Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. A representative from Neathawk measured and supposedly ordered doors for my house the second week of November. I spoke with someone every single day starting on December 4 and still as of 12/13 do not have the doors in my possession. Every day I was told it will be tomorrow. I ended up having to cancel the order and get what I needed from another local company.

I needed plumbing fittings to repair my deep well. They were very helpful and had everything I needed for the repair, black water pipe, stainless steel and brass fittings. They also stock deep well pumps of various sizes.

I go in there all the time for work. I've also shopped there for personal supplies. The people at the pro desk are always helpful and the guys in the yard are great about directions to materials (they have like 6 or more storage bays that you could fit a house in). They are always ready to load and offer advice on load balancing and safety strapping. Honestly one of my favorite businesses in the Lewisburg area.

We got our kitchen countertops done and Loretta was excellent and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them amdni would recommend her tocanyone esle.

Great, clean well stocked store! Very polite and attentive staff willing to help in every department (not pushy.... thet are kind and knowledgeable!!!) They have products for ALL your building needs!!!

This is THE place for customer service. Especially if you’re lucky enough to have Rhonda helping you. She has the most patience of anyone I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with on a project, and she has wonderful taste as well. My husband and I are renovating 2 bathrooms for a rental unit and we live 4 hours away in NOVA. Rhonda has sent me pictures and answered my many many questions. She has made what could have been a really difficult project run smoothly. And, with all that, she’s incredibly sweet as well!

In and out quick. No problems. Nice people. Recieving was at the gate when I arrived. I think they were taking a break. Gave me just enough time to unsecure and be ready for them. If you show up after hours they don't mind if you park here. Just don't park on the gravel. Thats employee parking.

The only reason I'm rating.4 stars is because of the guy that unloads trucks is not a pleasant person. When going to get unloaded I was first in line to unload and was untared and ready by time he came to unload us and he goes to unload the other truck so I let him know that I was first in line. This is when he proceeded to get rude with me ( which was uncalled for) and told me very unpleasantly that I wasn't untarped and ready when I clearly was and that he has 3 things to get off of his truck. All he had to politely do was tell me that he only has a few things to get off his truck he was going to grab him first (which was perfectly fine by me) instead of being so rude

If you prefer hometown businesses and like to support your local community this is a good place. Products and prices are comparable with the big box stores like Lowe's. The staff is very friendly. The staff offers to help within a minute or two upon entering the store. Items purchased were brought to the vehicle and loaded into the vehicle without having to ask. This business has survived for many years and look forward to many years to come.

They have great products at good prices and you'll never walk by an employee that doesn't stop and ask if you need any help
