I have had this leak going for a week. I had plumber come out before to try to find this leak, and he said, that I have plastic pipes and I need to call for leak detection. There receptionist was very nice and scheduled me in for the next day. Nick came out and was able to find the leak under the house.

Nick came to my house today to detect a water leak that I was only aware of due to the water utility company knocking on my door and informing me that I had used 44,000 gallons of water in 1 month. Nick arrived on-time, was polite, professional and very thorough. I was so worried that the leak was under my house and would require drilling through my concrete slab and major reconstruction to repair. But Nick found the leak just outside my home, hidden under my azalea bushes where I would've never seen the tiny water puddle without all the tools he used to find it. I would recommend this company to everyone needing to find a leak that seems invisible. Mind you, I hired a plumbing company before calling five star and they couldn't find the leak anywhere. I had Five Star out to my home and they did an excellent job of finding my leak. It was a underground leak in a very long pipe. They were on time, clean and prompt. They showed respect for my home by wearing covers for there boots. They cleaned up after themselves. And even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. I would hire them again. I trust them and would recommend them very highly to locate leaks

So happy with the service! We had a a big leak losing 5 inches of water over night! I called around to different places and everywhere I called was 3 weeks or more out, I called 5 star and he came out the next day! They scanned around our pool, dove in and checked every nook and cranny. He found 2 leaks, repaired them and made sure to follow up a day later. Thank you!

I hired this company to find a leak in my swimming pool. The man's name is nick that I spoke to. He assured me if there is a leak, he would find it and repair the issue. After 2 hours of him doing whatever, he said there is no leak. When I returned home from work, I seen the water level way low and called him immediately ,and then he tells me after he was paid 270 dollars that there is no guarantee that he would find a leak right away, that it can be tricky . He even took the light fixture out to change the bulb and forgot the bulb and left the whole assembly on the pool deck. I am doing the very best I can as my wife has 4th stage cancer, and it has been a rough year, and nick knew about my situation and that I trusted him to be a man of integrity. When I told him about the water level he said the next time he got a job out my way he would swing by. He is only 20 min. From my house. I said that is not right as he has left my pool crippled. Now he has blocked my phone attempts. I have recently hired another company who found 2 leaks and repaired them, plus reassembled the light fixture. Thank god for Lee Wilson of bay leak detection. I have also filed a dispute over the credit card charge, and nick will not get away with his attempt to scam me and my wife. I would never suggest any one use five star ever. I Have all the proof and documents to prove and win my money back. Shame on five star . Shame on nick.
