet started leaking had water everywhere had to turn off water till we found someone to come out.On Monday we called State Line Rv Repair in Jennings ,Florida they came out within the hour of calling.Brawn very nice and friendly guy knew right away the problem was able to repair quickly. Service in the park was terrible that took longest,sorry about that. Great job

Our forward slide was stuck out in our RV. Johnathan arrived in a timely manner and within 10 minutes had the slide in. He diagnosed the issue and told us how to fix it when we got home!!! Thanks Johnathan!!!

They were able to schedule an appointment promptly for an electrical issue we were having on our RV. They called to keep us reminded of our appointment, and arrived promptly. Excellent service. The tech arrived early (off to a great start) and diagnosed the problem with my trailer brakes (a pump failure). The pump was replaced and I now have working trailer brakes. Also repaired a broken outside cabinet latch on my RV. I highly recommend Stateline.

We arrived at our campsite and the door would not close on our 5th wheel. The technician can out and repaired our door within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable & we received great customer service. Highly recommend this Repair Shop! We are back on the road and able to go in and out of our RV without any issues with the door. We have a brand new Thor Sequence 20 L camper van. After 5 days on the road, the refrigerator quit working. We knew we were going to stay two nights in Jennings, Florida at the KOA so looked online for a repair service. It was our lucky day to get Stateline RV repair. The owner, Jonathan, came promptly on Saturday morning. He was great. He checked all the easy fixes and eventually had to dismantle a bed to pull out the small Nova Kool refrigerator. He found a LOOSE CONNECTION and was able to quickly fix it. We were soooo happy. Very reasonable. Jonathan was efficient, professional and friendly. He answered all of questions patiently. This is a great business. He was the BEST !

Brawn was early for the appt and called and texted to say he was going to be a little early. He was very professional and introduced himself!! This is the best experience we ever had . The owners of Stateline showed such compassion for our situation. The work they did for us was done well . While we weren't the only people they were doing work for. They made sure they got us done so we could get home safely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any trailer or RV repair work.

These guys are awesome! Called them for an AC soft start install. Jonathan was a breeze to work with quickly getting us on their schedule. Brawn performed the install. Brawn was very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. He even brought to my attention and repaired two problems that may have caused major damage in the future. Called because our A/C was dripping water inside. Brawn came out to our camp site at Suwannee River and within an hour had it fixed! Very knowledgeable of RV repairs and very very reasonably priced! We have found our RV repair shop for sure! Highly recommend this business!

AC went out unexpectedly and Stateline was recommended to us by a friend. Made the appointment with Jonathan and he was exactly on time. Gave me a quote to replace the ac unit and told me when it would be ready. Quote came in just a tad under and my camper was ready exactly as promised. Quality service and outstanding work. If you find yourself needing RV repair, don't bother calling the other guys... I won't use anyone else, EVER!!!!!

Braun came out to repair our RV which was sitting on the side of the road. He was so helpful and fixed a couple problems to get us on the road again.Vert nice young man We totally recommend.

Slide gear box failed, within 24 hr technician showed up and got it took care of very pleased with the service thank you very much.

We had a hydraulic line break on our way south and got their number from the campground in Lake Park, GA. Called late afternoon and they agreed to be to us first thing in the morning. Technician showed up, efficiently diagnosed the leak, was able to get parts nearby, returned and completed the repair. Friendly and courteous and the cost wasn’t outrageous.

After reaching out to Jonathan today with a short timeframe to inspect an RV at auction that closes tomorrow he went above and beyond.

Not only did he make it out to inspect the RV today the quality of the inspection and the professionalism were second to none.

Johnathan worked on 2 RV for us and did great each time. He sticks to estimates, works hard with the warranty people to get the best deal and was overall very professional.

Jonathan and his guys are top notch! They diagnosed two water leaks, antenna issue, and Wineguard satellite problem with quick efficiency. They went above and beyond working with our manufacturer (Vanleigh) to get the correct replacement part for one of the leaks. Jonathan also had no problem working with our extended warranty to get our repairs done. Additionally, he made a special trip out to do a temporary fix for our antenna while we we’re waiting on other parts so we could watch the Super Bowl. Awesome service and quality repairs.

I cannot thank Stateline RV enough! We had a pipe fitting come loose on our drive and water was pouring out the side of our motorhome. Jonathan came out immediately (on a Friday evening, after working hours) and made a very stressful situation much better. He had the situation fixed almost immediately at a very reasonable price (even offering to help us with the info to submit to the warranty for reimbursement). He also had a great sense of humor and was very professional. What a great business!

Jonathan saved the day for us! On our way out of town with the RV, we stopped at the welcome station for a break but when we came back out the RV wouldn’t crank.
