I got my Carpet from them in may 2025 , we were having work done on our house and we lock in price while it was on sale , Lowes had contracts to come in put it down they had it down in two hours and they did a amazon job

Bought a craftsman preasure washer probably 3 mo or so. Went to use it today for the first time putting gas in it. It ran for about 3 sec and died. So took it back and they say it's past the 48hr return policy. Never been used told me we would need to call craftsman for warranty. Never again lowes at lewisburg wv.

Never get anything delivered from this company. Aside from them consistently selling invasive species of plants, they use 3rd party vendors most of the time for delivery and it will NEVER show up on time or at all. I ordered almost $2000 worth of lumber in WV and the company sent it to a house in FLORIDA! It took months to get a refund, because they wanted me to bring it back to the store. This company's greed knows no bounds. Bring back SEARS

I ordered a shower floor, it took about 3 months to arrive. I was goofy enough to order from there again resulting in my other order being 3 weeks late. I've paid for shipping and the product therefore I should recieve my product ON TIME. I'm gonna be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.

I have purchased several appliances through the years here. I bought a $1300.00 refrigerator that was infested with roaches in the back of it . Lowe's would not honor the warranty, because we couldn't prove the roaches came with the refrigerator, even though we live in the country and have never had roaches before this. I had planned on buying a new stove and microwave, but will go elsewhere. Our new refrigerator had to go to scrap metal because it stopped working and Lowe's would not do anything about it! Excustomer!!!!!!

Don’t ever buy a small craftsman tiller from Lowe’s if you take it back for a warranty purpose the mechanic will blame you for the issue it was lack of lubrication. Only used the tiller 4 times.! It was $219. Dollars plus taxs off the shelf and took it back for the warranty purposes. Want to charge me $193. To fix it.! Told them no they send it back to Lowe’s not put back together.! And wanted to charge a $93.dollar service charge.! When it was the 2ed Lemon that I paid for from the beginning. First one the pull string broke.! Don’t ever buy anything from Lowe’s they do not back up their warranty

LEWISBURG…NEVER EVER EVER BUYING ANYTHING WITH A MOTOR FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
They have had our cultivator for repair since JUNE 10, lady named PAULA hung up on me, NEVER got a call back to let me know what was going on… WAS TOLD we would have it back in 5-7 days and it’s been almost a MONTH…. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

Our experiences with this location have been frustrating at best. Enough so that we have taken the majority of our business to local businesses, which we should have done all along. That being said, there are times we have to bite the bullet. It’s at those times that we deal strictly with Paul. He is efficient, friendly and courteous. Maybe management should take pointers from Paul.

Lowes home delivery service sucks and is no longer what it once was. Recent experience has left my family wondering if it is worth it. You have to pay for the delivery, you have to pay for the removal and take away of the old appliance you are replacing and you have to insist they take away the packaging materials from your new appliance. Arrivals times and other important Communication was difficult due to the contractor's difficulties in speaking English.

Ordered a door lock to be delivered same day and paid almost as much as the lock to get it, today they said we are waiting for driver , I DID NOT GET EVEN CLOSE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I asked all she said is I have no control of the problem I WILL NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

Wow I’ve got to say I received the best customer Care I have received in a long time and this was at the Lowe’s in Lewisburg,West Virginia! I called looking for information on a video cam to get up just before Halloween. Lol I have a tendency to catch the eggs and live right along the road! So I was out through to lightning and electrical and spoke with Anthony Mosley. He went over a few he had over the phone with me and gave me a brief description. I knew he would take excellent care of me so I headed on in. Wow did he ever! Anthony has outstanding customer service and I’ve been in Retail all my. Life so I would know it when I experience it. His manners are just incredible and something you just don’t come across anymore. So he got us all set up with the cam and we mentioned a sign and the need for correct screws to mount it and he personally walked us in to each department and assisted us in finding everything we would need. We are a mother and daughter and a little lost on mounting anything lol but he explained the tapping of the screws and made certain we would have the ones that would go in easily with a simple screwdriver an d he saw no need for us to add the purchase of a electric screwdriver because we had already hit up over 200 when we wanted to keep it below a hundred but that was. Our choice and he never attempted to over sale us but wanted to help in keeping the total amount down since we had already gone over! You just don’t see that anymore. He spent over a hour with us and after we finished up he walked with us up to the checkout. I then ask if he could locate a manager for me because I wanted to let the manager know what a jewel he had In Anthony! Thank you Lowe’s and most of all thank you Anthony Mosley, Lowe’s of Lewisburg West Virginia! May God bless you!!

We just left lowes in lewisburg wv. We spent 45 minutes loading the Lumber on to the cart. The price tag showed $10.97. It rag up for $16.97. The Manger (Tracy) told us she would not help with the price because she went by store policy lol...we had to pay the price that the Lumber rag up for. She said the $10.97 price was a clearance price that had not been updated yet!!!! Well then I told her she needed to take the price tag off of that Lumber stack. Tracy told me no...because the price tag was bolted on . Fauls advertising is what happened. The manager Tracy was very rude. So We got our Lumber from 84 Lumber. Lowes lost our busines!!

I’m just wondering did Tracy buy the stove or did you order it ? Also if you ordered from store then you knew it wasn’t in stock if they had to order it when something is in stock you can buy it then if not then you order it and wait til it comes they always tell you 7 to 10 days ,,,,,,, seems Suss to me , that’s all there are always 2 sides also side note if it came from Virginia the. That store would be responsible not lewisburg location and you should have had it shipped to store not ur house

Fantastic curbside pickup service, it was flawless. I will definitely use this method of shopping Lowe's again!
Another option for merchandise pickup is the locker system at the entrance. You simply place your order online, pay, and as long as it will fit in one of the locker cubes then you can get your order out of the locker and then go on your way. I find using the lockers saves money because I don't go in the store and start convincing myself that I need everything I see. So, if you are an impulse buyer like me then the locker pickup system might be exactly what you need!

Fine for garden center or projects around the house. However we are building a house and the contractor sales is too busy to do a blueprint material list or reply to emails asking for a price on 3,000 square feet of James Hardie Siding. Totally frustrated they have ghosted me on any estimates for my home build....dispite this if I buy a single item or a cart full I get a request for a visit review. I was signed up for the MyLowes Pro card but it's a waist to think I will ever buy $2,000 materials at a time because they don't respond to my RFQs....right?

I enjoy shopping here and can generally find everything I need without assistance. When I do need help, it's usually easy to find it quickly or a very short wait for an associate to assist. Well stocked with a great lawn & garden section. I just recently saw there has been an addition of a farming section, I'm excited to check it out soon as time didn't permit then.
