Broke down in the hills. Greenbrier Ford evaluated the vehicle immediately and ordered the part for next day delivery. We were back on the road before lunch and really saved us a lot of stress.

I bought a 2025 Ford Explorer and Eddie M. was very helpful in deciding what car i want to purchase as I’ve been looking at getting a new SUV for the last year. He is very nice and knowledgeable I definitely recommend going to him to purchase your vehicle he’s great!

I recently purchased a truck and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Matt for being a wonderful salesman to deal with. I was not happy with the first offer for a trade, but Matt was able to give me a better deal - still was below what I thought trade in was worth, but we were able to make a compromise.

I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner with the help of Matt Smith. He was super helpful and answered all our questions. When it can to negotiation Mr. Smith was not pushy and had no problem working with our needs.

THINK TWICE!! Brought my truck to Greenbrier Chevrolet for a repair, which they diagnosed as the oil cooler. Only to have a major oil leak the very next day on the drive home. Tried working with the team (Dane) for a refund and only received a response (50 days and 8 emails later) this week. Here I am, out $781.05 and a damaged truck. See photo of "THE REPAIR!"

So let's start this out by saying I can not stand the car buying experience. There's an old saying, "What are two jobs you can do being a liar? A weather man or a car salesman."
With being said, let's go. I was in West Virginia visiting my family and found a used vehicle. I was looking for a little cheaper and in great shape . Not having quick access to my finances back home, I applied a loan thru my credit card company, which was approved at a decent for today's market.
Nope, this wasn't good enough for them. While closing the deal, they ended up going to a different finance company at a higher rate. Almost 3% higher... that is what it is because I don't carry car payments...
I told the salesman multiple times that I do not want a service contract. Well, guess what was added to my contract at the end of the deal? The service contract.
Then there was an outrageous document fee, and let's not forget to mention the vehicle DNA dots for $495.

I mentioned this to the insurance, and my agent laughed. That definitely made me happy..
So, in short, I gave them a $5000 and it did not matter because they ate that up with nearly $5000 in nonsense.

But I will say the associates at the dealership are very nice when they're making their money.

In closing, my review is for the people who come to buy a car and have to carry their loans for full terms. Please be careful because you don't pay for things you do not need.

On our way to Colorado for a 4 wheelin trip towing a sidebyside with an F150, we developed a trans oil leak. Got to their shop late in the day. They fit me in at 8:00 the next morning determining shortly that I had too much fluid. They drained enough to properly reset my fluid level. Done within an hour and on our way for a very fair price. These are good guys that feel your pain and resolve your issues quickly and at a fair price.

Did a wonderful job working with me to get everything taken care of, and detailed the car before I drove it home.
Mat was awesome to work with and very helpful with all of my questions.

I got my first car from a woman named Trista and they were very helpful with getting me a vehicle and making sure I understand what I was getting into

Very friendly staff. Never felt pressured and the salesperson, Sam Bevins, answered all my questions. The service personnel are very helpful also.

Diagnosed the problem -cam phasers- ordered parts and tore down the front of the engine repaired and returned my truck in a week!!! Fixed right the first time!! Awesome

Went to get mine serviced. Looked around the lot, one of the sales guys asked if I needed anything. I told him I was looking for a car with better gas mileage. Sat down with Lindsey and he got me taken care of and set up with everything I wanted.. they are awesome!! I love it there!

We drove two hours to test drive and purchase our truck, actually running late due to an accident on the interstate, causing us to arrive 5 minutes before closing time on a Friday evening. The truck was exactly what we expected based on the photos and text message exchanges that we had with Eddie Mitchell prior to our trip to Greenbrier. We were very happy with the deal we received and the level of service provided to us by Eddie, and Hannah Smith, both of whom stayed after hours to finalize the deal. It was definitely worth the scenic drive to have the opportunity to work with these really courteous people on purchasing our truck!

