Went today and spent $1,800 on fencing supplies. We waited an hour because we knew we got a lot and would take a bit to get it all together. But after an hour my fiance went inside to find out that the cashier hadn't let anyone know that there was anyone picking up supplies. When spoke with management never once received an apology for the error in communication all that was done was a rush was put on my order. That doesn't make up for the lack of customer service that we received today. Complaints will be filed and I will never shop lowes again I'll be taking my business to home depot in Bristol. This all after an appointment was made previously and they were a no show for a fencing quote that I had to call 3 times to get someone to come out for.

Unless you like being placed on hold dozens of times, given the wrong appliances, take time off work for an order that doesn't show...$7,000 worth to be specific, being told your order (placed on May 5th) will be here on the May 27th, then June 3, 5 ,10 ,17, 24, July 1, 8 etc..because they cannot find the massive refrigerator you ordered and when they do find it there is no consideration for you to get it here any quicker. Says it in Greensboro BDC, but it'll be another week to get it here plus another to deliver to our address, and you cannot even get it yourself, trust me it tried..The buck stops when you are out of sight..take your business to places that want your business!

i sat outside for 30 minutes in a pickup spot trying to get ahold of someone to bring my order out. once i finally did the girl on the phone was really rude & it took 15 more minutes for my order to finally be brought out to me after they wanted me to walk in & get it when literally the entire point of me ordering on the app was so they’d bring it to my car lol.

Had 3 areas measured for carpet. When installers came only had carpet for 2 areas. We had paid for all 3 areas. Apparently the measurements taken were wrong. Had to remeasure ares. Two times they didn't show up when supposed to. I called the first time on Friday to c why. Told me they rescheduled for Monday. Nobody told us. Didn't show up Monday either. Made several calls and trips to store. Had to pay more for 3rd area but they did refund the labor part. Hope to never use lowe's flooring again. When I called second time they couldn't come for around 2 more weeks. Terrible experience and the don't care about keeping their word. How can u reschedule something and not tell the people who's house u were supposed to be at? They deserve a 0 rating.

Sarah Elliftawi greeted us on Sunday afternoon at our Bluefield Va. Lowe’s Store, we were looking to replace our old top loader Samsung machine. Sarah took time to find out what we were looking for and our budget, she then walked us over to the machines in our budget and told us about the advantages of each machine, man we were impressed by her knowledge and her friendliness . She also explained why a warranty was good investment and that she could get it delivered to our home early today, which tickled us to death and it was at our house early Monday morning, at a little after 9 am, the guys that put it in our house were GREAT too! Sarah also explained to us how Lowe’s rewards worked and helped my wife download the Lowe’s App on our phone! This lil lady is a Diamond and the best Appliance Sales Person we’ve ever dealt with, I want to Thank whoever hired her, because this is a Special Young Lady that is proud of her Company, the products she sells and her Customers, Thank You she made buying a Washing Machine a Joy!!!

Purchased a John Deere lawnmower from this Lowe’s in Bluefield , Virginia. Went back in the next day to pay $1000 toward the purchase on our credit card and was refused. We had all of the paperwork. The lady was very rude. We attempted to pay $1000 twice finally after 10 minutes of arguing with the lady to explaining her That the credit card that we purchased the lawnmower on was the exact same credit card that we were trying to make $1000 payment toward Horrible experience and horrible customer service very rude and ugly. Her name was Summer.

A great Lowe's to get plants. The paint desk is wonderful. They worked with me and even saw when the paint mixed didn't match what the swatch I had brought, so they tried again without me even having to say something.

Always good place to get my gardening products and of course all their services and employees are awesome restrooms are always clean and smell good as well! Love the taco stand that they allow to set up out there once a week as well we shop hours on end here and then go eat right in the parking lot it's awesome

If I could get it zero stars I would. No staff in sight for 30 mins. No one wants to do their job. Paged over head to get help, guy came and told us that he couldn’t do anything to try customer service. Customer service unsure if they can help. No one running cash registers. Place is really going down hill.

We paid for fencing installation on February 1, 2024 and signed the contract end of January 2024. Since then there have been 4 different contractors involved. We were given a start date of the second week of March 2024. As of may 1, 2024 we haven’t received fencing materials, fencing installation or actually been given a date that a fence will be installed. We have called the corporate customer service number, installation support, the sales person, multiple contractor companies, the store delivery dept and asked for a callback from the store manager. We haven’t received a callback from anyone that can help with cancelling our order. I did receive a simple text from the sales person saying we have to give up 20 percent for product restocking (even though we haven’t received anything). Next step is contacting an attorney and going through further social media channels if I can’t get resolution. This is not the way to treat a good customer.

Lowe's in Bluefield is a sorry excuse for a business. I've been on hold for 30 minutes to ask a simple question, but every time they answer, they immediately put me back on hold. Don't get me started on in store help. It's like playing tag or hide and seek. I bet Home Depot wouldn't treat their customers like this.

Pretty much have the app shoved in your face for your phone.
The app is "Iffy" at best only working part of the time and slow to load when it does.
The search engine on the app leaves something to be desired as when I am looking for something they say it is in stock, but can be ready in a week. So..its not in stock.
The search engine returns need to be more relevant to what it is I am looking for as well.

The worst Lowes I’ve been in. 3-4 employees standing around self checkout doing nothing but they can’t open a register to checkout folks with kids or other needs. Pitiful. Also can’t ever get the phone answered there. Call all day always put on hold… Think I’ll start driving to Bristol to home depot considering my last 3 visits to this poorly managed store.

It's a Lowe's, so not much to say about a big box home improvement store. Recently the workers at this location have become much more rude making it painful for contractors who don't have options in this area. I'm hopeful that Home Depot decides at some point to build a location to compete. While fuel is expensive to truck in supplies from HD, it's sometimes worth avoiding the headache of incorrect orders and impolite service.