Driving through and had braking vibrations down Sandstone Mountain. They got us quickly fixed up with new front rotors and did a great job.

Pleasantly satisfied and surprised. Drawing from past experiences in buying a vehicle, where the sales person parades beween the manager and me several times (for hours) to "get" me the best price was not an event that I was looking forward to. And then --the upsell portion of the transaction!! I was dreading the day that I had to look, test, finance, and buy a new car.

Went into this location to ask advice on a issue I was having with my Ford. I was in town working and wanted direction on troubleshooting my key fob not working properly after having a new battery installed earlier that day. I had a good idea of what caused it and communicated the backstory that lead up to me having to seek advice. I went to the “Service Professionals” cause thats what they advertise on there website. They quickly concluded my issue wasn’t due to the battery being replaced and suggested I buy a new battery for the key fob and that would solve the issue. I didn’t totally agree but they’re the professionals, right. I changed the battery out in the key fob and still not work. I informed them it didn’t solve the issue and there was no concern or customer service practiced. I left and soon after fixed the issue myself and they missed a opportunity to learn something new.The service guys talked to me like I was a teenager pumping gas for the first time. To whoever this may help, The battery being replaced disabled the “MyKey” unlock/lock option. I abled it by the steering wheel controls. I guarantee they would have waited on me hand and foot if I was wanting to purchase a vehicle. Professionals?

I’ve tried with Greenbrier Ford a few times in the past and just couldn’t work something out with them until I met Sam!! He made sure I was leaving with a vehicle that day and actually the one I wanted! He didn’t make me feel bad for saying no to things I was uncomfortable with during the purchase but instead made sure I knew what I was getting myself into and making sure I was happy. Julie Samples is awesome!

We dropped by the Greenbrier Ford location in Lewisburg, WV on Saturday (6/17) looking for a late-model Ford F-150. We were greeted by Julie Samples and she took us on a tour of their inventory. We learned that Julie owns an F-150 so she is extremely knowledgeable on the F-150 product line and their options.

Although we were unable to find an F-150 with a V8 and leather seats, Julie employed her search skills in the dealer network and found a 2023 that met our exact needs. Julie located the F-150 faster than you can say "squirrel." The dealership where she found our F-150 was about 180 miles from Lewisburg, so they picked it up for us on Monday. Our new F-150 was ready for delivery the next day.

Greenbrier Ford provided us with a very positive "no hassle" buying experience and their sales representative Julie Samples is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Steering went out over Memorial Day weekend. I used the drop box and left my car. They call 15 minutes after they opened for business and got to working fast. I know Ford vehicle rarely brake down. But when they do, the service departments are fast to fix the issue. Thanks for being so prompt. Go Ford!

Absolutely pleased! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle, but Julie Samples was awesome! She spent most of the day showing me various vehicles, listing pros and cons for each one. Julie made sure I was completely sure of my vehicle choice, and totally satisfied with my decision. She was professional, cheerful, and showed great patience with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

They kept replacing unnecessary parts because they couldn’t figure out the problem. They made me pay for parts that were incorrect. They refused to put on a new aftermarket part even though ford no longer made the part. They put a used part on instead. They took 2 weeks to get it fixed because of waiting on incorrect parts. They also left a sensor unplugged.

I have less than 500 miles left on my warranty and my engine light has come on. (Mind you within 3 months of having our 2018 Focus the engine blew up.) I call explaining my situation the soonest appointment I can get is 9 days away. I drive to doctors appointments for treatments every other day. My warranty would be over long before then. Please do NOT buy a vehicle from this place. They don't do anything to ensure you are treated the way you should be treated.

After getting the run around from magic city ford over fixing a warranty issue with my 2019 f150,I called Greenbrier ford and it was a totally different experience they handled my issues with no questions and it was taken care of immediately, The service advisor was great, I'll never visit another ford dealership besides Greenbrier ford

I would recommend that you visit their location and get acquainted with the staff when you are looking for a new or used vehicle purchase.
